This is a good place to mention the horny Kyle Skully who paid Z and Fran $14,000 for a few days as live in sex partners. Once Mel Brand and his company looked at the loan documents Kyle’s $120 million deal with the developers did not go as he expected.
As it was explained to me, Mel’s experienced finance people recognized barely legal fraud. Brand Inc. renegotiated a much better deal with the developers. Kyle’s ten-year 5% of the profits after the loan was repaid started barely a week after Kyle left the Island. There would be no profit for at least ten years as the loan was being repaid to Brand Inc. The developers were hesitant in using Brand’s project management people but because of a reduced interest rate, they accepted his people. After six months they were happy as they navigated through the first of several problems with excellent advice.
Mike, the SU guest, is an interior design consultant. He made good money in New Jersey and invested well. One might say he was well off. His vacation at SU, even without considering Kimi, got him thinking about relocating to the Island. He did his research and bought an option to buy a nice 4 bedroom home.
He never got over Kimi. He arranged for her to get an IT&I cell phone. They talked every day for two weeks before Mike mentioned his thoughts about moving to the Island. Kimi asked if he would spend another week at SU. She was excited when he said he would.
Mike got assurances from Ed Warren that when he visited he would be preselected for Kimi for at least his first two days. Mike got a pass from orientation and met a very happy Kimi right after the bus arrived. Immediately after entering his room, he asked, “Kimi will you marry me?” She was thrilled. They gathered her few possessions and left for a hotel in town the next morning with SU’s other departing guests.
They stayed on the Island long enough to marry and get Kimi a passport. He called his option to purchase and had 21 days before they could move in. While waiting, our happy couple worked to get his stuff in New Jersey ready for transport. Kimi’s Island-oriented design sense was a big plus in Mike’s design consultancy. The last I heard they had a boy and a girl and were considering another.

Mel and Alice never stopped using their “$2,000 coin.” Their love life needed a little structure. But the coin wasn’t a crutch. It was a pointer toward who, as they came to understand it, would benefit by providing pleasure to the other.
Z left SU after two years. She lived with Fran in their tiny house only when the May’s house was being used. Their tiny house ‘living room’ now holds a double bed and the bedroom became repurposed as a study. Z entered a nursing program at West Island Community College. She will graduate soon. Due to ongoing nursing shortages, she will be hired immediately.
Fran put an ad in BS&O and still sees an occasional client. She continued to manage the May’s house and often used it to maintain her full body tan. She led almost every nude beach tour and led every monthly RITC Copulating Couples tour. About every two months Mitch Phillips, RITC’s owner, hired Fran for a sensual overnight at his place. They were sufficiently discreet. Mitch’s other employees never had a clue.
At last report, Rick, the shared boyfriend, was doing well at Harvard Law. I know the dynamic between Z, Fran, and Rick will change when he returns to the Island. I will be as interested, as will my readers, to know how that will turn out.
That change is worth at least a short coda. But will I be invited to participate in that event? Or if invited, will I be allowed to record it for posterity? Perhaps after all the dust settles Z will make time to talk about it.
