Oh, and let’s talk about that art. If you’re familiar with porn video games, you’ve no doubt seen those sprawling collections with hundreds or even thousands of interactive girlfriend simulators and RPG-Maker sex adventures. Unfortunately, the artwork in those collections is always really hit or miss essentially because they accept everything with even a pixelated boob or mention of butt stuff. The standards are much fucking higher here.
The art is a mix of full-color, beautifully shaded anime, and more realistic CG styles, all of it high-end . All across the front page, I see sexy nurses with nips peeking through wildly inappropriate hospital attire, badass Mafia and cartel bitches who look like they might fuck you or murder you in cold blood, cat-eared mech fighter broads, and a big-titted warrior princess chick who’s apparently a character in a little something called Medieval Orgy. Damn, the image would have sold me even without the descriptive title.
The range of themes is definitely a selling point as well. Fantasy Game 18 has nine different games listed with different setups and scenarios. There’s one about demons and fairies and the ancient myth of The Sex Notebook and one where you’re a king with a hundred women. Another promises sci-fi adventures with flirty gun-toting sluts in space and some badass gangster shit for the aspiring criminals out there.
I do have some bad news on a similar point, though. Remember, FantasyGames18.com was only launched very recently. As of this writing, only two of those games are live. The rest are open to pre-registration, which means they’re coming soon, but the pickings are still pretty slim.
Checking Out the Early Options
Yeah, it’s a bummer that you only get your choice of two right now, but at least they look good. There’s definitely something to be said for quality over quantity, and it’s easy to see these aren’t half-baked games. Even the preview pages are polished and sparkling as hell, trying to lure you in with even more graphic imagery from the games. Like any good adult site, the goal is to make your dick hard so that you engage more. I’m certainly ready to.
First, I checked out one called Mafia Inc. There’s a game with the same title on the official Android store, though this seems to be something else entirely. The one you download from Google looks like some cutesy, family-friendly shit. The FantasyGame18 version has a naked chick bouncing her tatas while money rains down from the sky.
I mention the Android game because Mafia Inc seems to be a native Android game as well, with a download link that delivers an APK file at the tap of a finger. Still, I really like Fantasy Game 18 because they’ve got games for multiple platforms: PC, Android, and iOS. At the edge of the screen, to the right of the stripper and some Yakuza-looking dude in a fur coat, there are instructions on how to play the game on your PC, along with a link to download the required emulator.
There’s a big-ass video montage that auto-plays on the page, and goddamn, it’s even sexier than that sexy preview image I was just gawking at. There’s a lot of fapworthy CG sex with dick-riding hotties dripping fluids and a lineup of sluts that includes elegant girls, cowgirl babes, and one mean-looking babe with a wicked smile and a riding crop. It looks like they’re appealing to all interests.
The FantasyGame18.com preview page for the Rise of Empire Harem isn’t quite as flashy, and in fact, had a broken video trailer that wouldn’t play for me. The pics do look fucking hot, though, with naked Asian chicks getting penetrated and many battles going on. It looks like this one’s a real-time strategy game.
One thing I don’t like about this joint is that they don’t tell you what genre of the game each one is, so you’re left to guess based on the previews. That may be because the site creators obviously don’t speak English as a first language, as evidenced by all the Engrish written everywhere.
“Palace fight through time and space, wife Meiyu and so on you into the back of the palace,” reads the description for Call Me Master, going on to say, “Drunk sleep beauty knee, wake up to the power of the world.” But, seriously, what the fuck does that mean? I guess it’s good they’ve got all these naked broads with dripping nipples to do the selling for them.
Just How Free is Fantasy Game 18?
Okay, now for the part a lot of you guys knew was coming as soon as you read the compound adjective “free-to-play.” Those of you who missed that may have noticed the general lack of ads on FantasyGame18.com. They’ve got to make their money somewhere because those games look like they were expensive to produce. And that’s where your wallet comes in.
You can play the games for free, sure, and a lot of people do that. Maybe even most people. But if you’re looking to progress faster, you may end up spending money on in-app purchases, microtransactions, and gacha. It’s the same setup as Nutaku, and only the absolute gaming newbies are ever surprised by it anymore. This isn’t even a porn-specific thing, so all gamers should be familiar with the concept. It can get expensive if you’ve got an addictive personality, but most people just have fun and occasionally drop a couple of quarters into the machine for a bonus.
To get new players on board, FantasyGame18 offers some free in-game currency just for verifying your email address. You get 125 fantasy gold, which is a couple of bucks’ worth of the stuff. But if you want to top up, Fantasy Games 18 accepts credit cards, PayPal, and Gash wallet. That also means the games are open to players worldwide, even though the site’s in English.
I can’t help noticing the FG Leaderboard out on their front page. All four of the listed players at the top have the same high score, and it’s the same 125 FG that I have. That’s a reflection on just how new the site is; they haven’t even had time to fill out the leaderboard with real high scores yet!
FantasyGame18.com certainly has all the makings of a solid premium eroge game site. The production values are clearly high as fuck everywhere, meaning fans of porn games will be able to get their rocks off while getting in some quality game time. Unfortunately, the place is so new that players still have a very limited choice of games to play, but I can’t wait to see how this one fills out and grows. This could be the start of something big.
