DNA. It is passed on through our "fathers" and only becomes active in

as is commonly known- we all develop as females.
Through evolution this genome evolved more succesfully than "proper"
males did and they basically died out.
This genome evolved into a physical "being" which was not intelligent -
it needed the host body to survive. It lives in a symbiosis with a
basically female host body - it needs the host body to survive. It
doesn't have its own organs but needs those of the host body, it
connects physically to the body as it grows in the womb and pumps it
