1. Think about why you want to become a girly girl before you do it.

No more clumsiness for you! u are about to be as elegant and sexy as possible. Many of you may look masculine but your movements can say otherwise. A few tips about how you can be a classy lady.
Learn to walk with elegance. You’ll feel like a fake if you just clump along while walking. True ‘girly girls’ sort of look like they’re floating. Put one foot in front of the other (literally). Toes should face forward. Your footprints should form a single line, as if you are walking on a rope or a beam. When done quickly, this gives the body that characteristic swing. Your ankles should never bump, this is painful and may make you fall! Look straight forward, capturing the essence of the clothes you’re wearing with the expression on your face. Focus on an object straight ahead of you. Keep your chin level and your eyes up. Keep your head and shoulders still as your body moves. Your head and shoulder should feel a little like a sturdy coat hanger, and things should swing from there. Don’t swing your shoulders, and don’t over exagerate arm movements. Do make sure, however, that your hips swing more than they would usually. This may take some practice to look good, but after that you will be able to loosen your hips and wiggle properly.
Learn to stand like a diva. Practice your posture, make it relaxed but erect. Pretend that your head is being pulled up by a hair on the crown of your head to elongate your neck, lift your chest, and allow your shoulders to fall back. Also, pretend that there is a string attached to your sternum (breastbone) that lifts your chest toward the sky to hold your ribcage up off of your pelvis and to pull your navel into your back.Repeat this to yourself in your head: chin up, neck long, shoulders back, chest out, abs tight, pelvis forward, and buttocks tight. At first you may feel that you are leaning back a little and you should be able to feel pressure and length in the small of your back.
Move as little as possible when performing practical or enticing actions. For example, if you wish to look over at something or someone, move your eyes first until they cannot move any more, then move your head, then your torso and adjust your lower body last and only when necessary. Always return to your most relaxed state and never maintain a tense position.
Appear inviting even when you stand still. Arrange your left foot slightly in front of your right foot (your left knee should be slightly bent), and these toes should point forward and slightly inward with only some of your weight bearing on the ball of this foot. Your right foot should be almost directly behind your left foot and turned to the right to be perpendicular to it, and these toes should point to your right and slightly inward with most of your weight bearing on the ball of this right foot. Attempt to gently bend your knees toward each other to exude more panache. Additionally, your body should be turned to position your right elbow behind your right hip, and you should delicately turn your head toward your nearest shoulder (i.e. your left shoulder) to complete the pose.
Walk slightly slower. Everything done just a little slower looks graceful and sexy.
Keep your hands open with your fingers nearly totally straightened. Pretend as though you are gently holding a feather from a seagull in each hand and keep all movements fluid.
Always have confidence and be fully present in your body. Allow your soul to come out from your eyes, relax your jawline, relax your lips to form an ideal shape. Present the best possible you in each and every present moment.
3. Buy clothing that always fits and gives you a waist
Meaning it has to fit. You do not want to look like white-trash and wear your favorite over sized t-shirt. You should be wearing clothes that give you an ‘hour glass figure’. Buy shirts that complement your breasts and stomach. If you are flat chested, v-necks help a lot. Don’t try and be a slut though. That just makes it look like you’re dying to get laid or something.
4. Have a sense of style
Being in fashion is a must. Try to read more fashion magazines to learn what kinds of clothing go well together. If you have a cute skirt you have never worn because you don’t know what to wear it with, google it. Google ‘what to wear with white layered skirt’. The results are not guaranteed great, but your bound to find something that will help you. Be sure to create your own fashion and have your own style, because it’s not right to wear something that just isn’t you. It’s often better to have a basic personal style than to always be chasing the latest ‘fad’ look. You could waste hundreds of dollars on clothes just for them to go out of style a few weeks later. 5. The girly-girl basics are the things you will need to start off your wardrobe, then you can add on special pieces after that
You will need a light-wash and dark-wash denim skirt, light-wash and dark-wash pair of shorts, and two pairs of dark-wash skinny jeans.
You will need five plain tank-tops in the colors: Pink, black, blue, green, white. These will be good for layering and a weekend casual look when paired with shorts or jeans.
You will need cute undies, not that anyone will be seeing them. Nothings better than feeling cute underneath.
You will need white and pink Jack Purcells. No substituting. They can only be Jack Purcells. Jack Purcells go with anything, and they are very adorable with jeans.
You’ll need three cute dresses. They must be at least above the knee. Girly girls are a little bit showy. Abercrombie has very cute dresses, and if you don’t feel comfortable wearing a short dress, pair it with leggings and flats. Now that you have all this, you can start adding adorable shirts and other things to your wardrobe. Girly girls are always pink.
6. Take care of your skin
Wash your face with a mild facial soap that removes makeup, dirt and oil every morning and night. You can give yourself a steam facial every week to get all your pimples and blackheads out, but don’t overdo it. It can really dry up your skin. Make sure your face is clean before putting on any type of cream. If you have a few acne spots on your face, but not necessarily a breakout, try using Clean & Clear Persa-Gel 10, Maximum Strength. It is dermatologist recommended and has high reviews. Almost any acne cream or gel will dry out your skin. That is why it is best to invest in a good moisturizer. Don’t put sunscreen on your face though, because it will clog your pores and make you breakout. Put on a moisturizer with sunscreen in it. Spray tans are much better than natural tanning or tanning salon. Only after a few bad sunburns you can get skin cancer, and that isn’t pretty when you are older. Beauty has a price girls. Moisturize your body with a moisturizing body wash, and put lotion on your legs, knees, elbows, and hands. If you do this, you will have moist soft skin all the time.
7. Wear makeup that makes you look polished
Lip gloss and eyeliner is perfect for everyday wear. You can also wear cheek tints and eye shadow, if you want. Foundation makes your skin look flawless, but too much can look fake. Use a makeup sponge to apply the makeup. It spreads the makeup evenly. Don’t put makeup over your dry skin though, because it will make your skin look flaky and ‘furry’. Wear a powder over that to make your skin look less ‘shiny’. Try neutral colors on the lid ( browns, golds ). Girly-girls always wear makeup, so get used to it. Girly-girls also wear perfume and body spritz. Wear something girly, like strawberry or vanilla. You must wear a deodorant, but not a strong smelling one. A one that smells like baby powder is good, because it smells girly and clean. Girly-girls don’t sweat.
8. Groom yourself every day
A good grooming routine everyday, is taking a shower, and shaving. Brush your teeth twice and floss at least once a day. Apply body lotion. The last step is perfume. Pick a custom scent for yourself to be your trademark.
9. Have good hygiene
Remember to always be clean: use a comb to part your hair when its wet, never brush it when its wet, keep your nails dirt-free and always painted pink, brush your teeth and shower. Good smelling breath is a must! When washing your hair, use a shampoo that helps your hair become frizz-free and shiny (not oily, but shiny). When spraying perfume, be sure to use just enough, but not too much. Excessive use of perfume isn’t attractive and does not improve your hygiene, despite popular belief. Being clean is important, being grubby isn’t girly and isn’t ladylike. Never have greasy hair. It is gross and very trashy.
10. Take care of your nails as well
Treat yourself to a pedicure/manicure, and make sure to keep from biting your nails, picking at them, etc. People notice your hands more than you think, and jagged nails don’t look very nice. Try to go to a nail salon to get your nails done. If you can’t, just do it by yourself or with a friend. If this is your first time being a girly-girl-in-training, try not to use dark colors like black. Use girly colors like pink, purple, etc. Make sure your hands are soft too, invest in a good hand cream like Vaseline Intensive Care Healthy Hand & Nail Revitalizing Hand Lotion. It makes your nails stronger and hands softer.
11. Look after your hair
Make sure you comb it with a wide toothed comb or a brush, wash it every day or every other day, depending on your hair type, and don’t use too many hair products. It looks gross when your hair is all stiff and oosing with hairspray and mousse. If you have flat hair (meaning no volume), use a volumizing spray. You spray it close to the roots and work your hands through it to give it the volume it never had. If you have curly hair, spraying tons of hairspray and mousse makes your hair look really crappy. DO NOT pull your hair back (half up half down) if you have curly hair and attack it with mousse and hairspray. It looks horrible and immature when you do that. It is not bad to straighten your hairs everyday, and you do not need a heat protectant. That is a common myth. Sure, if you are going to straighten the crap out of one strand of hair that strand will probably need some protection. When straightening or curling your hair, make sure it is dry. Start on the back, because when you first turn on the straightener there is a lot of heat and if you use it on the thin front hair, it will fry it. If you only do one stroke on on each layer or section of hair, you will not do any damage. But continuously going over and over each layer or section will damage the hair severely. THAT is when you need a heat protectant. Try different hairstyles everyday, like half-up half-down, high-ponytail, side-braid, low pig tails, curls, etc. Be creative.
12. Keep in tip-top shape
Keeping in tip top shape is very important for you. Exercise daily. Of course you don’t want body muscle. So stick to aerobics, pilates and yoga. You want to have well toned muscles and that’s it. Give priority to your lower body: your hips, your thighs and your legs. Don’t eat too much dessert. It would be smart to eat low-fat (or fat-free) foods. However, this doesn’t mean starve yourself. You don’t have to be stick thin. As long as you’re healthy, you’re fine!
13. Use mostly pastel colors such as pink and baby blue
Especially pink. Purple is a very pretty color as well. However, you cannot wear red, green, black, etc. Because you’re a girly girl means you have to wear pink or purple (etc) all the time. Pink is your colour now.
14. Have a bright personality, bubbly and happy
Don’t giggle all the time, because people will find that really annoying. Instead, make other people laugh, and be really cute. Don’t take yourself too seriously. Be sweet and friendly, do not yell too much. Instead, smile a lot. It makes you look cute. Remember people are not with you for your intelligence but for who you are, an easy going girly girl.
15. Get girly clothes – skirts, cute shirts, accessories, jeans, cute shorts…anything bright is good
Make an effort to look around. When you first start coming out of your ‘comfort’ zone you won’t like anything and will keep saying ‘no’ to everything you see. Go to every store you can. You might get tired of walking around, but just looking is a big step! Go with your friends who have style or with somebody who has any style different than yours! Let them help you, but develop your own style and don’t just copy theirs.
16. Wear jeans that fit
Don’t wear low cut jeans if you don’t feel comfortable, but make sure your jeans fit you and are not tight or baggy. A belt is okay, but the fit says it all. Try on lots of brands, styles, cuts, and sizes. Not every size jean will fit the same depending on the brand. The same goes with shirts. Not tight, not baggy. If your shirt is so tight you can see your bra or you have trouble getting your shirt off of your back, then it’s too tight. To see if the shirt is too small, raise your arms up. If your stomach shows when you do this, then the shirt may be too small. Things like camisoles are supposed to fit tight.
17. Stick to nice colors, nothing to violent or something that stands out too much
Nice colors would be anything light, clean and fresh looking. Nice outfits-jeans and shirts that suit you, skirts and tank tops, that kind of thing, leggings are nice too. Pair things up with a pair of shoes that fit and go with the outfit, and maybe a simple, plain chain and bracelet. Earrings can be a little long if you want-but nothing that is too violent.
18. Learn to talk well
Swearing your head off or talking really loudly in an accent people can hardly make out is most definitely unattractive, and not lady like. Talking well is quite an art. Find a good tone so that people can hear you without straining their eardrums or covering their ears. A medium tone is best. Speak very clearly. If you’re talking in a strong accent, not many will understand you.
19. Stop swearing
It may be hard to cut out, but swearing is one of the worst things you could do if you’re trying to be ladylike. Try making a deal with your friends about not swearing for a day. Just think about proving to everyone you have the will power and self control to actually control and think about what comes out of your mouth. If you’re a person who swears loads, this is not a ladylike thing. Definitely say things like ‘shoot’ and ‘idiot’. Try not to use bad words like ‘crap’ or ‘moron’. They’re not okay. Try to make very calm and civil comebacks, not the regular old stuff. It’ll take practice, but it’s a huge step towards being ladylike and girly. You will never use words like ‘asshole’ or even ‘fuck’. No matter what they tell you, you will never comeback at them with such words. In time you ‘ll have to get used to it and forget that they ever existed!! Instead you can learn to stick out your tongue. It’s girly and cute and the best way to express your negative thoughts about someone.
20. Be graceful
This is a difficult step, but also a crucial one. Being graceful doesn’t mean you have to hate sports and walk on tip toe. Just make sure you walk with your head up, shoulders rolled back and your back straight. Don’t swagger, or swing your hips a lot. It looks exaggerated and weird. Don’t swing your arms either – keep them by your side.
21. Have good taste in clothing
Be modest in clothing and avoid clothing of bad taste. Extremely low necklines, too short skirts, belly-bearing tops and revealing clothing can make a girl look like she does not respect her body and herself. Shirts with inappropriate sayings, logos can make a girl look like she’s desperate for attention. The posh are not desperate for attention.
22. Be as feminine as possible
Don’t stuff your face with food – chew your food and don’t make any noises or gulp it down. Don’t take huge bites either – just normal ones. Avoid eating anything that could get messy and sticky. Don’t slouch when you’re sitting in a chair-press your back against it and press your feet against the floor. Avoid folding your arms too-it gives off a ‘Get lost’ vibe, and can make you look unsure about who you are and where you stand. Try not to put your hands in your pockets too much either. Just practice keeping them by your sides. It feels awkward, but actually looks completely normal.
23. Hang out with gal pals
Girls love the mall, shopping, and almost anything associated with beauty. Get a group of friends and have a shopping spree, makeovers, a sl**pover, a bake sale or any girl-related activity..
24. Always be nice and generous
Having a selfish and nasty attitude towards others will drag you very far away from being ladylike. Always have a smile on your face, and be willing to let people borrow things from you. Be nice to everyone, even people who you think are losers, because nobody is a loser and everyone is a human being. Everyone deserves a chance, so make sure you give it to them. Don’t exclude people from games, gifts, or secrets, keep your promises and don’t gossip (a lot..). Don’t be mean or hot headed-always keep your cool.
25. Don’t let anyone mess with you
If someone is bullying you in any matter, you do not put up with it. It is disgusting behavior, and you don’t let anyone walk all over you. You avoid bullies at all times because you are afraid of them. You are a girly girl and you can’t do anything if someone messes with you. Angry girly girls look even cuter when they try to mess with real boys, so propably they would laugh at you. That’s why you have to be a good girl and avoid such situations.
26. Have a few possible comments to respond with if someone is insulting you
You are a girly girl, totally unable to defend yourself, so if a boy insults you, you will do what the weaker party has to do. You will try and walk away from him. If he doesn’t stop, you will start crying and beg him to leave you alone. That way, you will buy some time until somebody comes and rescue you. Of course there is the alternative to insult him verbally (you can not get physical with him!). Although, in that case you may make him even more angry and dangerous. The best alternative is to use your charms to calm him.
27. You love brand names
Every girly-girl has brand names. Wear Escada jeans, or 7 for all mankind or Dolce & Gabbana, Gucci jeans etc. Use a juicy couture binder instead of a regular once, etc. Substitute ‘normal’ for brand names. You believe in the power of the brand name. Advertisments affect you a lot. You love shopping so much, because you love the attention you get when you look pretty. And you look pretty when you wear brand names!
28. Fads, trends, or whatever you call them are important.
That’s what makes a girly-girl girly. Being snobby and spoiled is definitely not unladylike, its just that snobby people are using their wealth the wrong way, showing it off. Don’t be snobby, but don’t be white trash either. If you were to choose between being snobby and being a white trash you would definitely choose the first though! You do what it takes to follow the latest trends. You are a fashion victim and you can’t do anything about it, it’s in your nature. If people are jealous and gossip about you, that means you are on the right track to girliness.
29. You are a pop girl.
Girly girls are affected by pop culture in almost every aspect of life whether it is music, media, celebrities, fashion, and even literature. You just don’t care about what other people say. You are proud of your likes and dislikes. You idolize celebrities and you want to know everything about them. You listen to Lady Gaga, Britney Spears, Pussycat Dolls etc and you love it. You buy magazines and you watch TV shows to be in touch with the latest updates in their lives. You love gossiping about Kim Kardashian, Paris Hilton, Lindsay Lohan etc and you have a clear opinion about each one of them. You can watch MTV for hours. You love TV shows like American Idol etc, movies like Mean Girls and of course you adore Sex and the City. In fact, you have a crush on Carrie Bradshaw! She is sort of an obsession. She is your the best friend. The pretty girl. The prom queen. The sweet girl next door. She is the queen of the cool chicks. She is who you want to be and the one you want to be your best friend all wrapped into one!
30. Don’t hang out with boys a lot, you will start to copy their ways!!
Hang out with lots of girly girls and try to copy things they do like: The catchphrases they say (omigosh! OMG! yah!), what they eat (don’t eat excactly the same things they eat though!), their hair styles (if they do their hair really cute one day you could try it! or if it doesnt suit you then try a different hairstyle!) etc. Although when you do hang out with boys, you have to remember that, even though you don’t feel comfortable around them, you have to stay calm and never be scared to talk, because you don’t want them to think less of you!
