Still, it’s not the community’s fault that the mods don’t do their jobs right! I still think most of the users here manage to spot the high-quality stuff and just upvote that straight to the Hot segment of the community. And, actually, the people are what makes this subreddit tick. There are over 445k people on this sub, and Reddit doesn’t really see that many subscribers on regular subs. It’s an average subscriber count for NSFW subreddits, but it’s still a sizable number of people. The die-hard fans are the ones who are going to spend most of their time in the New segment upvoting and downvoting posts to Hot.
I’ve gotta say, it’s a pretty great community overall. They’re the reason why there are so many tips listed on the sub, which are going to give you the information needed about video codecs and so on. New subreddit rule changes suck donkey balls
I like the fact that they have a customized design here. They have a custom banner, custom avatar, and they also have some custom colors here too. They went for a very grey design; I guess because they think it looks very modern and high-quality. Well, it works for the most part. The only problem is that link text is a very light gray, and sometimes it’s hard to read. Other than that, I’m a fan of the design here. If you use Reddit’s dark mode, then /r/60fpsporn will look even more beautiful when you’re exploring all of the amazing content that it has to offer you. It just looks great, overall.
But there’s one thing that I’m not quite sure about with /r/60fpsporn. You see, a few months ago, the mods just came up with an update and stickied it to the top of the subreddit, where they announced some changes. The changes would include the fact that now all videos, even the ones not related to porn, would be allowed on the sub, as long as they are 60fps and high-quality when it comes to the resolution. I have no idea why they went with that, but my guess is that they wanted to expand the types of people who came to this subreddit, but I don’t think that this will work.
