Three more Friday's had passed by. We were now well into December. I had mostly forgotten about Ginny and Stacy. Don had found himself a new girlfriend. Her name was Connie, and she was a real hot number. From the way Don was acting, I felt pretty certain that they were fucking each other already. They were going out on dates every Friday and Saturday. I was spending my weekends at home.
The only positive that came out of all this was my school grades started improving. I hadn't given any consideration to changing my mind, or to contacting either of the girls to try to reopen negotiations with them. I saw Ginny in school every day. I was aware that Ginny had gone out with Ryan Sanders on the date night just passed. Hearing about her going out with him hadn't particularly bothered me. I spent more time thinking about Stacy than I did about Ginny. If I had any regrets at all, it would be for not taking her out on a second date when I had the chance to. I had convinced myself, by then, that Stacy had planned on letting me fuck her on that second date. By then, I was upset that I'd never given myself the opportunity to find out if I was right or not.
Monday afternoon, right before seventh period started, Ginny walked up to me and asked me if Stacy had called me yet?
"No. I don't expect her to ever call me again. I made it clear to her that I didn't want her calling me unless she was ready to let me fuck her."
"She says she's going to call you this week. I think she's finally over Leonard. We doubled together on date night. We didn't have any fun. Ryan is a little jerk, and his friend, Ken, is twice as bad. They made us pay our own way at the A&W. Ryan asked us to help chip in for putting some gas in his father's car. "Don was out with his new girlfriend. I sure hope she's giving him some of her "goodies" with all the time and money he's spending on squiring her around. He owes me twenty dollars, just from the money he's had to borrow off me in the past month. His love life is going to make me poor, if this keeps up."
"Why don't you call me, right after you speak with Stacy? I'm ready to do whatever you want me to do, as long as it will help us to get things back to the way they were before."
"Why should I wait until after I talk to Stacy to call you?" I was really curious. For some reason, these two girls seemed to be joined together at the hip now, especially when it came to anything having to do with me.
"Stacy has something she needs to tell you too. After you speak with her, things will start becoming easier for you to understand. I promised her I'd wait until after she has a chance to speak with you."
Stacy didn't call me until after eight o'clock that evening.
"I'm ready to go out with you now, Gary."
"Who is this?"
"Stacy. Why are you pretending not to know who I am?"
"Most people who call here start out the call with a greeting. 'Hi, Gary, this is Stacy.' Something like that."
"Hi Gary. This is Stacy. Are you willing to take me on a date, now that I'm ready to go out with you?"
"That depends on whether you really are ready or not. Am I going to get sucked and fucked on this date we'll be having?"
"I'd say it would be reasonable for you to have that expectation. Are you free this Friday or Saturday?"
"I am. What time should I pick you up? Which day would you prefer?"
"Saturday, anytime after dark. Five thirty should be perfect for me."
"That's a date. Thanks for calling. I'll try my best not to disappoint you." Stacy laughed. I liked hearing her laugh again. I was already excited at the prospect of being with her again.
"Virginia wants you to call her, just as soon as we hang up from this call."
I quickly dialed Ginny's number. She answered on the first ring.
"Hello?"
"Hi, Gin, it's Gary."
"Did you already talk with Stacy? How did things end up?"
"We talked, and we're going out on Saturday."
"Can you and I go out this Friday? I promise I'll suck you if you say yes."
"Sure. What time should I pick you up?"
"At five o'clock, if you can get here that early. Now that we're all set with that, who are you planning on taking to the Winter formal?"
"No one. I'm not going. Don is taking his girlfriend, and he has first call on the car for that night."
"I can get my mom to drive us, and to come pick us up when it's over. This is the last really big dance of our high school lives, Gary. It is an even bigger deal than the prom will be to me. I really want to go to this dance with you."
"The dance is only two weeks away. Are you sure the tickets are still available? I heard somewhere that they were sold out already."
"I already have our tickets. All you need to do is tell me you'll go. Well, you'll also need to rent a tux, and buy me a corsage. I'll take care of all the rest. I already have a brand new dress for it."
"It sounds to me like you've been planning on going to this dance for a long time, Gin. Who were you planning on having as your date?"
"You, silly. I bought the tickets last September, as soon as school opened up again. It never occurred to me, until a week or so ago, that we'd never actually talked about the two of us going to it together. I was planning to call you soon anyway. We both were, but this, added to all the other things, is what made me want to agree to what you were asking me to do before."
"Can I wait to let you know if I'll go or not until after our Friday date?"
"Gary, I'm going to do everything I said I'd do. Don't try to hold this over my head like that. Tell me you'll take me to the formal, please?"
"Sure, I'll take you. I might have been willing to take you, even without you agreeing to this other thing. I haven't been happy with how things have been going for the past month either. I might have gotten carried away with things before. I sure wish we hadn't had that fight that night at the drive in, when we were with Don. No matter how good the blow job turns out to be, it won't have been worth all the trouble we've had because of that night."
I was sure right about that too. That Friday night Ginny seemed to just do the bare minimum she'd promised to do. Her blow job was more a hand job than anything else.
