As I drove from Felicia's store I pondered on her life. She had told me

We settled in for my manicure. She cleaned and filed my nails and asked

"Oh Carolyn, if all the people you refer are as classy and feminine as

if I tell you that one of your employees isn't welcome back here, you
handle it for me. Is that reasonable?"
"Perfect. That will be our arrangement, and you can just ask me to bar
them from your salon, no explanation required. I'll tell each person
that this is the rule. The good news is that you should grow your
business nicely. After all, women like me are high maintenance!"
As my nails dried we talked about Suzy, our mutual friend. I was careful
not to divulge our relationship beyond the good friendship we had
developed. Soon it was time to leave and I hugged Cindy at the door.
What a nice lady - it was wonderful to be girlfriends with her. It was
special for her to accept me as a woman and I really loved being pampered
at her salon!
I drove home anticipating my night with Felicia. As soon as I arrived I
drew a warm bath. Stripping, I took the time to enjoy the undressing
process. As always, I went to the mirror, this time to admire my look in
my slip and underwear. I had to admit I was growing accustomed to my

As I soaked in the scented bath I mused ahead to the evening. I wanted
