Scroll down just a little bit and you find what looks kind of like a hentai porn tube site. The homepage is sectioned out, with large thumbnails in each section. Choose from recent uploads, recent image uploads, new releases, trending, and random. Easily swipe through the list in whatever section looks appealing by clicking the right and left arrow buttons and enjoy as much anime porn as you like!
The site is designed well, with a sleek gray and black theme backing up the white text. Plus, if you need a little bit of help navigating the site, there’s an easy to use drop-down menu located in the upper left-hand corner of the page. Simply click it to have access to the entire site without having to scroll around to find each page. Personally, this is my preferred way for a website to offer a navigation menu. It keeps the site pared down and minimal. Cuts down on clutter.
Active, Engaged Community of Fellow Porno Purists
In addition to offering high-quality hentai and anime episodes in an HD tube format, Hanime offers a community for its users. Once you register your username and fill out some basic information in your profile, feel free to upload images and videos, share content, like/dislike, and comment on content.
Not only do you have an “unlimited” archive of anime and hentai videos to choose from, but you can also add your own and interact with other users, chat about your favorite series. Another great feature of being a Hanime member is that you can create as many different playlists as you want and then add videos to them. As far as Hanime’s media player is concerned, I actually really like it. Not enough porn sites, in my opinion, have embraced the Youtube model when it comes to their video players. I didn’t download the app myself, but from what I can see of the screenshots, it looks like it is designed almost identically to the site, equally easy to navigate.
One Major Downfall for Hanime
Which brings me to Hanime’s major downfall. Yup, you guessed it. Ads. There are tons of ads all over the site. Giant ads in the middle of pages, ¾ of the way down, at the bottom, to the right of the video player, taking up a huge portion of screen space (it looks like) on the app.
Sites often mention that they rely on ads to provide their users with a great experience, but that seems kind of like a catch 22, doesn’t it? Because, for me at least, ads make it impossible to have a great web experience. In fact, they just piss me off. It’s a good thing hentai or hentai games doesn’t get me hard, because I’d be even more pissed if these ads went and killed my fucking boner.
Besides, it’s just not true to say that ads are required to provide a great user experience. Theporndude.com doesn’t have any ads and I think we do a pretty damn good job at providing a great experience for our readers. So, there’s really just no excuse. Oh, and, webmasters, a word to the wise: don’t try to blame your users for the presence of ads on your site. That’s just awful customer service.
Having said that, they do link to theporndude.com at the bottom of their site, so I guess promotion isn’t always such a bad thing.
A High-Quality Site Overall
All in all, for a fan of hentai and anime porn, I think you will really enjoy Hanime.tv (if you can look past the ads). It has a sleek design, its easy to navigate, there are tons and tons of high-quality HD videos to choose from, you can easily hunt down and watch entire series, discover new shows you hadn’t known about before, and participate in an actively engaged community of fellow hentai lovers.
Hentai porn has never been for me, that is true, but I could definitely see myself frequenting hentai.tv if it were. Plus, the fact that they have a decently designed app is just badass. Watch your porn on the go, fap wherever you want, be a trailblazer. Try not to get caught, of course.
