I didn’t see any spam at all during my visit to HentaiVideos, even without an adblocker running. That’s pretty much unheard of anywhere. Hentai sites with full episodes are often some of the worst offenders, because they know horny anime fans will put up with a fair amount of bullshit just to see an animated pussy getting fucked from the inside. These guys could probably get away with blowing up the average user’s browser, but they don’t. That tells me they really care about the material and the user experience.
