We drove home to our house, Miley and I getting out of the car as Miley

I see mom turn and shake her head. "Girls, please be nice. Go play in

and take a nap."

up. I smack her hand and run into the house.
"You heard mommy, you better be good Barry, or she'll put you in a diaper.
Hehehe," she giggled. "That would be funny, you in a diaper Barry. I might
be bad just so we both have to wear them! I could see you in a diaper,

I stop chasing her as she closes her door. "Well I don't want to wear a

"Girls?" she shouts. "You need to get those school uniforms off, so they
stay clean for school. Get changed now and no excuses." We both hear mom
calling both of us 'girls.' Miley smiles at me in an evil way.
"Okay mommy, we will!" Miley yells back, before turning to me with that
evil smile. "Turn around Barry, so I can take your school uniform blouse
off."
I turn around and feel Miley pulling the blouse off. Miley unzips the back
of my skirt - my skirt! - as it falls to the ground. I turn around to see
Miley staring at me wearing only a pair of pink Barbie panties and a light
pink camisole. I blush slightly.
"Barry can you unzip my jumper? It's hard for me to get at," Miley asks. I
walk up to Miley and pull the zipper all the way down. It falls to the
ground and I see she has the same panties as me.
"Wow Miley, look at us in the mirror," I exclaim. Miley looks at us both
and we look like twin sisters, except that my hair is in a little girl's
bob style with short bangs, and Miley's is in pigtails and bangs. We look
about the same height and size in the mirror.
I look back from the mirror to see Miley smiling and looking at my
panties. "Okay we need to get dressed before mom freaks and gives us both
spankings," she announces. "Since we are both the same size, you should
fit into my clothes easily."
Miley turns around and opens up her closet. "Here Barry, this should fit
you perfectly!"
I see the short little dress and look up at Miley as she hands it to me.
"This dress looks so babyish! I don't want to wear any dresses, anyway."
"You will wear what I tell you, or I'll tell mommy you're being bad and
she will spank you." At this I look scared at her, but she continues.
"First, we need to clean you up a bit."
Miley pulls me by my hand into the bathroom and I sit on the toilet. "I'll
be right back sis; I need to get something first. Don't move, Barry." She
puts her pink bathrobe on and runs out the bathroom through her nursery
and out to the hallway.
'How did I get into this?' I think to myself. Before I can answer, I hear
her nursery door slam shut and Miley's back, kneeling down in front of me
holding a bottle of pink lotion. I feel her squirt some pink lotion on
both of my legs and spreading it all over.
"Why do I need lotion sis?"
"Well Barry, it will make your legs soft like mine. Hey sis, do you want
to put the lotion on your boy parts, or do you want me to before you get
in the shower?"
I reach out to Miley, and she hands me the pink bottle. I still don't know
what it's for, but she turns on the shower and starts pushing me towards
it. "Alright, Barry, wait 10 minutes, then get in the shower and wash off
the lotion, okay?"
The bathroom door shuts behind Miley as I slide off the panties I am
wearing, and kick them on the floor. I rub the pink lotion all over my boy
parts. A while later, I feel it start to sting and tingle, and I try to
wait as long as I can
"Miley!" I shout at the door. "Is 10 minutes up? I don't have a watch!"
There is a rustling sound from outside, and then it stops. "Well Miley?
How long has it been?"
The bathroom door opens as I quickly put my hands down between my legs to

I thank her and get in the shower to wash the lotion off. I look down

The bathroom door opens up and Miley sticks her head in the shower. She

lotion. Sorry. No one will probably notice anyway." She starts giggling to

Miley smiles as she hands me a pink fluffy towel. "Of course not Barry,
it's a perfect look for you. Really. Now dry off and come out. Hurry up."
I step out of the shower and start drying myself off. My legs really do
look just like Miley's now.
"This is so unfair," I whine to myself. "Did you give me the wrong lotion
Miley? I look more and more like a girl now, with hairless legs like you,
even though you're a baby Miley."
I turn and look at my legs in the mirror as Miley walks up next to me,
pulling the towel off me.
"I'm not a baby, Panty Boy Barry, but I would like to see you dressed like
one. So if you do not do as I say, I am going to yell, and mommy is going
to put us both in diapers for the rest of the night at least." I look at
her with horror, scared to death. My baby sister smiles back at me, her
12-year-old-brother, frozen in fear.
"Now that I have your attention. If you do as I say, you will only be a
baby while we play dress up. You will be the baby and wear a diaper. It's
only for a couple of minutes now - unless you'd rather be sleeping all
night in a diaper, hmm? Do you want me to yell and get mommy to put us
both in diapers, Princess Barry?"
Miley is smiling at me; she's won again. I sigh and drop my head.
"Okay what do I have to do?"
Miley takes my hand and walks me over to the tiny bed. "Lay back on the
bed, panty boy. Now lift up your bottom up baby girl."
I try not to look at Miley's smile as I try to cover my bulge. I feel her
slide the little Barbie diaper under me and tape it securely. Surprisingly

instead." I hear her giggling as we stand in front of the mirror. "It's so

I turn in a small circle as we stand in the mirror. She giggles as she
watches me, then runs away into the bathroom. A short time later, Miley
comes out of the bathroom in blue jeans and a baseball shirt, with her
hair tucked under a baseball cap.
"Wow, Miley, you look like me when I had short hair!" I pause. "Hey, wait
a minute; how come you get to wear pants and I have to wear a baby girl's
dress and diaper? Those are my clothes you're wearing Miley!"
Miley just smiles next to me as she points in the mirror. The two of us
are standing in front of the mirror, but she looks like the older brother
and I look like the little baby sister! I open my mouth but suddenly mom
walks in.
"Well well, what do we have here?" she says. "Looks like the big boy
baseball star and the little baby sister. I guess you won't need these
Barry, since you're already dressed." She holds up the boy's clothes she's
brought in her hands. "Maybe I should just throw all your boy clothes and
underwear away?"
"No mommy, don't throw my pants away!" I stamp my foot on the ground like
a brat. Mom smacks the plastic panties. I can tell by her expression she
realizes that I am wearing a diaper. Miley's smile gets bigger.
"Well now, since you want to dress and act like a baby girl, you can just
wear the pretty baby outfit you put on. And when it's bedtime you can
sleep in your sister's crib and your sister will sleep in your room. I

Miley is smiling from ear to ear as Mommy takes my hand and looks me in
the eyes.
"Baby girl, you are the one that put that baby girl outfit on, not me. I
will support my children any way I can, and it looks like the two of you
are the same size and shape. If you want to trade places for now, we can
do that. So, you can switch bedrooms for now. And that is that." She turns
to Miley. "Miley, if you want to keep your hair up under your baseball cap
you can, but I don't want you coming home in a crew cut like your brother
used to have unless we talk first okay sweetie?"
"Okay mommy. Now I look like a big brother should look, that's great." She
looks at me, rubbing it in. "I always wanted to be the big brother around
here! I want my hair cut please."
Mom picks me up and carries me as if she was carrying a baby, while she
talks to Miley about getting a boy's haircut. She puts me down inside the
high-chair. I look across the table and see Jimmy my brother staring up my
dress at my plastic panties. Miley sits on a chair next to me and they
both smile at each other, not saying anything.
"Mom, why doesn't she have to wear shoes or socks at the table? I know she
is a baby, but you said we have to be dressed to sit at the table. I think
baby girl Barry should be dressed, mom." Jimmy has a big, scary smile on
his face. Mommy looks over at me and is shaking her head.
"Barry, you should know better than that. Miley you too should know
better, now run up to baby Barry's nursery and get her some socks and
shoes. Be quick about it." She turns back to me as Miley runs off in her
jeans and baseball shirt. "Here's your sippy cup, baby girl."
I take the sippy cup, and start drinking from it. I see that Jimmy and
Miley both get glasses of milk; instead, I get a pink plastic sippy cup
with Barbie all over it. Miley then comes back in with black Mary Jane
shoes and socks. She slides the socks up, almost to my knee.
"Miley, aren't there other shoes I can wear? These black shoes look so
girly and way too babyish."
"No baby Barry, those are the shoes that go with that dress, so stop
whining or I'll spank your butt." She notices me playing with my hair.
"Stop playing with your hair baby sis. Here this will help you."
"What are you doing to my hair?" I feel her pushing it around and tying
something on each side of my head. "What did you do sis?"
"Oh, I just tied some of my barrettes in your hair. Now you have pigtails!
Now you look like me - I mean, like the baby sister."
"But I don't want to look like you Miley! I don't want you wearing my
clothes and I don't want to switch places with you! I don't want to be the
baby girl and I don't want you to be my big brother."
"You stop it right now or I'll spank your baby butt." I stop whining and
stare at Miley smiling at me with an evil look on her face. I see Jimmy
smiling at me as he hears Miley yelling at me as she is the big brother.
"Here baby Barry I'll fill your sippy cup up for you." Jimmy takes my cup
over to the refrigerator, fills my cup up, and brings it back to the
table.
"Well baby Barry; aren't you going to thank your big brother for filling
your sippy cup up?" I look at the angry look on mom's face, and I realize
that she called him my big brother. I take the cup from him without
thanking him while I take a big sip. Afraid to anger her, I thank him as I
take a big sip.
"Thanks Jimmy for filling my drink. That was very nice of you."
"You're welcome little sister." Jimmy turns to mommy. "Mom? We shouldn't
call him Barry any more. He is dressed like baby Miley now and Miley is
dressed like Barry now."
"I think you're right Jimmy." Mom looks over to me; Miley is grinning fit
to burst. "From now on, you will be called Miley. And Miley here will be
called Barry from now on, since you both are trading places."
"No mommy, I don't want to be called Miley; I'm 12 and a big boy!" I yell
as I start kicking in my high chair. I accidentally knock my sippy cup
over.
Mom looks really mean and angry as she grabs my sippy cup. She pours it
into a pink baby bottle and hands it back.
"Now drink up, baby Miley." Miley laughs at me.
"Yes mommy, that's a great idea! I like being called Barry now and he I
mean she is called Miley now. I mean, she is such a baby anyway."
I stare at her smiling until I suddenly feel pee trickle into my diaper.
Surprised, I suddenly see Jimmy laughing and pointing at my diapers as I
put my legs together.
