"The accountants tell me we have an embezzler. So far we have lost

how they are stealing the money?!"
"Thats about it."

"We think not. We, your mother and I, have checked around and

"Okay, I'll do it. How do we start?"
"Come with me," my mother said.
She and I went to a city far away and stayed in a hotel, and the next
day it began. She took me to a smallish shop where they surprised me by
spending the entire day turning me into half a girl! They finished the

various clothes. I was overwhelmed but mom told me that I simply had to
know these things if I had any hope of learning what was going on. In
other words, I have to become the perfect girl. For a 22 year old guy
fresh out of college it is a tall order to become a 22 year old girl.
After the salon where I was baked, then iced, totally waxed, styled,
and made up with new nails, mom took me to a very secluded place that
looked exactly like a school, complete with ivy. I was introduced to
the lady that ran the place, then mom left me there!
"Please sit down Jennifer. Let me explain what is going to happen here.
first you will get a very complete physical, and after that we will
determine the proper weight you should be. I know that you were fitted
with those very special appliances by Madeline, but if you have any
trouble or need any help at all just ask one of the instructors, okay?
But before we do anything we have to adjust your voice so that you
sound less like a boy and more like a girl. Come with me please and
we'll take care of that first."
The 'that' was my voice of course. The girl sitting there did not look
much older than me, but she was very professional, spraying something
in my throat which made me numb, then she did something with a special
kind of tool. She had me count to ten then adjusted some more before
she said that I was all set. She had me count again, and I sounded like
a girl! She smiled and I was led to my room where my schedule was
handed to me.
Up at six, breakfast at six thirty, classes starting at seven. My first
class, aerobics, because, they told me, I was 21 pounds over the ideal
weight for a girl my size! And my diet was restricted as well. This is
not going to be a fun place. But day after day I did the exercises and
eventually lost weight. Not 21 pounds but enough. How to do hair and
makeup were also classes I had to take and master all of them before I
could pass to the next phase. Poise and stance, how to walk, use my
hands and arms and how to talk like a girl. I had no idea it was
different. But how girls ask questions or make a point are way
different and I had to learn all that as well. Along the way I started
my first period, which was a bit stressful, but everyone understood and
I managed to survive that bit of strangeness.
On the day I went home I looked nothing like the boy with boobs they
dropped off. What I wore, the way I wore it, my stance and poise all
said girl in big letters. I was wearing a white suit with a red blouse
and red heels, my hair perfectly coiffed in a modified pageboy. Mom and
I drove home, with her sneaking looks now and then.
"You look so different! So lovely!"
"Thanks mom. It's how I turned out."
"And your voice! You sound like a girl now!"
My dad was even more shocked, especially when I told him I had a few
requirements.
"I'll go back of course, but after all this it'll be as a Vice
President, with my own office and all that, and I do not report to
either of the guys under suspicion. Just you. Other wise I'll be
fighting all the other girls to get their attention. This way I'll have
their attention right from the start. And we cannot push it. Let me
figure out a way to find out where the money is going before we make a
move, okay?"
"What ever you want honey. You look simply wonderful! I never suspected
that you could..."
"Thanks dad. I'll go change."
I changed into a pair of white shorts that while not tight, left no
doubt that I am a girl and I kept the red blouse. I changed into my
white tennies, fixed my makeup, and went back into the living room. I
saw mom, then dad who had a guy standing next to him.
"Honey, this is Matt. He is one of our attorneys, and will be joining
the legal staff. He is also undercover and is there to help you if you
need it."
I could tell by the look on his face that he liked what he was looking
at, namely me.
"I uh, have all of your new documents here for you to look at. Is there
someplace we can go over them?"
"In here," I said and led him to the dining room. He showed me all the
documents starting with a new birth certificate my Federal ID with my
name changed, college degrees and high school diploma as well. Then he
gave me four brand new credit cards in my name.
"The cards are all good for twenty grand, and all of them are legit."
"You're a lawyer?"
"Yeah. I graduated last year from Harvard, and here I am!"
"A smart guy!"
"I guess. Want to go get a slice? You and I are supposed to be an item
so...."
"Sure! Lets go!"
I took his hand out we went, leaving my parents shocked and concerned.
Matt looked like he was scared to death. He was holding my hand just
after we met so what would my dad say? But, we left and all was okay.
It would be my first 'date' such as it was.
"You're real pretty. I guess I wasn't expecting that."
"Why? Why would you think that?"
"Your dad said that you had a weight problem and you were real short,
and he said...."
"I got it. My dad stuck it to you, right?"
"Right. Looks like it, you are a knockout!"
"Thanks! Now lets get a slice!"
Matt and I hit it off right away and I just knew that he wanted more.
Maybe I did too, but first, my dad had to get a lesson. Matt and I
talked about it and decided that head on was best. I was looking
forward to it and I am very sure Matt was too, so when we got back to
the house, with my dad sitting right there, Matt spun me around and
kissed me. Not a peck, but a throat clearing swab that left me
breathless and panting.
"You were right sir! But I like bigger girls! Thanks!"
My dad was shocked to the core and it showed, but I got right in his
face.
"So! I'm short, overweight, with a huge butt, and not very pretty?
That's what you told Matt, right?"
"You told this young man that?" My mom was starting to get angry and my
dad was backing up without saying a word. Then he started babbling
about saying that before he saw me or some nonsense. But while I backed
off mom was tearing him a new one, and it was wide and deep. The two of
them went into another room to argue, leaving me with Matt. He wasted
no time at all. He grabbed me and kissed me again, leaving me panting
and smiling at him. I had never kissed anyone, and certainly not like
that, and even though I am really a boy, he set me on fire. I was
tingling all over, and I'm sure that he was too.
"You better go Matt. Before..."
"Yeah. We'll talk."
"Well, now that we have them together, lets just see where it goes from
here."
"That was inspired, telling him she was fat, knowing he would see
otherwise and tell her. And knowing her personality like you do, you
managed to manipulate her into kissing him!"
"They need to work together and trust each other absolutely, and having
them emotionally attached will do just that. This is a ton of money and
we need to find out who is stealing it, and this is the best way. Lets
just wait and see how this works out."
"You do know that she can have sex with Matt?"
"If she is having periods I figured that was possible, in fact, I'm
counting on it."
I had no idea that my parents had picked Matt for me, all I knew was
that he is a hunk and I really like the way he kisses me. I started
that Monday, with only a little bit of grumbling.The two guys we are
watching making the most noise, saying that we did not need another
layer, and the fact that I did not report to either of them. They hated
that. I started my research by looking at all of the invoices from the
past three years, pulling the ones that I had no knowledge of the
company represented. I gave Matt the addresses of the places I
suspected were fronts, and he set the detectives on a hunt for the
addresses listed, and on six of them all we found were empty buildings
or vacant lots, yet the invoices showed product coming from them. Every
invoice was signed by the same guy, but we needed more, so I put the
second phase into operation, making sure that Matt was close by.
I walked into his office. "I want in," I said forcefully, "as in half
share."
"In what?" he asked.
I showed him copies of the invoices he had signed, then pictures of the
vacant lots and buildings.
"Nice scam you have going. Now I want in or I'll turn this all over to
the prosecutors office, and NOT your brother the prosecutor. I'm in
whether you like it or not. $50K, on my desk, in cash, tomorrow."
Now, it sounds quick, but all that searching the invoices took almost
six months, and after that it took more time to check out the places.
Then it seemed to go quite fast. The next day I had $50K on my desk in
cash. But what he did not know was he was being tracked from the moment
I layed the ultimatum on him. I had him on tape agreeing to the money,
plus video of him putting the money on my desk. We tracked him the
entire time, so we now know the bank, the account number and the method
of payment, (direct deposit), and how he transferred the money to other
places where he could use it. Also via direct deposit. We had it all,
on recorded media, bank statements and witness statements from bank
officers and how and what he spent the money on. There was over
eighteen million in that bank account which Matt moved to recover
instantly.
During this whole time Matt and I have been dating, getting very close

the lawyers, but they told me they would handle it. He was found guilty
and sent to prison for 18 years, while we managed to recover almost 20
million dollars from various accounts he had set up. His wife was also
charged since her name was on several of the accounts. She got 7 years.
The other Vice President, who did not steal anything was also let go
because it was his job to oversee expenditures. And me? I got Matt for
a husband and I now run the company as a majority stockholder. All is
good.
