Larry entered the school building and greeted all the girls he saw. He
was friends with all of them it seemed. Without the sexual tension that

period class. Larry's boyfriend put his arm around Larry's waist in a
protective manner. You could clearly see in their eyes that they were
truly in love and it was touching at least all the girls thought so.
They really didn't talk about much, just being together was good enough
for them. Once they arrived at Larry's classroom, they locked into a
passionate kiss before Larry entered. His boyfriend scurried to his own
classroom before the late bell sounded. Larry couldn't have been
happier.
After school was over, Larry's boyfriend stayed behind to play D&D with
his friends. Larry on the other hand went to the mall with some of his
female friends. Larry and his boyfriend really didn't have much in
common but they loved each other regardless unconditionally and that was
enough. Larry has very few male friends. Except for a couple of the
guys on the swim team who he rarely spent time with he really didn't
have any.
In the mall, Larry and his friends went clothes shopping. All the girls
trusted his judgement when it came to fashion. Larry who was always
impeccably dressed in the latest male fashion also had his eye on the
pulse of female fashion. He could sometimes see a fashion trend coming
before other girls could read about it in the fashion magazines.
Larry was a natural flirt, whose flirting had risen to an art form. He
could flirt with several girls simultaneously without any of them
getting jealous. Everyone knew the situation and was fine with it.
After shopping they went to one of the girls homes and they each tried
on what was purchased. Being naked in front of Larry was not a problem.

Later in the day, Larry called his boyfriend to chit chat, but they
didn't see each other that evening. He loved that man so that just

Bruce went to class, but he couldn't concentrate. This wasn't the first
time he wasn't paying attention in class, but this time it was
different. He was truly scared of what he must do. He knew he had to.
He didn't want to do it. But that didn't matter at all. Worse yet he
had to think about what he was going to say. He had to make it
convincing. He went over and over it in his mind. He would wait until
after dinner and then start "Mom... Dad... I have something to tell
you," He could picture every word. He could picture every aspect of
it. It made him more than nervous he was so scared he was actually
sweating. He could feel his heart pounding in his ears. He could feel
the blood pressure inside him. The day went by very slowly for him but
in retrospect it seemed to go by very fast.
He looked around the room aimlessly and saw the girls there. He fixated
on all the differences between men and women. He magnified the
differences in his mind. He had to convince his parents that he wanted
to be one of the girls not the boy as he had always been. He had to
convince them that he wanted to wear pretty clothes and makeup. He had
to convince them that he cared only about the things that girls cared
about. At this point, he was seeing only the stereotypical things. But
then something else occurred to him, he had to give up all the things he
liked. Girls may play the violent play-station games he liked but he
had to give them up. He had to give up watching sports and start
watching... what did girls watch. He had to start watching mushy
romances. He had to talk about the things that girls talk about. Then
it really hit him. He had to talk about boys. That is what girls
talked about. They talked about boys and he would have to do so also.
He would have to say that boys are cute. He would have to say boys were
cute and he would have to say it not only with a straight face, he would
have to say it with a smile and make everyone believe him.
He started to make a list in his head of boyish things and girlish
things. Everything in his mind had to fall in one of the two
categories. Some things were gender neutral but he couldn't see that in
his present state of mind. He had to avoid the boyish things and do the
girlish things. Seeing traits with this black and white view would make
him an overly feminine girl but he couldn't help himself. Unlike real
transsexuals who could be themselves at least which meant embracing all
aspects of their personality both male and female. Bruce thought that
he could only embrace the female. He really didn't know exactly what
being a girl meant so he had to pick the overly stereotypical aspects of
being a girl. After this realization he was sweating even more now than
he had been a few minutes ago.
When the time came to tell his parents, he was so nervous that he didn't
remember anything that he said. He was so fixated, and he didn't
remember his parents' reaction to it either. The day that seemed to
take forever in retrospect passed by in a blur.
About an hour after his confrontation with his parents his mother came
into his room. She was carrying one of her nightgowns and some pastel
full cut panties. "Dad and I have been talking about it," she began,
"and if you insist on being a girl then you should start now. You can
sleep in this tonight and tomorrow we'll go shopping to get you some
proper clothes you can wear," Bruce's mom was hoping that this was all
a bluff or a joke and that the reality of what he was asking would snap
him out of it. To her surprise he took the nightie and panties. Then
he asked her to leave the room so he could change. "No we are all girls
now and I'm your mother there is no reason to be embarrassed," she said
firmly raising her hopes that this was some sort of joke. But Bruce
resigned himself that what she said was right and quickly stripped and
donned the offered clothing.
