Chapter 1
Joseph Horowitz has his first job in a nuclear power plant. He just
graduated from college 2 months ago with a mechanical engineering degree.
His first job is with Entergy Nuclear Northeast, working at Indian Point
nuclear plant in Westchester, NY. He rented an apartment near by
Peekskill, on the Hudson River.
Joe had not a lot of friends, since he was in a child. He was total nerd,
he still loves comics, science fiction, and in college he loved fantasy
games. He was good looking, shock of blonde hair and blue eyes. He was
about 6'1" (his father is tall, too). He was thin but some muscles but
he never worked out, but he was a loner.
So, he started to work there, at Indian Point. He ate lunch (brown
bagged) alone. He always had the same lunch, white bread sandwich, with 2
pieces of roast beef and one slice of American cheese. He has a slice of
pie and an apple! He didn't care for food but he knew that nutrition is
very important! He normally had a magazine, a SF book or a textbook
(some area in his field) when he had lunch.
He was somewhat devoted Conservative Jew. He joined a synagogue in
Mahopac, Temple Beth Shalom. They congregation was small but they opened
their hearts to him! The Rabbi was great both in the Friday service and
the Saturday service too!
At the synagogue, he met a woman, Rachael Zimmerman. She was very, very
shy, and a little bit older (27 years old) but just gorgeous! She is just
4"9", but similar hair, blonde and similar eyes, blue! Her face was
definitely Jewish but so pretty! She always wore just black, either a
dress or a blouse and skirt! She always wore a hat and very, very high
heel shoes (maybe 4" or 5" heels)! Joe thought she was total hot, but he

They did some volunteer work together (setting the after service snacks,
parties, teaching the students Hebrew in Hebrew school, etc.). She loved
children! She never talked about her background but she was very smart!
She told him that she was not working, but the Rabbi will ask her to do
some light secretarial work and he paid her (not a lot but she has a small
studio that she rents and gets some food for her too).
Chapter 2
After about 15 months, Joe asked Rachael if she would like to have dinner
sometime in the future. She smiled and asked if this is a real date? Joe
was sweating, and said yes! Rachael said of course, yes! Joe was in
seven heavens! He asked if she wants to see a musical on Broadway in
Manhattan. "That would be wonderful!" She told him that she knows a
great restaurant in the west Greenwich Village. Can we go there? Joe
said please! She said "Surely!"
So Joe started to plan everything (excluding the restaurant, Rachael did
that)! He got the two tickets to see a musical, "Cats", he cleaned one of
his suits, his white shirts (extra starch), his good shoes and of course,
his apartment! The "Date", he love that he is going to have his one date,
wow! The plan is after the morning service at the synagogue, we will go
back to her apartment and he will go back to his apartment and they will
change! He will pick Rachael up at 4 pm!
So, Saturday came, and the plan was perfectly! He came to her studio, he
rang the doorbell and she opened the door! He was opened his mouth and
said, "Oh my God"! Rachael was wearing a black leather mini-skirt (I
can't tell you how high is high, since his story is Rated "G", but you
understand), a lace black shell (she has big breasts) and a black leather
jacket. She was wearing mules with the heels were about 5" (not
platform).
They were driving to Manhattan, Rachael told Joe that the restaurant which
they are going to is a kosher place run by Wicca's Jews ("In Manhattan
they have lots of Wicca restaurants", she said. He didn't know what Wicca
people are, so he stored that in his brain to check that in the future!).
She had a smile, so Joe laughed!
The food was fantastic! Joe ate 3 plates full with a whole bottle of
Wicca's wine! Joe told Rachael that he had a glow in his whole body.
Rachael said that this effect of the food and the special spices and
herbs! She said if you like it, she can cook for him. He told her that
he would like that! They were walking to the theater and they were
holding hands! He was going crazy with happiness, inside! They saw the
musical, and then, had teas and desserts in a strange place also, run by
Jewish Wicca's! Joe didn't eat this type of dessert before, but it was so
good!
Driving back from Manhattan to Mahopac, she asked if we can make love in
her home. Joe almost flipped his car! He said yes.
Rachael put about 10 candles on in the studio (the bed was just a
convertible in the studio) and some mystical music. She also, made some
tea too! Joe felt the same glow as before! For him, it was the first
time that he made love! It was intense! The weird thing was when he was
just coming; he felt that his soul came to Rachael's body! They came and
he felt he came back to his body! They made love for 3 hours, and then he
slept!
He woke up at 10 am (remember it was Sunday), Rachael was cooking! She
had on a long black robe and stiletto mules on and her hair was up! He
walked to her back and kissed her on her nape of her back and said I love
you so much! She flipped and said the same; they kissed a slow wet kiss!
Rachael said that she was making some breakfast. The same spices and
herbs that the meal in the restaurant and the dessert place was in my
meal! They sat down and he ate his breakfast. The same warmed and the
glow that yesterday was there!
She told him that she already made picnic basket because she wanted to
hike in Bear Mountain state park. So, they went. Since Rachael was
better fitters, Joe was huffing and puffing on the mountain but he
survived. They had lunch on the cliff over the Hudson River! They necked
a little bit and then he dozed off. He dreamt that he was a woman,
pregnant and married to Joe Horowitz. She was a good housewife! The
dream was very real! He woke up with Rachael stroking his cheek and
saying "good afternoon." She told him that he was asleep for 5 hours! He
said "Wow! I had a weirdest dream." She said, "I know about the dream."
She just rubbed his temples!
They arrived to her studio about 7 pm; she asked if he wanted some dinner?
He said yes! So, she made a fabulous dinner, he didn't know that he ate,
but it was so good! He drank some wine too! He had the same warmest as
before. He crashed about 10 pm. He had the similar dream as before in
the afternoon. But the only different was they had 4 children and his
husband, Joe was making love to him. He woke up about 6 am, Rachael was
here, smiling and she kissed him.
He saw the time and said he has to go to work but he has to get his work
attire at his apartment. She knows. She had two doggie bags, one for
breakfast and one for lunch! He kissed her and flew out the door!
He ate the breakfast on the road, the same thing happen, he had the
wonderful warm feeling, and he loved it! He changed quickly and went to
his office. Lots of problem at work but he has the ability to do them!
He can't concentrate, he just thought about Rachael!
He had his lunch, yummy but he started to sleep in the cafeteria and
dreamt about having sex with Joe. He woke up when one of his colleague
saw his was a sleep. In the afternoon, his boss called him and told him
that he was not happy seeing him asleep! Joe said it will not happen
again! His boss said "Good, since you are a great engineer!"
After work, he traveled to Rachael's studio. They hugged and kissed and,
well you know... She asked if he wanted some food, he said "I'm so hungry,
I can eat a bear!" She laughed and said "Well, can't give you bear but I
can get other proteins, grasses and lots of spices and herbs!" He said
"Yes but I want to have your wine before too!" She smiled and said your
wish is my command."
Before the meal was serviced, she asked him if she can move in to his
apartment. It's nearer to some stores and, of course, Joe and she kissed
him on the lips! He said yes, and he had a great smile and said "Wow, wow
and more wows!" He asked if we can get married. She said yes too! They
kissed for a long time! When Rachael was cooking, he was calling his
parent's in Michigan and then called the Rabbi! The Rabbi said that he
thought you will get engage some days and Mazel Tov.
He had a great dinner (with 2 bottles of Wicca's wine) and then, they made
love! Again, he saw his body as the other person and he was Rachael. He
really liked that, the wonderful being a woman and having a clit and

So, when he was eating lunch, he had the same problem as yesterday! He
had a great warmth and glow. He slept again. Thank God, the boss didn't
see it, and his colleagues, woke him up! He called to call Rachael at his
apartment but no cigar (Rachael's studio didn't have a phone and she
didn't have a cell phone too).
So, after work, he drove to his apartment. Rachael was there (and they
made love again)! He felt that he was Rachael again too. More and more
that he was being Rachael! He told Rachael that he was dozing off after
lunch. She thought, she can change the ratios of herbs and spices.
So, the next day, at lunch, he was fine but he thought that he was a
Rachael all the time. He thought that in his mind, his body was petite
woman. Every time, he saw himself, he thought he saw Rachael! After
work, Rachael asked him if we should talk with the Rabbi about getting
married. He said yes!
Some strange things were happing! First he was shrinking! He was 6'1"
but, now, he was just 5"9" (he had to get some new pants). His hips were
getting bigger too. The most wield is that he had baby breasts! His
voice is getting higher too.
Chapter 3
The next day, after work, they drove to the synagogue to meet with the
Rabbi. Joe told him that we want to get married quickly since we knew
either for more than 16 months. The Rabbi said "Yes"! Joe called his
parents. He told that we are going married 10 days from now. They jumped
for joy; they will come in 6 days from now too.
The weird thing was that he saw himself, as a woman, and not just a woman
but Rachael! He was a little bit worried but he thought that Rachael knew
about this. In the meantime, he was getting a tux, telling all of his
colleagues and friends in the Synagogue about the wedding. Rachael had no
friends so the Rabbi's wife helps her to pick the wedding gown. They
celebration will be in the Synagogue. They will have about 100 guests!
Now, all of his meals are made by Rachael and he was seeing himself as a
woman more and more. Even his walk is getting feminine and feminine.
Each evening, they made love. He felt like a total woman, 100% woman when
they made love. Rachael is changing too. She is getting taller; her face
is getting masculine too. The craziest thing is she changing from a

Tomorrow was the wedding, they made love. Joe's image has totally in

Joe had to teach Rachael how to do her makeup, nails, both hands and feet
and her hairdo! Joe though that he knew how to shave, but Joe had four
bleeds on his face! So, Rachael had to show him how! Also, Joe had to
show her how to do her bra (it was pretty funny - Rachael's breasts are
28D, lots of upper weights. She loved her breasts! She had to balance
her weight because the extra pounds on her chest!
Finally, they had the special day, Rachael was so pretty in her white
gown, and Joe, with his tux, and he was a real gentleman! It was a blur
for them but the special things was after the party was done.
At the night, they made love. Rachael saw in her body, three sperms and
three eggs unite as three ones. She knew that she had 3 babies inside.
She didn't know how she knew, but she did!
So, they had their honeymoon, Joe loved being Rachael, wearing a bikini, a
bra, dresses and blouses and skirts! She had to learn to do her face,
pedicures and manicures! She loved that. Since she was pregnant, she
didn't drink alcohol. She had no problem doing that.
Chapter 4
Rachael though that she would be working at Indian Point, but Joe said
"How would that happen?", since Joe was employee, not her. She didn't
think about that! "Sorry, I thought..." Joe laughed and said "That's OK,
Honey, I will the bread winner in the family!" They kissed and made love
again! So, Joe started to work at Indian Point. She said that she really
love his colleagues! Sometimes, he will go out with them to have some
drinks or dinner. Rachael had no problem since she knew that Joe is in
love with her!
She loved making meals for Joe (she makes a mean apple pie for him; he
wolfs it down so quickly)! Joe told her that if you like, he can teach
her about Jewish Kabbalah Witchy. She said no, I like me just as a normal
health woman! He laughed again! He said "I understood!" She purchased
his clothing, furniture, everything! She was a superwoman; she just loved
being a woman! She planted flowers and vegetables since the supermarket
produce is so-so. But in Putman and Dutchess counties has lot of farms,
but she grew them anyway!
The biggest thing was that she was just an ordinary housewife! She told
the Rabbi that she does not need the extra money to do the part time work
at the Synagogue! Of course they still do Oneg Shabbat (Wine, challah and
snacks). Sometimes they host the Oneg Shabbat too!
Joe decided to purchase a house in Dutchess County, in Rhinebeck Town. It
was so lovely, it was built in 1890's,in the Victoria style. They had 8
bedrooms since Rachael told him that she wants to have a brood! They have
10 acres and 3 are for farming! Rachael was getting bigger and bigger.
They moved about 1 ? months before the babies were do! She waddled but
she wanted to move ever time. Joe told her that he would hire a moving
company to do wrapping but she said nope!
The Obstetrician said that she wanted to do induce labor, but Rachael said
no! She wanted to have natural deliverer. She did and she had the three
gorgeous girls! Joe had a soft spot for girls, so they rapped him around
their fingers, big time!
Rachael decided to swim and aerobic exercises, since after the deliverer,
she had some love handles in her hips and her breasts were too big (these
were 28F before the swimming, she wanted to reduce them to her normal
size, 28D). Joe made an indoor swimming pool in back, in 2 day. Rachael
though that he did magic but he said no! She though yes!
After 6 months after she had the triplets, she was pregnant again! This
time, she had boys! The deliverer had no problems again! She was in her
glorious! She was a glow that other people saw! She also wore a skirt or
dress (even doing farming), her hair was always coiffured hair and makeup.
It was one reason, his beloved Joe!
Rachael learned the ways of Jewish Kabbalah Witchy. She didn't use it a
lot, but Joe did some magic, she know about it!
Chapter 5
In time, she had 12 children. She decided that the teachings at public
schools were disgusting, so she started to teacher the children! It was
so easy! They finished the Albany's curriculum in early years. So, she
taught other things, science, math, history! Some when to university
early, some the normal time! All of them got MDs, PhDs or JDs degrees!
Joe and Rachael are so happy with all of their children! All of them had
some powers with Kabbalah Witchery and all are wonderful devoutly Jewish!
Joe was V.P of Indian Point (he was in charge of the generators). He has
a belly (about 100 pounds of fat) and he is totally bald, but he is still
in love with Rachael! One of the things that the original Rachael didn't
say was the new Rachael was immortal! She looks the same as she did
before the change happened! Unfortunately, Joe is getting older and older
and Rachael is still a young beauty. In their heart they are still in
love. When the walk, either in Rhinebeck or Manhattan, lots of people
look at the old man with the young woman holding hands or kissing. They
say that the old guy has lots of money!
When Joe died, he was 93; they had 32 grandchildren, 24 grand
grandchildren and 9 grand grand grandchildren! Rachael buried Joe near
the home and visits his grave site every day! She has the Yahrzeit every
year of his death. Of the 12 children, 8 were in New York area, so she
visits them lot children!
After 50 years since Joe died, Rachael made another major decide again!
She decided to go to medical school! Since she didn't have an undergrad
degree (Rachael, not Joe), she had to get that first! She got accepted to
Harvard College (she had a triplet major, Economics, Biochemistry and
feminine studies). She did it in 2 years. She got accepted to Harvard
Medical School. Since her change, she was 130 years old, but she looked
like 27 years old! Her application said she was 21 years old (she didn't
talk about her children). She decided to be Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon.
She loved helping babies!
But that is another story of Rachael Horowitz, M.D....
