Twin Switch Chapter 10-14

Chris was back in Chrissie's room staring at his naked body. He looked
just like his twin sister except that his boobs were bigger...considerably
bigger. A single tear rolled down his cheek as he turned from the mirror.
"I can't believe that she would do this to me. How can anyone be so mean
and nasty? Shit! I hate being a stupid girl. It took me almost an hour
and a half to just use the stupid bathroom. No telling how long it is
going to take me to put on these stupid clothes Terri left on the bed and
all that makeup crap. Damn I hate this. I hate this," Chris mumbled as
he moved over to the bed.
Laid out on the bed were florescent fuchsia colored tights, pink panty
girdle with a floral lace patterned diamond panel and small pink rose
attached to the narrow waist band, pink sport bra, lavender spandex/
microfiber scooped necked capped sleeved leotard, lavender colored fuzzy
leg warmers, translucent fuchsia nylon wrap skirt and pink trimmed
trainers with lavender laces.
He had just managed to struggle into the leotard when Terri walked in. "I
see that you are managing getting dressed sweetie. Hurry and finish up
and I will show you how to put on your makeup. What...no good morning
mommy with a hug and kiss on the cheek? I won't tell you again what will
happen if you are not the perfect and I mean perfect girly girl all the
time," she said.
"I...I am sorry mommy....er....it...it's just that I...I was preoccupied
putting on all these....these beautiful new clothes. Er...Good morning
mommy," Chris forced himself to say as he promptly went over to his step-
mother and gave her the required hug and air kiss to the cheek just like a
girl.
"A little more grace in your movements dear. You still walk like a boy
but we'll work you out of that tom boy phase soon enough. Won't we?" she
stated.
"Yes mommy. I...I will try my best...est," Chris replied.
He turned back to the bed to pull on his shoes. "Shit! I've got to
remember to walk and talk like a stupid girl now," he thought.
Tying the wrap skirt around his waist he went over to the vanity where
Terri was waiting. Forty five minutes later his hair still in pig tails
sported new bright fuchsia sating ribbon bows with long streamers brushing
his shoulders, light foundation, lavender blended into pink eye shadow,
black eye liner and mascara, and glistening bright fuchsia colored lips.
Twenty minutes later he had on five different rings on his fingers, a
charm bracelet and two inch gold hoops in his ears. Just when he thought
that he had finished, Terri reminded him to put some perfume behind each
ear and on each wrist.
Then he had to get his lavender gym bag with its pink handles and put in a
full set of clothing. Pink denim skirt that reached to mid-knee, white
satin bra and matching lace frilled panties, sun tan colored pantyhose,
white nylon camisole with pale pink lace edging, a white short sleeved
poly blouse that would reveal a hint of his camisole. He also packed a
white leatherette hobo purse with makeup, comb and brush, perfume,
tampons, tissues and cotton balls.
Going down the stairs he thought, "Crap it took me over three hours just
to get ready to go to some stupid gym. I use to be ready to go anywhere
in twenty minutes. Damn I hate being a stupid girl and I feel like a
complete dork."
Chrissie met them in the kitchen. She was wearing a grey cotton fleece
bottom with elastic ankles and a hooded top, white crew socks and tennis
shoes. She carried Chris' old gym bag in one hand and looked miserable.
Chapter 11
As Chris started downstairs Terri was talking to Chrissie. "Now that you
have the right equipment Chris you won't need to wear your cup until you
play sports. Chris is out of the bathroom. You have thirty minutes to
take a shower, do your business and shave. When I say shave, I mean just
your face. Is that clear? Just throw the jeans and shirt you wore
yesterday in your gym bag to wear when you finish at the gym. Don't give
me that look but you can pack a clean pair of boxers if you want. Now get
going."
"Yes mom," was all Chrissie could say as she grabbed Chris' old terry robe
and headed for the bathroom.
"Oh I hate this. I just positively hate having to be my brother. I don't
want hairy legs or pits. Gosh I can't even take a relaxing bath with all
my sweet smelling bath beads and lotions. Oh golly what am I going to be
doing in a boy's gym? Will I see naked men and boys? I don't think I am
ready for that even if I look like one down there. Oooohhhhh I hate her
so much for doing this to us."
Chrissie almost used up her thirty minutes in the bath and had to hurry to
get dressed. On the bed was a clean pair of grey off white used but clean
boxers, a pair of faded navy blue shorts, yellowish tee shirt, athletic
socks, fleece drawstring bottoms and a hooded top and a pair of boy's
tennis shoes.
Before dressing she looked at her naked body in the dresser mirror.
Standing back so she could see her whole body her reflection showed a
somewhat busty slightly effeminate looking teenaged boy. While her
breasts were big for a boy any questions could be explained away. Her
curiosity aroused she reached down, grasped her balls and squeezed them

dressed. Throwing the other clothing into the gym bag she headed
downstairs.

Chapter 12
Laurie arrived shortly after they had finished a light breakfast and drove
them to the gym. She was wearing a denim wrap skirt and white long
sleeved blouse over her leotards and tights. She did most of the talking
as she drove paying a little more attention to Chrissie complementing her
on how handsome he looked. Chris for his part just sat in the back seat
only speaking when spoken to.
"Damn I'm setting in the back while Chrissie gets to sit where I use to up
front. Not only that I'm half dressed. Why didn't I insist on wearing
something to cover up this stupid leotard girly shit beside this see
through skirt? I hate being a girl," Chris thought.
At the gym they signed the membership agreements and received their
individual training schedules. Chris' schedule listed step aerobics,
charm and deportment classes MWF. His TTh schedule included water ballet
and yoga classes. Chrissie's list indicated MWF strength training and
exercise treadmill and stationary bicycle. TTh included boxing and
exercise treadmill and stationary bicycle. Laurie gave them a quick tour
of the facility making sure that they understood that there were separate
gyms for men and ladies and the separation was strictly enforced.
Laurie explained that by keeping the facilities including the canteens
separate that neither the ladies nor men would be embarrassed or harassed
as they worked out or relaxed afterward.
With the general tour over she took Chrissie to the men's side of the gym.
Laurie introduced Chrissie to Jerry the strength coach and men's athletic
trainer then left with Chris in tow.
Chris was introduced to Judy the women's athletic trainer who began
showing Chris the stair master, stationary bicycles and treadmills that
the women used. She also introduced Chris to Mary the aerobics instructor
whom he had his first class with. In the room where she took him there
were about ten other young girls already doing stretching exercises. She
led him over to a stretching chart that was hung on the wall and told him
to start at number one, do five repetitions of each of the eighteen shown
on the chart and that they would soon begin the actual class.
"Oh I am so not ready for this," he thought as he quickly looked around
the room. Next to where he was standing was a small raised pink padded
platform. He had no idea what it was for but figured he would find out
soon enough. Fortunately all the other girls were too busy stretching to
talk to him except for one very pretty blond doing leg splits nearby.
"Hi I'm Brenda. You're new here aren't you? Better get started like Mary
said otherwise you will be really hurting by the end of class," she said
with a big smile.
Chris told her his name was Chrissie then started with the first exercise,
a deep knee bend and tried to keep his racing heart from blowing a gasket.
The final stretching exercise, a leg split, he simply could not bring
himself to try.
"Boy's don't stand up and slowly slide their feet apart horizontally until
their butt hits the friggin floor. Damn that has got to hurt," he
thought.
An hour later after doing step aerobics to a fast tempo Chris thought he
was going to die. He never thought that he could hate an inanimate object
like that pink covered stool. He had stepped up on to it then down for
what seemed like a million times. Then he used it to support his upper
body while he brought his knees up to his chest then thrust them out
another million times and so step aerobics class wore on. He didn't know
you could do some many different exercises using that hated stool. These
exercises concentrated primarily on the muscles of his butt, thighs, waist
and legs and every one of them screamed in agony when they finished.
As a boy he thought he was in good shape but the strenuous cardio workout
left him completely exhausted. He stood bent over with his hands on his
knees huffing and puffing at the end of the session. The other girls
stood around and chatted as if nothing much had happened with few
exceptions. A few girls just grabbed towels and headed out while most of
the others visited. It wasn't until Brenda walked over with three other
girls that Chris made the effort to stand up straight and act like he was
okay.
"Hi Chrissie I hope you liked your first day with us," Brenda said as she
walked up. "This is Toni, Laura and Lisa some of my friends. We just
love this class and hope you stay with it. It can be kinda hard the first
few times. I know I just about died the first time I attended this class.
You want to join us for herbal tea at the canteen? We usually stop there
before using the machines."
Chris knew that he couldn't get out of the invitation gracefully so
nodding his head while patting it with a towel to dry the perspiration
agreed. "Oh man I better not blow this or I will be in deep doodoo," he
thought as he followed the girls to the canteen.
The girls got to the canteen and Brenda asked Chris what he wanted. He
scanned the menu drink listing and didn't know what to pick. All the
names except for the coffees were weird to him. Drinks like green tea
with black cohosh and green tea with lavender and orange oils meant
nothing to him. He glanced at the food menu and only saw various salads
and grilled chicken or tuna fish. One salad caught his attention as he
had never seen one like it. It was a petunia flower petal toss with
various nutritional herbs and low fat house dressing.
"Ugh, I don't know what any of this stuff is and none of it looks
appetizing. I certainly don't want anything hot right now," he was
thinking when Lisa piped up, "Chrissie why don't you get the iced green
tea and black cohosh. It's my most fav to have after a workout. You'd be
surprised how good it tastes with a little wild honey mixed in."
Before he could say anything the other three girls all said that was an
excellent choice and began placing orders. He decided to follow along and
have the same. Sitting a one of the tables Chris did his best to stay out
of the conversation and concentrated on drinking his green tea. It
actually tasted very good and its coolness eased his thirst. By the end
of the day he had had four of them and was hooked. He managed to stay in
the conversation taking place around him by imagining himself in his
sister's shoes. He did his best to avoid conversations about boys and
when the inevitable question was put to him he managed to keep a straight
face and said that he was between boy friends at the moment. All in all
he did not give anything away and was actually beginning to relax in their
company.
Chapter 13
While Chris was doing his program, Jerry took Chrissie under his wing. He
showed her more weight machines than she could remember. Each of the
machines designed to exercise specific muscles. He took her over to the
men's canteen and proceeded to mix a blended drink for her.
"I usually start my workout with an energy protein drink. When you really
get into weights you are going to need a lot of protein. Here drink this
and you will find that you can add muscle mass surprisingly fast," he said
as he handed her a large glass.
Chrissie just sipped at the concoction. It didn't taste that bad but the
idea of adding muscle mass disturbed her. She didn't want any muscles.
Jerry chug-a-lugged his and looking at her stated as he wiped his forearm
across his lips, "Come on Chris drink up. We have to hit the weights.
Man, it looks like I got a job on my hands getting you bulked up."
Chrissie did five reps on each of the machines with Jerry guiding her
every move. The weights were at the very light range and Jerry was
careful in directing her efforts. However, by the end of the sets
Chrissie was exhausted and every muscle stung in protest to all the
exercises.
"Look Chris I am surprised that you don't have more strength but I guess
that should be expected when all you guys do now a days is play video
games but you will get stronger. Trust me, once you get into a strength
program you will find it addictive just like some of those games you play.
Now we are going to be doing strength training every other day and in
between I will teach you how to box. Come on let's get another protein
drink then we will get you on a treadmill," Jerry told her.
By the end of the session Chrissie was both very sore and near collapse.
Over the course of the day she had three protein drinks which she did not
know contained steroids. Just pulling on her smelly jeans took all her
effort. Dressed she limped out to the receptionist area to wait for Chris
to come out.
Chris was not far behind. He came out of the women's section with wet
hair and looked like he had been rode hard and put up wet. The only good
thing about leaving the gym Chris was now wearing his pink denim skirt and
white blouse. The bad news about ending his session was that he had to
shower and use the ladies changing room. He was embarrassed about
changing his clothing with several other girls and women in various stages
of dress in close proximity. He tried not to look but seeing Brenda
heading for the shower stalls naked did cause a twitch in his hidden
penis. Fortunately the showers were partitioned and had lattice covered
doorways. He claimed exhaustion while sitting at the long vanity putting
on his makeup for not talking with the girls and that he just wanted to
get home. Chrissie tried to give him a big smile when he came over to
where she was sitting but it hurt too much as he slowly sat beside her.
"I think I am going to die. I have never been so embarrassed or exhausted
in my life. I...I had to undress and shower with other girls...an..and no
one noticed. Aerobics was just plain painful and the two hours of charm
and deportment class pure hell," Chris mumbled as he sat there with his
hands held to his face.
"My day wasn't any better. They have me in weight training and even my
hair hurts right now. At least I didn't have to shower with the guys but
I did have to change with them standing around," Chrissie replied. She
wasn't that surprised to hear that Chris went unnoticed in the showers
considering what had been done to her.
"Look Chris we have to talk," Chrissie said but stopped when Laurie
approached them all smiles.
"My my you two look like you had a real good workout today. Don't you
feel so much better now? I know I do. Come on let's go. I will take you
both home before I go to the salon," she said.
Both of them looked up at her happy smiling face and just groaned. It
took all their effort just to stand back up. Again Chrissie sat up front
with Laurie and fortunately Chris was not the focus of her attention.
Back at the house they said there goodbyes and groaned when she said she
would pick them up again in the morning.
Chapter 14
They were both dragging their gym bags on the floor as they entered the
kitchen. Terri was waiting for them with a big smile on her face. Chris
would have liked to knock it right off her face with a solid uppercut but
didn't have the energy.
"Well you two look just lovely. Here I have your lunches all ready as I
am sure you are hungry after your workouts. Chris I understand from
talking to my friend Linda that with all that strength training you are
taking that you need a lot of protein so I fixed you a nice steak and eggs
plate with a chocolate malt to chase it down with. Chrissie Linda says
that you need to lose some weight so I'm sure that you will just love this
grilled chicken salad I prepared for you with a vinaigrette dressing and
some green tea to go with it. Now you will finish everything on your
plates or you will sit there until you do," she said placing each plate in
front of them.
Chris had to wait fifteen minutes for Chrissie to finish up though he had
been admonished to eat slowly and take small portions of his skimpy meal.
He would have loved to dig into that steak. Finally Chrissie managed to
swallow the last bit of steak and couldn't help herself when she let out a
loud belch. She blushed when that unexpectedly happened but Terri
informed her that was expected from an unruly boy.
After Chris had finished putting the dishes into the dishwasher Terri
handed him two pills telling him that Linda had prescribed some vitamins
for him to take. Then she gave one large one to Chrissie telling her the
same. She watched and made sure that they swallowed their pills. With a
happy contented smile on her face she told them to go to their rooms and
get ready to go shopping.
As Chrissie was leaving she was told to take a shower and for Chris to
take a nice bubble bath. Both groaned but were too tired to argue.
Chrissie was actually looking forward to taking a shower she smelled
horrible.
"I'll be up in a minute or two to help you out Chrissie. I've put fresh
clothing on your beds for you. Chris once you have showered and shaved, I
want you to hurry up and dress so you can take out the garbage for me,"
she said as they reached the stairs.
When Chris got to his room he saw that most of the posters and decorations
had been removed from the walls. Laying on his bed were a fresh set of
baby blue with white floral lace trim nylon panties and satin bra, beige
panty hose, baby blue half slip with three inches of white lace hemming, a
flouffy white chiffon petticoat, a baby blue sun dress with a pair of
white three inch high heeled strappy sandals sitting on the floor.
Dropping his gym bag on the floor he began slowly and painfully to remove
his clothing. With a sigh he put on his frilly robe and stepped into his
mules before heading to the bathroom. When he got there he heard the
shower running. "Crap! I really was looking forward to a real hot bath,"
he said softly as he retuned to his room.
As he sat on the edge of his bed with his chin in his hands Terri walked
in. "Chrissie!" she almost shouted. "What on earth are your clothes
doing scattered all around the room? Get off that bed and put them where
they belong this minute. Then get over to the vanity and cream that
makeup off your face. By the time you get all that done Chris will be out
of the bathroom. Don't forget to take your panties, bra and hose in there
with you so that you can wash them out. Now get a move on missy."
As he sat at the vanity with tissue in hand removing his makeup Chris
mused, "Damn all I want to do is take a hot shower and a nap. Why do
girls have to do all this shit before they can relax. Put on makeup, take
off makeup, dress then undress, wash out their underwear elevenity million
times a damn day! It's only been a few days and already I am sick and
tired of it. How much longer will she make us do this I wonder?"
While Chris was removing makeup Terri went into the bathroom with
Chrissie. As she entered the bath she saw Chrissie shaving her face. "I
see you are getting the hang of it. I just came in here to show you
something. See that small camera lens up there in the corner. It is a
wide angle lens and I am taping everything that goes on in here. So
remember I will be watching you and your brother every time you come in
here. I had better see you standing to pee and acting every bit like the
boy you are, understand," she said. As she turned to walk out she added,
"Remember just shave the face and leave the toilet seat up."
Terri did the same when Chris went into the bath. "I will be watching and
you had better douche, sit to pee and perform your toilet like a good
little girly girl or else. A girl takes her time in the bath to make sure
she is as clean and feminine as possible before leaving. I will be
waiting in your room when you finish," she told him.
