You are the last remaining member of your brotherhood of steel squad, the lowly scribe.

Shortly after arrival in this small, out of the way town... if you can even call it a town...a super mutant attack hit. Smart, intelligent, and strong, they managed to kill the rest of your squad and half the town before the raiders hit. It was surprising at first, raiders helping defend against the super mutants, but it allowed the rest of the town and yourself to survive.

Soon the price came. 3/4 of all crops the town grew.

The raiders left, content that their demands would be met, to meet up with two other raider bands.

While you are not much of a fighter, you have always been a good tactician.

Setting the town to work to gather plants seen on the way here, you mixed and altered and cooked. Soon, your weapon was ready.

You managed to sneak into the meeting area and dump the fine powder into their water supply. The bands, easily over 50 raiders in total, collapsed, down to the last one.

After much arguing, you convinced the town to modify some of the old, ruined buildings to form a sort of holding pen for the raiders. They were all moved and secured.

Curious about raider society, you set about finding out their stories.

After more than a little time, they finally started talking, telling you about the life of a raider.

It took a little more work to get the males talking, but considerably less work to get the females to talk. Then again, the males seemed to open up not that long after the females. Maybe it was seeing a female that they didn't feel posed a threat to them that allowed them to loosen their tongues. Then again, they did not know that you were the ones that single handed subdued three raider bands.
