This is a true story. I was watching news in TV sometime in April
'98 when I was shocked by a news report.
There was this girl narrating her story of being kidnapped from
her village, taken to Bombay and forced into the flesh trade.
After a torturous 2-year period in the brothels she escaped and
returned to her native village and talked to the media. Later I
found the source and spoke to the person in the story and
gathered this information.
Her name is Sitara. None of them at her village recognized her at
first. This was because she was a 16-year-old boy when she was
kidnapped. Her name was then Ravi.
The kidnappers took her to Bombay where she was locked up and
beaten for several days. They castrated her and pierced holes in
the nose and ear and made her wear nose and earrings along with
female clothes.
She was taught to act and behave like a girl and any slip-ups
were severely punished. They gave her injections and pills,
apparently female hormones, and applied some sort of paste every
day mainly in the form of herbal medicines.
They also placed two cups, which were attached to a vacuum
cleaner to her chest for 2 hours every day. This apparatus
apparently sucked the chest when the vacuum cleaner was switched
on. After a couple of months or so she was taken to this room
where there were lots of richly dressed people, many of whom were
foreigners. She learnt from others that these people had paid
quite a fee to watch the operation live.
The kidnappers then strapped him to a table and drugged her. When
they informed her what they were going to do to her, she started
screaming and struggling to escape. This action only excited the
crowd.
Later when she woke up she found that they had removed her
manhood and replaced it with female parts. Slowly the hormones
started taking effect and she started developing breasts. After
another month or so she sort of accepted the fact that she was
now indeed a girl. She was later sold to a brothel.
She said, "I'd get up at 9.00 every morning and after a bath and
getting dressed up I would go to the main room where other girls
and some who were previously boys like me waited. As and when the
customers came, the selected girl would go to a room. When I went
to my room I always asked the customer if he wanted me to suck
his penis or if he wanted to fuck me. If he wanted to fuck me I
would quickly apply some oil to my vagina. We were given a bottle
of oil and told that it must last at least 2 weeks, if not we
were punished for using too much oil. The owner of my brothel was
an eunuch and she was very strict."
According to her there were many more boys locked up along with
her in the early days. She gathered information from some eunuchs
who were their captors that some of them were sold to cheap
brothels in Bombay. Other beautiful ones were sold to somewhat
posher sex houses around the country, some were purchased by
wealthy people who were mostly foreigners and obviously
paedophiles before being taken to their homes.
The price for every boy who was made into a girl depended on her
beauty, age, breast size and physical appearance. The testicles
were also sold immediately after the operation to the highest
bidder and the going rate was approx. US$ 100 a pair.
None had escaped from the brothels. She was the first to escape
and also had the guts to narrate her story. She cries a lot
everyday thinking of what happened because she cant marry and
have children, she'll always be despised by society and always be
inferior in all respects - that's what she told me.
I shall narrate the story of another boy who under went the same
fate. Sitara told this to me.
