I had spent the day playing in one of those seedy casinos on the wrong side
of town, the kind that you don't want to mess with if you can help it. And I

an audience with the owner of the casino, and I reluctantly went along with

The owner was a tall, slim, suave man. He looked at me over steepled fingers
and finally said, "You appear to owe this establishment rather a lot of
money. Further, my background check on you revealed to me that you have no
way to pay me off, either by borrowing or by dint of your personal finances.
Finally, the state of packing that my associates found you in leads me to
believe that you had planned to leave without making suitable recompense.
True?"
How do you answer something like that? I kept silent.
He continued. "I often run into this sort of situation, and I've come up
with rather a novel way to dealing with it. You will become my employee
until such time as you have worked off your debt. Take this." He handed me a
gold ring. He said, "Wear that and my associate Vincent will lead you to
your instructor."
He turned back to his paperwork, and one of the human pillars beside me took
me by the arm. He led me down the hall to a waiting limousine and pointed
wordlessly to the back door. I shrugged and got in. Vincent himself got into
the driver's seat.
He spoke once, saying, "Put on that ring right now."
I did so and he pulled out into the street. I inspected the ring. It was a
simple gold band with a gothic-style inscription on the outside. I finally
puzzled it out. It said WERDEN in big letters. I had no idea what the word
meant, so I turned my attention to the surrounding streets. We were pulling
into a dramatically better part of town, and soon Vincent pulled into the
driveway of a large mansion.
He escorted me out and to the front door, where he leaned on the doorbell
until the door was opened by a short, pudgy man. The newcomer said, "It's
about time."
Vincent said, "I apologize, sir. The traffic is terrible right now."
The man shrugged and said, "Yes. I'll send for you when I'm done." He
pointed to me. "You, follow me."
I followed him into a house such as I had never seen before. It was gorgeous
and, I quickly learned, enormous. He finally opened a door and led me into a
huge bedroom. I stiffened and said, "I don't know what they told you I was
here for, but-"
"Shut up. Take this, and look at the picture."
He handed me a page that had apparently been torn out of a magazine. It had
a picture of Carmen Electra on it, barely wearing a semi-translucent
one-piece bathing suit. I didn't have a whole lot of trouble staring long
and hard at it.
The man said, "Verden," and suddenly the room swirled around me. I felt like
I'd drunk a lot for a long time in just a second. Then the room stabilized,
but I was still a little loopy. He gently put an arm around my shoulders and
led me to a wall that was actually a mirror.
The reflection showed that he had his arm around Carmen Electra's shoulders.
She was wearing the same suit as she had been in the picture. The problem
was, she was mirroring every one of my movements. She reached up to her
chest, and I felt the warmth and softness of those breasts. The man moved
away from me and I continued my stunned explorations. Finally I turned to
where he was sitting on the bed. He had a video camera on a tripod pointed
at me, and he was obviously enjoying what he was watching.
I said, "What did you do to me? What is this?"
My voice was noticeably different. I was really her! I was wearing Carmen
Electra!
"Don't worry," he said, and somehow my worries did start to ease. Then he
said, "Come on, you don't want to be wearing that suit. Come over here and
do a strip tease for the camera. And make it sexy."
His words reverberated in my head, and suddenly I found myself doing what he
told me to do. I swayed over to the camera and gently slid one of my
gorgeous shoulders out of my swimsuit. I sway back and forth, gradually
working my other one out. When they were both out, I gently slid the suit
down, the bunched-up top cutting into my soft breasts for a moment before I
freed them entirely. Finally the strip tease ended and I kicked the suit
onto him.
Suddenly I realized that I was standing naked in front of him. I put my arms
over my new assets and said, "What are you doing?"
He grinned. "Nothing, yet. Come on, come sit by me."
I immediately did. He said, "Relax. Don't hide that pretty body. Flaunt it."
I moved my hands away and leaned back on the bed, lying on my side. I slowly
crossed my legs and said, "Happy now?"
He touched one of my nipples. I gasped and scooted away from him. He said,
"Come on. My touch gives you incredible pleasure." Then he touched it again,
and he was right. I just about fainted from the single touch.
He said, "Just relax and enjoy this."
Just like that, my fears and confusion slid away from me. I started to think
differently about it all. How many guys could say that they've really been
women, after all? This might be interesting. I said, "All right. What's
happening now?"
He said, "Oh, you're getting hot for me. You really want me to screw you,
all night. You can't wait."
Heat suffused me as I leaned further back and spread my incredible legs. I
pouted at him and said, "Hurry."

The next morning I woke up in the back of the limousine. Vincent was driving
again. I was sore all over, but at least I was myself. I winced at the

lips. Vincent said, "You made him happy. The boss should be happy about

"Great. When can I go home and get drunk?"
He laughed, a sound like a truck grinding its gears. He said, "Go home?
You've still got a lot of work to do. We're already on our way to the next
client."
I wrenched at my finger, but the ring didn't move even the slightest amount.
Vincent kept laughing. "It's on there until the boss says that it's not."
I stopped and said, "What does Werden mean?"
He said, "It's pronounced 'verden.' It means, 'to become.' Here."
He passed back a magazine. I had just enough time to register that it was a
copy of Rolling Stone and that Britney Spears was on the cover half-naked.
"Verden," he said.
