"Mommy do I really have to wear this pink ballerina outfit for
Halloween?" I stand next to mommy as she looks down at me smiling.
Mom puts her hand on my shoulder. "Remember little Barry you are the one

decided to dress up like each other."
"You are the one that was dressed up like your little sister in that

I stare at myself in the mirror and don't want to agree with her but she
is right she tricked me now I'm screwed and I have to find a way to get
her back. She can't be that smart she must be getting help. The only

"Hi baby sister Barry." Jimmy walks by teasing me as I talk to Miley. I
see a look on Miley's face and that confirms it, that there teaming up on

Mom walks by and see's me standing in the hallway talking to Miley.
"Miley have you asked your big brother to change you yet?" I look down at
the floor feeling so embarrassed as mom and the real Miley both are
staring at me waiting for a response.
"Um no mommy I was going to take my vitamins before I asked him." I see
Miley smiling from ear to ear her hearing our mom calling me Miley now as
she walks away.
Mom walks with me to the kitchen. "Speaking of vitamins I have a stronger
one for my little girl that you need to take from now on sweetie." I
watch as mom picks up the Barbie shaped vitamin container and empties the
contents into the trash.
"I need for you to take one in the morning and one at night sweetie." I
watch, as she empties a prescription jar into my Barbie vitamin
container. I am trying to read what it says on the prescription jar
something called extra strength estrogen, whatever that is.
Mom hands me four of them. I look at her confused. "Since you forgot to
take them yesterday you can take a double dose today little girl hehehe."
Mom giggles and hands me a bottle of water.
"Come on sweetie bottoms up or I'll be putting your bottom over my lap
and your bottom will be up for a spanking. Oh I crack myself up hehehe."
Mom giggles again at her little joke but I don't laugh.
I take the new vitamins and drink them down with the water. "Good girl
now go ask your brother nicely to change you and then you can go trick or
treating together."

My mom shakes her head then turns me around and pats me on the bottom.
"Now get going? You need to be a good girl and get used to having your
big brother change you little girl." Bummer, I start walking down the
hallway to Jimmy's room and I see the door is only open a crack.
I look in and see him finish getting dressed in his policeman costume.
"Um Jimmy I need to ask you something." I see him turn to me waiting for
me to continue. I look both ways down the hallway and I don't see Miley
so I had better ask him before she hears me.
"Um mommy told me I have to ask you to change me." I feel so embarrassed
to be saying this I hope no one hears me.
I see a big smile on his face. "What do you mean change you? What do you
want me to do sissy Barry?" I look both ways again as I push Jimmy's door
open about half way because I don't want to yell out what I have to say
then Miley might hear me.
"Well I need you to change Um my diaper." I see him smiling then he looks
away from me.
I notice the diaper bag by his dresser. "Sure little sissy Barry I'll
change your diaper. Grab the diaper bag that mom left for you and go lay
down on my bed."
"Okay" I open Jimmy's door all the way and I see Miley sitting on his bed
and she starts laughing like crazy the second she sees me.

asking my little brother who is only 10 to change my diaper and Miley now
hears it to, making it twice as bad. "Take your little baby girl
ballerina stuff off sissy Barry." I look at him then Miley.
"That means take your leotard off sissy Barry," Miley says. "I'll help
you sissy first pull your arms out of your leotard and then slide down
your tights."
I listen to her as they both watch me as I put the pink leotard next to
me on the bed. I slide one leg then the other putting the tights next to
the leotard.
"Much better we should just leave you in your diaper like a real sissy
baby that you are Barry." I lay back looking up at both of them smiling
and giggling.
I close my eyes. "I bet you would love to walk around and go trick or
treating wearing just a diaper and a wet diaper at that hehehehe," Miley
says, then giggles.
I almost start to cry when I feel Miley move my legs a part as Jimmy un
does the diaper tapes. I feel so relieved until he pulls it off me as I
lay on the bed totally naked.
"Here Jimmy this is sissy Barry's new diaper." I feel him lift my legs up
and slide the diaper under me. "Look how shrunken and shriveled up his

I see an evil look in both their eyes. "Remember that show on how to

"Um no I did feel something but it must be numb because I can't feel

Jimmy and Miley both smile. "Good because I'm going to put another rubber

"There you go sissy Barry that is much better." I feel him start to tape

and Miley will help you put your leotard back on."
Miley starts pulling the leotard over my tights the second she can.

"Well um when do we pull the rubber bands off?" I hear Miley and Jimmy
laughing.
I don't understand as Jimmy smiles. "Oh the rubber bands will how do I

and that won't be the only thing falling off too hehehe." Miley giggles
again before Jimmy smacks her arm.
"What do you mean falls off? The rubber bands you mean will just fall off
after a while?"
Both Jimmy and Miley smile at each other. "Yes and then we will stop
calling you a sissy after they fall off because only boys who have boy
parts between their legs can be sissies." I start to think what they are
talking about and they both see I'm thinking it out.

right? Both Miley and Jimmy are smiling at me like there trying to change
the subject.
Jimmy puts his policeman hat on now. "No it doesn't hurt at all." Miley

"Don't worry sissy Barry you will have flat panties in the front too

firefighter costume on.
Jimmy takes my hand then I feel Miley take my other hand.
"You kids be good and Jimmy you're in charge so be careful and don't let
the baby out of your site and have fun." mom says as she stands by the
front door as we walk down the sidewalk.
I was so looking forward to go trick or treating but not like this. "Oh
what a pretty little girl." We stop and hear someone stop and smile at
me.
"Oh thank you ma'am," I say but want to cry.
