Definition of Terms: The submissive partner in this agreement shall henceforth be referred to as the Slave. The dominant partner in this agreement shall henceforth be referred to as the Master. From the moment this contract is agreed from both parts the the Slave will lose his real name. Slave's Role
The Slave agrees to submit to the Master in all ways. Sexual Contact
The Slave acknowledges that he is obligated to engage in anal sex, oral sex, or any other activity with the Master or anyone Master desires. The Slave acknowledges that he may be required to perform sexual or any other acts with people of both genders.
When and if the Master requires, the slave’s mouth will be used as the Master private toilet. For that purpose the slave shall receive in his mouth all the piss of the Master and drink it all without loosing a drop. Also, for the purpose of the Master emptying his bowels, when ordered the slave shall lay under the Master’s anus with a full open mouth ready to receive, chew and swallow everything that the body of the Master rejects.
After eating it all, the Slave, with his tongue and mouth, shall carefully clean and cherish the Master’s ass hole.
When ordered, the Slave shall provide to all Master’s friends the same services that he provides to the Master, including sexual and toilet services.
For any purposes the Slave accepts that his rights as human being will cease and that while being a slave he has no more rights than an a****l. The Slave agrees that no human rights are to be applied in the relation of complete ownership between the Master and the Slave. The Slave understands that from the moment his body and soul belong to the Master he will become not a human being but an a****l that lives only to serve his owner.
In the presence of the Master the Slave shall be always on his knees, never looking to the eyes of his owner. When the Master sits, the Slave shall lay on the floor under the Master feet, in order that the Master can use the Slave face or body to rest his feet.
When coming home the Master will use the Slave tongue to clean his dirty shoes or boots in order that the floor of the house can be kept clean.
When preparing his meals the Master will have the Slave at his side in order to use the slave’s mouth to deposit the remains of the preparation. All the organic waste that usually is sent to the garbage bin shall be introduced in the Slave’s mouth in order to be chewed, swallowed and recycled by the Slave body. This procedure, together with the use of the Slave as a toilet and cum dump, shall allow great savings on Master’s financial assets, as the Slave will be nourished with no costs for the Master. In the case that is necessary any food supplement the Master can decide to give the Slave some dog food, dog or horse cum.
If and when the Master does not need the Slave’s mouth to deposit the organic garbage, the Slave shall lay on the floor in order that the Master steps on the Slave body and face, instead of standing on the kitchen floor.
The Slave, may NEVER exercise veto power over any command given by the Master. However, the Slave may, with respect, make the Master aware of the following circumstances:
When said command may conflict with state, local, or federal law; and may lead to fines, arrest, or legal prosecution of the Slave.
- When said command may cause significant hardship to the Slave's life.
- When said command may cause significant or lasting bodily harm to the Slave. The slave may request extreme punishment in lieu of the command.
The Master acknowledges that the Slave will use the following safe word when it is reached a level beyond the Slave's capacity. Upon hearing this word, the Master agrees not to halt, but temporarily suspend, all play-related activities so that they may tend to the needs of the Slave. Safe word: “mercy Master”.
In some circumstances the Master can decide that the Slave can not use any safe word. For that purpose the Master will close the slave’s mouth with a tape in order to avoid that any sound comes from the slave’s mouth.
Master's Role
The Master accepts responsibility for the Slave's body and material possessions as outlined in this agreement. The Master agrees to use the Slave the hardest way and to provide the maximum discomfort for the Slave for as long as he own the Slave. The Master accepts and acknowledges his responsibility to Train the Slave, Punish the Slave, Use the Slave and Torture the Slave as he sees fit. The Master agrees to accept all decision making responsibilities of the following aspects of the Slave's life, and the Slave in turn agrees to relinquish control of the following aspects of their life to the Master: wardrobe, sleep schedule and place, eating habits, bathroom usage, occupation, personal hygiene, social interaction, recreation, masturbation frequency, pastimes/hobbies, physical appearance, including body modifications such as piercings and tattoos, speech and fed patterns.
The slave shall be kept nude and barefoot at all times but the Master would dress the slave if and when going to public places. Even in public and even in cold days the Slave must be kept barefoot at all times to show his inferior condition.
The Slave must to be kept butt plugged at all times with 30 minutes per day for hygienic purposes.
Also the Slave nipples shall be clamped at all times and with hanging weights in order to grow them bigger. Only the Master can decide how much weight shall be suspended from each nipple.
In no circumstances can the Master deny to the Slave liquids and nourishment to feed the Slave. If the Master decides so, the Slave can, for one week in every two, be given to eat and drink, only the Master and friends cum, shit and piss.
Punishment
The Slave agrees to submit to any punishment that the Master sees fit to deliver. The Master acknowledges that he is not obligated to please the Slave during the course of punishment. The Slave acknowledges that he may be punished without reason or cause other than the amusement or gratification of the Master. When not in use the Slave shall be kept chained and/or in a cage. The Slave can never stand without the permission of the Master and must keep himself on his hands and knees at all times.
Rules of Punishment
Punishment shall not result in permanent bodily harm and will not include any of the following forms of abuse: drawing of blood, burning of the skin, loss of circulation, internal bleeding, loss of consciousness, withholding of essential, life-sustaining materials, such as food, water, or sunlight, for extended periods of time.
The Master acknowledges that the Slave has the following hard limits: fire play with the acceptation of wax play, knife play, needle play.
Permanent Bodily Harm
Should any permanent bodily harm ever come to the Slave, whether during the course of punishment of any other Slave related activity, whether by intention or accident, this contract will be considered null and void and any and all agreements made herein shall be considered terminated, if the Slave should so desire. Permanent bodily harm shall be defined as: death, loss of mobility or motor function, loss of hair with the exception of body hair, sexually transmitted diseases.
If the punishment is so hard that the skin of the Slave is damaged or with scars, the Master shall give the Slave some relief in order that the healing can take place.
Additional Partners
The Slave may not seek another Master, or lover, or relate to others in any sexual or submissive way, without express permission from the Master. Doing so constitutes a breach of contract and may result in extreme punishment to be performed or enacted at the Master's discretion, but that will include a full month being feeded only with piss, shit and cum. The Master may give, lend or rent the Slave away to other provided that the rules of this contract are upheld. In such a situation, the Master will inform the new Masters of all provisions, rules, and regulations stated herein. And any breach of contract by the new Master shall be considered a breach on the part of the Master as well.
The Master shall redeem the right to sell the body, soul and possessions of the Slave at any time if the slave displeases the master in anyway.
Secrecy
All physical evidence of any BDSM related play, Slavery agreement, sexual activity and all material evidence of any related activities shall be kept under lock and key, in a place acceptable to The Master. Only the Master decides about the publicity or the secrecy of the Slave life with no need of the Slave consent.
Alteration of Contract
This contract may not be altered except in cases where the Master decides to do so. The Slave accepts any future modification decided by the Master.
Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated at any time by the Master and never by the Slave. If the Master decides he can at anytime instead of terminating this contract give or sell the Slave to another Master with no need of the Slave consent. Upon termination of this agreement, selling of the Slave or any other form of termination of this ownership agreement, all evidence shall behold by the Master. Any and all materials and belongings shall remain with the Master. Upon termination of this contract, the Slave shall be reinstated with full rights to their own body.
I have read and understand this contract and I hereby agree to accept the terms outlined above and relinquish all rights to my body, my mind and my soul, and accept the claim of ownership made by the Master. I understand that I will be commanded, trained, punished, used and abused as a Slave. I promise to always be true and accept the will of my Master at all times. I promise to always fulfil the needs and desires of my Master at all times, and to the best of my ability. I understand that I may not cancel this contract and that from now on I will only live to serve and pleasure my Master. I also understand that my only pleasure in life shall be the pleasure of my Master and owner and my happiness is achieved through the happiness of my Master. I understand that from my side this is a slavery contract for life.
