Santa Claus couldn't believe his eyes; FBI and SWAT team
sharpshooters surrounded his secret house in North Pole.
The siege was a total surprise to him and his trusted
elves, not even the best security systems in the world
installed around his house had detected the covert teams of
law enforcement officers.
They skillfully took positions that covered all possible
escape routes. A few squadrons of F-15s and F-16 fighters
from USAF roared in patrol above his house, no escape there
with his reindeers trying to fly out of his mess.
Searchlights destroyed the night and focused on his house
and turned the dark corner of forever night of the world in
this time of winter into the best-lighted place on Earth.
"Come out with your weapons, hands on your head, and do not
try anything tricky! We can blow your sorry ass to kingdom
come several times over if we wanted to. Follow
instructions and nobody will get hurt!" The loud shouting
from the snowmobile's loud speakers travel through the
steady blizzard-blinding snowstorm was clearly heard in the
large house that Santa, Mrs. Claus, his army of trusted
elves and pack of reindeers called home.
"What are we going to do, Santa?" One of the elves asked as
he looked at the toy gun he had in his hand, then thought
better of it and put it away.
"I don't really know, let's find out what they want from us
first." Santa said slowly and put on a heavy red coat and
ventured outside into the blinding snowstorm.
"Hello?" He shouted and waited for few seconds before a
man's shape appeared through the blinding lights behind
him.
"You're Mr. Santa Claus of the North Pole?" The man
demanded to know.
"Yes, I'm him. What in the---"
"Sir, you are charged with multiple counts of child
abductions, multiple counts of forced child labor, illegal
medical operations without license, unsafe work place
conditions, illegal factory, production of unsafe toys, and
80 other different charges, the most serious of which is
non payment of taxes for 500 years!"
"What the hell are you talking about, kidnapping, force
labor and all---"
"Is it true or not that on 1912, May 24th, you took a child
named Clyde Taylor from Miami and took him to your secret
compound here and forced him to work on your illegal
factory for years, without vacations, breaks or any medical
insurance coverage, not to mention you did not pay him a
dime for his hard work." Santa looked at the man, first
dumbfounded, then smiled.
"Oh you mean the little C.T.? He was happy to be with us, I
put him to work in the factory here---" the man interrupted
him.
"---After you turned him into an elf!"
"Yes, after I turned into an elf, he was an abused child
surely you wouldn't want me to return him to his father?"
"That's for the courts to decide - not you!"
"The courts were doing nothing. All the children that are
here were suffering. I saved them when I changed them into
elves because that's the only way he could stay here. He
was happy---" the man interrupted Santa again.
"And he was forced to stay that way, without any worker's
benefits while under your employment, and got no payment
for his hard work."
"But---" the man interrupted Santa again.
"How about Annie Verigris from Boston? You took her on July
3rd 1934 and she was never heard of again."
"Oh you mean young Annie V? Again she was an abused child.
She was also very happy to be with us, after turning into
elf."
"You're admitting you did all that and much, much more? I
have here a total of 4,509 cases of missing children from
all the way back to 1894 that were traced to you." The man
waved a thick and heavy folder in the snowstorm and tossed
it over to Santa. Santa picked it up and quickly read
through all of the cases with smile in his eyes.
"Oh, yes, this has bought back many good memories. All
these children were with me because they told me that they
would rather stay with me than with their parents. As I
told you these were all abused children, so I took them
here and put them to better use."
"Mr. Claus, so you're admitting you enticed those children
into forced slave labor and all the other charges? You
didn't even enroll them in Social Security!" the man
demanded to know.
"Well, yes! But it's not what you think or what it looks
like!" Santa pleaded.
"Sir, I'm demanding you give yourself up, along with all
the other accomplices hiding in your compound. Give up any
weapons you have stored in the compound. In 10 minutes if
you have not complied with the above mentioned
requirements, I will use all necessary forces to bring you
and your group of criminals to justice." The man walked
back into the bright lights and disappeared from Santa's
view. Santa turned around and got back in the house.
All the others around him wanted to know what was going on
and what would happen soon. Some wanted to wait it out,
others suggested took up arms and fight it out, many said
they would fight a delaying action which would allow Santa
and Mrs. Claus to escape with the reindeers and go to
somewhere else to setup his base of operations again.
Santa Claus looked into Mrs. Claus's eyes, and the decision
was made.
3 Days Later.
Under heavy security arrangement, Santa Claus, Mrs. Claus
and a few head elves were ordered to appear in front of US
Federal District Court in San Francisco to enter their
pleas for mentioned charges. Camera flashlights never died,
bright TV lights shined in their eyes and endless questions
were shouted above the heavy military and federal security
around them.
The siege in the North Pole had ended peacefully, except
for the pack of reindeers that were hiding in the compound
that didn't understand the federal official's demand to
surrender and freeze in place. The reindeers were hungry
and all trying to find some food in the barn. In the end,
they ended up to be those officers' dinner main dish, after
necessary video and photo evidences and autopsies were
performed.
After a long reading of all charges, that lasted all 75
minutes, all defendants charged in this case pled not
guilty, and then requested a speedy trial under their
rights, most of which were only given lip service. It was
felt a jury would be too sympathetic to Santa. So a trial
with no jury was set for a week later, against their public
defender lawyer's strong protest. He was replaced by a more
'reasonable' choice.
Dec. 24th
The biggest court case hit the world news media since,
since the beginning of this century was the talk of the
town, not to mention the whole world. In the beginning of
the trial, Santa fired his court appointed public defender,
then asked to act as his own lawyer and to represent the
whole group.
As Santa went on the stand to defend himself he was asked
by the federal prosecutor about his alleged crimes, Santa
suddenly demanded to be sent back to his North Pole so he
could start delivering gifts to children around the world
that night. The whole court laughed at his serious demand,
then the prosecutor wanted to know what happen if he wasn't
there to deliver those gifts that very night.
"A Christmas Eve without Santa would be the worst thing
mankind could do to this world, and this would give rise to
my brother to rule the world. The Trickster would be
unleashed! Only the pure in heart, which are mostly
children, will escape the disaster."
The court got quiet for a moment, but being federal
bureaucrats, they couldn't change their minds.
Laughter could be heard outside of the courthouse.
That night, Santa sat all alone in the federal detention
center's solitary confinement cell, muttering series of
curses at the judge, all the lawyers, and the bureaucrats
that were bringing disaster to the world. But the matter
was out of his hands. At the dawn, they and indeed the
whole world, would all would finally believe Santa.
The next morning found the world in turmoil. All the US
lawyers found themselves whores in the third world, while
the women were now males in the America. Congress and the
federal bureaucracy found themselves as foot soldiers on
the front lines around the world. Most of the world, men
and women switched bodies - chaos and despair were ripe -
especially among the former men in the Middle East and most
of Asia. There, almost all the men who switched bodies with
the women, found themselves in a pickle as the new men
flexed their muscles and demanded obedience. As the ex-men
in the world still couldn't believe their eyes, their hands
grabbing their breasts as they were crying while the women
faces reflected joy to their newfound pleasure and power.
Former husbands screamed in childbirth. Formerly beaten
women did the beating.
Around the world formerly teasing women found themselves
teased. Brittany Spears for example found herself in the
body of a pimply teenage boy with a crush on her former
body. Madonna became a fat man with no sex drive and
couldn't carry a tune. Clinton found himself in a nunnery.
Hilary found herself scrubbing floors in a hospital in
Indiana. President Bush and his wife swapped bodies to the
horror of what was left of the political establishment!
Only the children and other innocents who still believed in
the spirit of Santa were spared the change, but still
wondered what was going on to the adults around them.
"I never knew tits were so heavy or periods so bad!" whined
former men around the world.
The trickster went on TV, dressed like a harlequin and
said, "I want to thank the lawyers who made all this
possible! Merry Christmas Everybody!"
