Today, I did 4 sets of acrylic nails, 4 manicures, and 3 pedicures. This
would be no big deal---except that I am a 37 year-old male, former bank
manager, and formerly considered a man's man. I was Jerry Kelly, macho

Here is the story of my transformation?
Because of the poor economy, my position as bank manager was being
downsized by our home office. In order to keep my job, I would have to
work as a lowly bank teller?my job at the bank over 10 years ago. And
the worst part was that my new supervisor, Julie Taylor, used to be my
secretary. Now, she was my boss.
Julie is 28, with a killer body. About 5'9" in 4 inch heels, she dresses
to impress with short tailored business suits. Her flawless makeup,
perfect nails, and thick black hair make her every businessman's fantasy.
When she worked as my secretary, I flirted with her relentlessly even
though I knew she was engaged. I guess I was a real jerk back then.
Working for Julie turned out to be OK. She sort of felt sorry for me
because of my demotion. But she expected obedient, loyal, hard working
subordinates. I did the best I could under the circumstances, so when it
was time for my annual review, I was hoping for a raise.
The day of my review, it was a casual Friday. Julie was wearing skin-
tight jeans and thigh high black boots. Her outfit was barely
appropriate for working in a bank, but nobody dared say a word. During
my review, I was a little intimidated by her beauty and new found power
over me. I stammered that I thought I deserved a raise. She said that
my performance was good, but the bank was struggling, so a raise was out
of the question.
Then, Julie said that I should get a part-time job to make ends meet. I
told her that banking was my only skill. She suggested I take a course
or some kind of technical training. Julie handed me a business card for
Jessica's School of Nail Technology. She was friends with the owner.
She said that many men have done well as nail technicians. She said that
it would be nice to see me doing something to bring out my feminine
side?rather than always being such a macho man.
Well, at first the idea seemed ludicrous. Me? A nail technician? But I
really needed to do something because I just wasn't making enough money.
If I learned a skill, it would pay off (hopefully). I decided to keep it
a secret, but I had nothing to lose. So, I went across town after work
one day to see the school. Heck, doing nails would be a great way to
meet chicks?
Jessica took me on a tour of the school. She is about 30, with short red
hair, lots of piercings and ink. She wore lots of makeup--with pale
skin?kind of resembled a gothic looking Michelle Williams. At the end of
the tour?she convinced me to sign up. There would be 5 other girls in my
class. We would train from 5:00 until 10:00 Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday. Plus a full day on Saturdays and ? days on every other Sunday.
It would be a tough schedule working days at the bank and then going to
nail school at night. And when I used to spend Sundays with the guys
watching football, I would now be giving manicures and pedicures.
Jessica said that our uniform at nail school would consist of black pants
(or leggings) and a pink 'Jessica's Nail School' sweatshirt. We were not
allowed to wear heels, so she suggested white nursing clogs. As a guy, I
just wanted to fit in, so I came the first day in my pink sweatshirt,
black jeans, and white clogs.
The other girls giggled when they saw me. It kind of looked funny to see
everyone dressed the same. And they were surprised to see an old white
guy.
My other classmates were LaTanya, African-American hottie?about 22.
Keisha, African-American, very heavy, and about 20. Keisha had 2 inch
long nails. Then, there was Kim and Kia?a mother daughter combo.
Vietnamese and barely able to speak English?both were tiny and very
attractive.
My partner was to be Amber, a 17-year old. She was not happy to have me
as a partner, but she had no choice. Amber was probably the coolest girl
in high school. She has a perfect body, long blond hair, with a pierced
nose. She has a little butterfly tattoo on her neck.
To become a nail technician, you have to learn sanitation, some
chemistry, and a lot of nail theory. The first couple of weeks are
boring. But soon, Jessica had us practicing nail techniques on each
other. The acrylics are hard to learn - but basic manicuring is
relatively easy.
Amber turned out to be a great partner. She was a little bossy, but I
didn't mind. She had me give her a pedicure with a bright pink color.
She used the same color on my toes. I guess nobody would see them
anyway, so it was OK. I had to sell my car and use public transportation
to get to school, but many times Amber would pick me up at the bank and
drive me to school. It was nice to have a partner with a car.
I noticed that I was becoming a little more feminine and submissive with
each passing week. Julie, at the bank noticed my gradual transformation.
She thought it was great.
It turns out that Jessica was giving me small doses of female hormones in
my coffee. Even Amber was in on the secret. At first I was furious, but
Jessica explained that it was the only way for me to fit in?by becoming
one of the girls. She said that I should continue taking the hormones.
I really didn't know what to do or think.
At the bank, Julie got promoted again. They made Heather, a 21-year old
who had just started at the bank my new supervisor. Something like this
would have angered me before, but it no longer seemed to matter. I was
no longer a macho man looking to get ahead. I was just happy learning to
become a nail tech and maybe totally switching careers when I received my
license.
Amber continued to treat me like a girlfriend. One day, some
construction workers were doing work around the school. One of the men
took off his shirt and he showed off a perfect body. She noticed me
ogling him. She said I definitely needed a boyfriend. I just giggled
and blushed?maybe she was right.
