I let Jim carefully navigate the stairs ahead of me. His new heels made
him take the steps very slowly. But he held his head high and had no
problem. When we came to the door to the salon, Jim hesitated for one
beat. Then he pushed the door open and stepped into the realm of women
with only the slightest flicker of concern crossing his eyes. He stopped
about three feet into the salon and I reached to my left and turned on the

machinery and stocks which I worked with to make women (and men sometimes)

stainless steel toledo shaped dryers which hung down from the ceiling, one

toenails to your look. Take your heels off and step up onto the pedicure
throne. Get your tamponed butt situated and prepare for your first real
beauty treatment. Your first pedicure and manicure.
"My, you look good up there. My manicurist would do a much better job
than I can but I will do my best for you, Jim. Here's a Vogue magazine for
you to look at while I do all the things which make a pedicure so relaxing
and pleasurable. And next to you, on the table is an OPI color chart for
you to pick which color you want your toenails painted. I get final OK of
the color but I am sure you will pick something very feminine for your
first time."
Jim immediately picked up the chart and intently focused on it. I prepared
his feet slowly and lovingly gave them a massage which caused a strings
of moans from my little girl to be. After I had finished shaping his
toenails and removing the excess man junk around his cuticles, I was ready
for his decision on the color he wanted for his toes.
"Have you picked out a nice polish, Jim?"
"Oh, Cherie, I didn't know that such a decision would be so hard. Can you
help me? I have narrowed it down to these three. Rose Petal Pink, Maple
Leaf Red, and Fuck Me Scarlet."
I viewed his choices and marveled at my husband, my macho husband, was
seriously using his brain power to make such a decision. Once you get a
man in heels, he changes completely. I was thrilled.
"Fuck Me Scarlet has to be it. You choose well. Now sit back, wiggle your
tampon in further, and watch while I make you toes absolutely beautiful."
I got the chosen bottle of polish and shook it right in front of Jim's
eyes. I sat down at my manicurist position and opened the bottle. The
smell that all men say they hate (Hah!) filled the room. Quickly I moved
to Jim's right big toe and layer down the first coat of Fuck Me Scarlet on
my husband's toenails. I heard a soft sigh above me and knew that Jim was
following every brush stroke. Once again Jim was experiencing something

Several sighs and a moan or two later, Jim had two coats of Fuck Me
Scarlet and a clear top coat on his manly toes.

Scarlet, heavenly. I know men are supposed to dislike the smell of nail
polish but I have to tell you that over the years, living up here above
the salon, I have grown to look forward to that smell each morning as the
salon become busier. It had started to give me an urge, a wish, deep
within me, to have that smell much closer than down the stairs. Now,

I toiled away at Jim's nails. The shape came easily, just a slight

about my business I was aware of Jim's gaze, following my every movement.

drying station and put his nails under the lamp.
