Piper emerged from the mist and sighed. She’d spent what seemed like forever wandering into the mist, trying to find a way out of this... wherever she was. No matter what direction she had gone she had always come right back to this place.
The space was about 250 feet square, a large bed dominated the center of the area. Soft red carpet covered the entire floor, a table covered in fine food, drinks and a large book, was off to the side. On the other end of the room was a small walled off enclosure containing a toilet and a shower. At the end of the carpet in any direction, a sheer wall of mist hung around in a perfect square, looking up there was nothing, just empty whiteness. It was probably the nicest prison cell that she'd ever seen. But a prisoner she was, or assumed anyway, since she couldn't figure out how to leave. She began to contemplate yet another pointless walk into the mist when she heard the sound of footsteps.
Piper whirled around, the footsteps were coming from directly behind her through the mist. Uncertain, Piper slowly began to back up away from the mysterious wall. The footsteps continued to approach, Piper continued backing up. With a little shriek Piper moved back a little too far and fell backward onto the large bed. She pulled herself up into a slightly reclined position just as a figure emerged from the mist.
He was tall, about 6', he wore a long, flowing red robe that hung down to just above his bare feet. The slight V opening of the robe over his chest showed a decently built body, not insanely muscular, but not flabby. His face was not unattractive, nor was it overly handsome, he just looked... average. Except his eyes, his eyes flashed with intelligence and power. He emerged from the mist and stood there looking at her.
"Hello Piper." He said, his voice had an air of authority to it. Piper was becoming increasingly uncomfortable with the way his eyes roamed over her body. Especially the way they seemed to linger particularly long on her butt, thighs, and breasts.
"My eyes are up here pal," Piper said, trying to sound braver then she felt, "Now...".
"You will speak when spoken to." He cut her off harshly. Piper almost shot back with a retort, but the harshness of his words and the threat in his eyes caused her to keep silent.

"Whatever." Piper said, waving her hands to blast him to pieces. Nothing happened. Piper tried again, and again as he began to advance upon her, she tried to freeze him, nothing happened.
'Look around you Piper," Kael said in the tone one would use on a particularly stupid child. "You are in a dimensional holding cell in-between time and space, do you honestly think I could do all this and not be able to block you powers?"
Piper swallowed hard and suddenly felt more afraid then she ever had before, Kael was only standing a few feet away from her now, his eyes still dancing lecherously over her body.
"My sister's will find me!" Piper said with conviction, her sister's had never let her down before. Maybe this... whatever he was, could overpower one of the Halliwell sister's but against the combined power of three? Piper smiled, her confidence momentarily restored.
"They're already here you fool." Kael said in the same patronizing tone, "I'm starting with you because your the oldest." The color drained from Piper's face, horror knotting her stomach, as Kael opened his robe to reveal his partially erect manhood. "Now get on your knees." He commanded.
