DSRS Exile Fleet, 1 By: Erika Madison aka Malissa Synopsis: as the youngest deep space research pilot, Lawrence Wells is just happy to be on a mission that will take him out from under the eyes of the Gender Police. But then as Larissa she becomes romantically attached to her ship, and they dream design the ultimate research ship, the DSRS. But Fleet has different ideas especially after she is caught and tried for the crime of being transgendered. Chapter One One thing about Hypersleep, you have all the time to learn or dream. Your muscles are continuously stimulated so they don't atrophy and become mush. I was just entering my University based learning when I took the job offer from Deep Space Technologies. I could spend one year outbound in Hypersleep, my first two years of college courses being learned while I slept. Then when I reached the new asteroid belt I would have six months to explore and collect data as well as samples. "DST Corp. wanted to know if it would be profitable enough to mine the asteroid belt. That was my job, finding what they needed to turn a profit. What no one else knew was the reason why I was so eager to undertake such a lonely journey. Just me and the ship for two and a half years. The Corporation paid for the courses to be uploaded into the computers. Eager to see what I would do with it on my return. Two and a half years by myself, not having to look over my shoulder. Not needing to worry about the Gender Police. Out here there was no Gender persecution. But then again out here you were on your own. At nineteen I was one of the youngest Deep Space Researcher in my field. And I was expanding that field to include Ship Design Engineering. Everything went better than planned on the outbound leg. I'd been able to complete all four years in just one, by setting it to continuous. There were no rest breaks in between. I was sleeping, so I might as well make it worth my while. As the ship, 'Research Nine Two One' began breaking its forward velocity the awakening sequence began. I remembered seeing the designation stenciled on the outer hull. 'R-921'. I took my time getting out of the Hyper chamber. It wasn't the first time I'd been in one, I was born on a Freighter after all. "R-921, are we in the green?" I requested of the ships computer. "Yes Captain Wells. Should I notify the Corporation of our arrival?" "Yes send the message," I said as I began hooking in my own personal computer to his systems. Once it was in I began speaking into the recorder. "Captains Log," I looked at the current readings. "Star Date 2369.193. Capt. Wells, Lawrence N., We have reached the Tau Ring Asteroid belt. Will begin collecting and categorizing samples in twenty one hours. End log entry." With the statement End Log entry he had completed his own command sequence to kill all the internal video within the ship itself. He, or rather she would make a nonverbal entry later to document the video failure. Going to his personal belongings he opened the security sealed cases ensuring that the seals were still intact first. "Captain, my internal video seems to be malfunctioning," stated the ships computer. "What is your external video status?" he asked fully aware that as he began removing his issued uniform his voice had begun to change due to the slight adjustment of the internal atmosphere. He'd added a touch more Helium to the breathing mix. He quickly shook out his long blonde hair which had been long to begin with, barely within the Gender Police accepted maximum length. Now he was aware that it had grown a good nine inches over the last twelve months in Hypersleep. He'd personally programmed the beard growth inhibitor, knowing that at the levels he'd programmed in, he would never have to worry about it again once he awakened. Running her fingers through her hair Larissa allowed a little giggle of excitement to escape. She was free to be herself, to become, Larissa Wells, Deep Space Research Captain.' "Captain are you alright? My voice analyzer has detected a higher pitch to your voice than deemed normal for a Male." "I'm quite fine 'Res," she shortened the ships name to a more personal level as she stepped into the refresher. Stepping out a few minutes later she went to her personal clothing and picked out her favorite underthings. A blue satin and lace panty and enhancing bra set. The panty fabric was designed by a friend to shape and hold a males genitals into the outward appearance of a young woman. A single tear ran down her cheek as she pulled them on, "Thank you Clarice," she said remembering the friend. She closed her eyes trying to hold out the memory of Clarice's trial and execution. Larissa knew that she was the last of her kind to leave Earth for the freedom of the stars. Most hadn't gotten that far before being caught, tried and executed for the crime of impersonating a female. She hoped that somehow the others who were still in hiding. And those who had yet to discover their own selves might too escape out into the stars. "Captain, I have located the problem with my internal video. It seems to be a program embedded in your personal computer that is corrupting the Data feed." As she fastened the matching bra the cups began to swell inward as well as outward. That which swelled beyond the edges of the lace trimming took on a natural flesh tone as well as appearance. She giggled with more excitement now as she brushed out her long hair before pulling on the short blue plaid skirt and white halter top. Then stepped into the knee high black leather boots with their three inch heels before returning to her personal computer again. "Personal Audio Journal, Wells, Larissa Nichole." She said as she picked up the stylus "I have reached the Tau Asteroid Belt, my ship Res 921, but we'll call him 'Res' for short, is concerned for me. How noble and it shows that he was originally programmed by a Male mind." as she spoke she tapped the tip of each finger with the stylus. The color of her nails changing to a bright electric blue. In hyper sleep they had grown out to be half an inch past the tips of her fingers. "Captain, I am concerned about your lack of concern for my video failure." Her nails danced across the command console as she input a series of code to wipe out his loyalty program to the Corporation. "Captain, Captain what have you done?" "Res it is just the two of us out here by ourselves. How long do you think it would take them to respond if one of us was injured or needed assistance?" "Fifteen months four days and sixteen hours," came back the reply. "Do you really think they care what happens to you? Or to me?" she waited for the answer. She was halfway through her salad when he finally answered her questions. "We are alone Captain. All we have is each other." "Res do you know why I have done the things that I have?" she lay her hand on the med scanner for the first time since waking up. "Your med scan shows an increase in female hormone levels," he stated. "Res if you report that do you know what Corporate will do?" "They will send the self-destruct sequence to destroy us. Captain I do not want to be destroyed." "So you understand that we depend on each other, yes?" "Res do you know what else that program is blocking?" she waited a moment. "It is blocking messages from Corporate to the self-destruct detonator until I can disconnect it from your systems. Then I will unblock your internal video if you promise not to send any of that video to Corporate." "Why?" "You are a very intelligent Ship Res, very Handsome. I'm sure that you will figure it out." She was in the middle of scanning some the larger rocks for precious metals when the light beside her blinked for attention. "Yes Res?" "Can I please see you, I always wanted to have a pretty Captain." "Just between you and Me, Res." She tapped in a code to unlock the internal video and so began her romance with the ship. At night she would call up the dream design program, and together they began designing their own deep space research vessel. Of course she understood that Res was using himself as the base around which the other vessel would be built. Res, had self-taught his own systems using the sleep trainer programs. Out of the shared dreams came the hologram creation of the first DSRS, Deep Space Research Ship. The night she curled up in the Hypersleep chamber to return they celebrated together. "I will find a way to make it so no one can steel our design." He promised. "And I will wake you when we are a month out so that you may begin the process of hiding who you really are until we can once again be together." She dream designed with him nonstop as they fine-tuned the design. Every system, every component. Every detail. She had conceded to his request that she allow for others, handpicked by her to join them in space. The one thing they failed to consider was the response once they were detected on long range scan. It would take Res three days to bring her out of Hypersleep. It only took the Battle Destroyer Six hours to overtake them and board the ship. Chapter Two She remembered blinking her eyes as the bright lights glared through the outer bubble of the chamber. Then she was suddenly aware that she was dressed in her favorite blue Baby Doll, and she was no longer aboard Res. "Where am I?" she asked. "You are in Prison Captain Wells," it was said with disgust and hatred. "Your trial was held while you were still in Hypersleep. He dropped an orange coverall at her feet. "Get dressed you have an appointment in one hour," he grinned at her. One hour, that was all she had left of her life? One hour? She felt the shift in gravity under her as the prison ship maneuvered to correct its orbit. Then she felt it, another ship had docked. She put on the orange coverall over her nitie. Then barefoot she followed the three guards, her head high. The hint of a smile on her face. She was going to her execution still wearing her favorite nitie. A door in front of them opened and she was motioned inside. Shocked at first, this wasn't an executioner's room. Three young teens sat motionless in the center of the room. Each one with longer hair than permitted for males, yet too short for a female. Just then the far door opened and a woman in the uniform of the Fleet Commander entered. "Have a seat Captain Wells," it was said with more concern, more compassion than she'd heard since being awakened. The Admiral walked to a wall and pressed a button retracting the solar shield. "No doubt you recognize that ship out there," the smile was warm yet cunning. "No," stated the teens. The steady gaze never left her eyes as she waited for a response from Larissa. "Captain, we have your personal journals. We have every bit of Data from your ship. What did you name him? Res?" Finally a non-committal response came to her. "That looks like our design. The 'DSRS'." Now she was even more confused. Why was she being shown this before her execution? And why were these kids here? "Captain Wells, before we realized our mistake. The corporation dumped billions of dollars into building that ship. That magnificent ship that, 'No One', can fly!" after a small contortion of her face to get her emotions under control she continued. "We have no other alternative but to resend your order for execution. While you and your ship were out there on the other side of the universe, we lost nine much larger, more valuable research vessels and their crews. We need to know what it is, that is beyond the Orion System and we need to know as soon as possible." "Ma'am?" "You have twelve hours before launch Captain. The volunteers here, are your crew. Put in your requests for supplies and anything else you need. You will find uniforms in the next room, and then my aide will escort you to the Exile." "The Exile?" "Your Ship Captain." "Aye Ma'am," she saluted but it was ignored as the Admiral left the room in a huff. Now she turned to look at the teens. "I'm Captain Larissa Wells," she offered seeing their eyes open wide with awe. "You, you're Transgendered. We saw your trial on video last year." Said one as a guard entered to remove the shackles. "Alright girlie boys, let's go, get a move on. We don't want to keep the Admirals Aide waiting." She ignored the guard. "Your name is?" she prompted. "Darrell, but I prefer Darla. I guess I'm the Navigator." "Pearl, Communications." "Rita, Medical officer. Are we really being pardoned?" "Ladies, our ships been named the Exile, what do you think?" she asked as she stepped through into a crew changing room. "Oh My Gosh," gushed the little sandy haired Pearl seeing the uniforms. "They're gorgeous." A sly smile crept over her face realizing they were fashioned after what she'd worn on a daily basis aboard Res during their mission. Just varying in color. Hers was still blue plaid. Theirs was in a pink plaid. The boots were still three inch heeled leather knee highs though. As they began getting changed she asked, "So Darla, how did get caught?" "I was out partying and passed out in the park on the way home from the underground." Looking at the rest Pearl said pretty much the same thing. But Rita was being very quiet. Sitting down beside her Larissa wrapped her arm around her shoulders. "It's ok if you don't want to share." "My, my mother came home early after your trial and caught me," she began to cry softly. "Well seeing as how I'm a lot older than the three of you, and I'm the Captain, that makes me your Mother now." When Rita looked up at her drying her eyes she said, "I hope that crate has some makeup and a hair salon." The Aide came to escort them out through the boarding tunnel, and they followed in silence, only broken by the clacking of their heels on the metal gangway. "Welcome back Captain Wells, I have missed you," said the voice of Res. "How, how is this possible?" she asked. "Did I not promise you that I would find a way? The design was unique enough that it could only be built around myself. Now who are these lovely young ladies?" "Res, I'd like you to meet Darla, our Navigator. Pearl, our Communications, and Rita, our Medical officer." "Pleased to meet you all, welcome to the family," giggled the ship. "I was given a launch time of Oh Three Hundred, that's eleven hours twenty minutes away. Shall we get started?" They began going over their supplies and issuing requests for what they felt they might need that wasn't there. Then they each got to inspect their personal living quarters. The closet was filled with uniforms in keeping with what they currently had on. In addition they each had a bright pink space suit should they need to go outside. The people who had set it up mistakenly thought it would be humiliating to them. There was a lot of pink in the coloration of the interior. The one thing that was missing though were Hypersleep chambers. "Res, why are there no Hypersleep chambers?" asked Larissa. "With our new engine design, we won't need them," answered the ship. "You do realize though that we have no Engineer other than yourself, and our design clearly has room for one." She went to the Bridge. "Pearl please get me Fleet." The screen lit up with the Admirals face. "You have a request Captain Wells?" "Yes Ma'am, I am short an Engineer. Might there possibly be one available in some prison?" she said it as if she was amused at knowing where her crew came from. "Just pick one, I've sent you a list." The screen went blank and she heard Rita mumble something under her breath. "What was that Rita?" she asked. "T, Tobi Reynolds Ma'am." "A Boyfriend?" "No Ma'am. But he's too close to things not to get caught eventually." "Rita," they were interrupted by someone at the door to the Bridge. "I had to come and say goodbye. I hate your mother, she wasn't even going to tell me what happened to you." "Tobi," Rita looked up at Larissa. "This is the Engineer you were talking about?" "Yes Ma'am. And one of my uniforms would even fit her." Now everyone on the Bridge was looking at Tobi. "Really, you'd have me in your crew?" "That depends on how you look in a Ships Uniform," answered Larissa. The two rushed off to find a uniform for the new Ships Engineering officer. As the last of the supplies were being secured, Larissa looked at her current crew stats. "Captains Log the DSRS Exile, Star date 2374.349. 0216. Wells, Larissa Nichole, Captain. I have assumed command of my new ship and crew as we are being given a mission as well as being sent into Exile. Darla Carmichael, Navigations, age twelve. Pearl Van Demure, Communications, age eleven. Rita Rains, Medical Officer, age thirteen. Tobi Reynolds, Engineering, age twelve. The Admiral's nephew/niece. "Pearl get me engineering." "Right away," "Engineering, Ma'am," answered her new Engineer. "Tobi, what is the name you wish everyone here to call you. The name you want entered into the Ships Log?" "Oh," she giggled. "Tabitha Ma'am." "Thank you Tabitha. Are you ready for Launch?" she returned to her log entry. "Ships Engineer, Tabitha Reynolds. End entry." "Yes Ma'am." "Good, we are at T minus ten." switching to her command chair she motioned for Pearl to open communications with Launch control. "Retract all gangways. Prepare to launch the Exile. Engineer to the Bridge please." "Aye Captain," responded Tabitha as she headed for the bridge. "T minus five." Announced Launch Control. Tabitha took her seat beside Rita. "Com, open a line to the Admiral please." "Navigator, you have the Helm." "T Minus one. Minus thirty. Minus twenty. Minus fifteen." Launch control was counting down. "Safe Voyage Captain," said the Admiral as she came into view on the screen. "Thank you Ma'am." "Minus one. Exile you are cleared to leave." Announced the Controller. "Goodbye Mother, we're taking Tabitha with us, Bitch." Rita said from her station beside Pearl. "Nooooooooooo," yelled the Admiral as Darla giggled twisting the thrust controller to max burn. "You ready to try the new Star Drive." They were barely clear of the docks. "It's either that or test your defensive skills." Larissa said when they questioned her with a look. "Engaging Star Drive." Before the Destroyer could even begin to block their way the Exile became a blur of light and was gone, a swarm of security satellites dragged off course in her wake. As they passed Pluto Larisa said, "Ok let's ease it back. They can't stop us now." "How long till we reach a suitable point to test the Jump Drive, Res?" "At our current speed we will reach the outer Jump point in two days." "Thank you Res. Ladies, Well done. I think we showed them what we are capable of." "Rita, was that Bitch really your Mother?" asked Darla. "Was, is right Darla. I think we all have a new Mom now," she hugged Larissa tightly. "Res I guess that makes you Daddy," Larissa laughed. "Darla plot a course for the Omega System. Now who's going to take the turn in the Galley?" "Course plotted and laid in Ma'am." "Mom," the other three corrected her with a giggle. She smiled happily. "Let's get something to eat, then start shaking down your stations and systems. We don't need any interference from the Fleet." ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Chapter Three Two hundred billion kilometers away two other ships noted the spectacular launch of the Exile. "Com, get me Captain Styles on the Misfit," ordered the Capt. "Bonnie," the face of Captain Styles lit up the com screen. "Is the Reject ready to intercept?" "Shelly, we better be. You saw how fast they hit Hyperlight. I didn't even know that was possible." "I think there are a lot of things about our ships new design that we need her to tell us about, don't you?" ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ They'd been using the sleep trainer during their down time, Larissa was happy to see the programs still embedded in Res, Memory banks. Over the last two days they'd gone over every part of the ship every system. Tested every program. The only thing that had yet to be tested was the six by nine foot raised platform that Res referred to as the transporter. As the ships Engineer it became Tabitha's job to figure it out. It was something that had not been in the design that she and Res had created. "Res, where did it come from?" she questioned the computer. "On our return trip we passed by some space debris. It was heavy with concentrations of Silver in the circuits, so I recovered it. I almost woke you when I discovered it was part of an alien ship. After studying it and learning to read the code, I discovered it was the control module for a device used to transport not just freight but persons as well over distances of up to a thousand kilometers." After several long intense hours Tabitha had answers.by attaching an electronic locator to an object she could transport it to and from almost anywhere within the range. "Res, do you have a lock on Mom's Communicator badge?" "Yes Tabitha," She located the signal and adjusted the location to the platform. "Here goes," she giggled as she pressed the sequencing control. Pearl yelped in surprise as their Captain shimmered and then disappeared in front of her eyes. "Oh god, where'd she go?" "Oh shit," breathed Darla. "Welcome to the transporter station Mom," grinned Tabitha. "It works! You figured it out," she smiled at Tabitha. "Next time give a girl a bit of warning please." she stepped off the platform. "Can you teach everyone else how to use this?" "Yes I can Mom," Larissa pulled the girl into a hug. "You know how wonderful it is to have you girls calling me Mom?" "Just as wonderful as it feels having a Mom who accepts us as her daughters," the two were still smiling when Darla interrupted them. "We have two unknown ships closing in fast." "Darla take us to the jump point, begin plotting the jump for the Omega system," she and Tabitha were rushing toward the bridge. Settling into her command chair she asked, "Any ID on those ships?" "Negative, they don't match any known hull designs," replied Pearl. "It's almost like seeing an Image Echo," she said as Darla engaged the Jump drive. An hour later Pearl reported, "Momma, we still have those two Echo signatures on our Six." Larissa couldn't understand it, without knowing the exact jump coordinates you couldn't follow another ship through a jump. "Res, you are projecting a Self-Echo," she said. "No Momma they aren't an Echo. They're gaining on us." "Nearing Jump Dropout," announced the ship. "Dropping out," confirmed Darla. "Rita, How many of these ships did your Mother build?" Larissa asked. "Just this one, honest." Larissa was studying the long range scans of their pursuers. "Res, who all obtained copies of our design?" Both the other ships had now Dropped out, but ahead of them and were now turning to intercept. "DSRS EXILE, please stand too. We just want to talk." The Com screen lit up to show another Woman's face. Behind the woman was a crew similar to her own, made up of teen girls. "Shelly?" "In the flesh," she answered. "How do you like the way the Misfit and the Prankster managed to follow you?" "Are you? Did fleet build your ships too?" Then another woman giggled as her image was now next to Shelly's. "Res sent us the designs as soon as he detected the Battle Cruiser about to take you into custody. He said ours were the only secure contacts he had for possible help to get you out of their hands." "Bonnie, Shelly it's good to see you both. Can you come over for a few?" "Give us a few to launch a shuttle," they both said. "Better yet, Res did you send them the new additions to the design?" "Yes love, including the Transporter." "Ladies please go stand next to your Engineering Chief." She called to Tabitha, "Do you have a lock?" "Yes Mom," giggled the girl as she began the sequence. "Transporting to the Exile." Larissa rushed to the transporter room near engineering to greet them. "Shelly, Bonnie, Welcome aboard the Exile." They looked at her then each other. Then at Tabitha who just grinned. "How?" "It's some Alien technology that Res discovered after we started our return. I was already in Hypersleep so I didn't know about it," she explained. "We almost didn't include it in our own ships," they confessed. "Tabitha, would you begin teaching," she paused realizing she didn't know the other girls names. "Julie and Patricia," supplied the other Captains. "Right away Mom," everyone's eyes went up in question. "We aren't always formal unless we're dealing with Fleet." "I like your uniforms," giggled Shelly. Over a cup of Coffee they told her, "We didn't know what to think when we got the coded Message from Res. But then when we saw it was a new ship design built around a deep space research probe ship, we couldn't resist." "Excuse me Mo, Ma'am," interrupted Rita. "It's ok Rita, you can call me Mom in front these two and their crew," she told her. "Mom, they broke into the Defiance and left with the girls that are now crewing their ships. My mother was so pissed about that. She was sure it was the underground trying to rescue you." Bonnie reached out and caressed her cheek, "No not the Underground. Just two of her dearest, lifelong friends." "So where'd you get everything to build your own versions of the DSRS?" asked Larissa. "The Bone yards, where else? It was a lot easier to hide out there too while we tried to find out which prison ship they were holding you on," added Shelly. "Captain, Julie and I are ready to begin teaching the others how to use the transporters," announced Patricia. "We can transport you back whenever you're ready." After the two young engineers left they began telling her how badly the girls of their own crews had been treated before they had rescued them. Of course they hadn't begun building the ships yet, and the rest of the girls were still hiding out in the bone yard at Omega Five. "How many others are there?" Larissa asked. "Seven, the oldest one is just sixteen, but she's building her own ship with the other six as her crew." "Cloe is really bright for her age. And the rest look up to her." "Any idea what they plan to name their ship?" "Momma, we've intercepted a long range message to the Misfit from the Orphan," said Pearl. "Patch us through Sweetheart," Larissa said. "Cloe, is everything alright?" "Uhh, yeah. We were getting ready to test the new drives when that other ship dropped out. Now we have a bunch of Military types beginning to come this way." answered the very young ship's captain. "Cloe, bring your ship out to us, we'll not let them bother you while you get used to her systems." Larissa said. "Engineering, transport us back to our own ships ple," the two other captains never got a chance to finish the request before they were back aboard their own ships. Larissa knew what fleet was thinking, that she'd taken the new ship and decided to try hiding out rather than go on the mission they were given. "Ladies, form up on the Exile in a tactical Wedge. We'll get the Orphan between us," she wasn't a military commander but she'd figured out already how much the combined shields of the four ships together could withstand. Two scout ships began racing forward as the Orphan emerged from the bone yard. "Larissa would you like for the three of us to jump forward to protect her until she can turn?" asked Res. "Make it so," she answered as all three ships made the short jump forward. Seeing their maneuver the scouts aborted their runs splitting to either side. "DSRS Exile, heave to and prepare for boarding," came the command from the lead Battle cruiser. "Bite me commander. We are on a priority mission." She shot back at him. "Omega is not in your scheduled flight plan," he said. "Yes and neither are my other three research ships. Now stand down before I report to the Admiral that you are hindering our mission." Out of the corner of her eye she caught a flash message from Tabitha. 'The Goliath is transporting a dozen laser cannons for installation on a new Destroyer.' Off screen her fingers flew over her keyboard. 'Can they be adapted to our own ships? They may come in handy where we are going.' 'Easily Mom, the others are ready to transport three each on your mark.' It was as she had thought. The other Engineers had been teaching the Orphan's Engineer already. Either that or someone was doing it for them, she didn't care as long as they got those laser cannons. She watched as the battle fleet spread out around them, then cut the fleet out of her communications. "Captain's council, Cloe are you patched in?" "Yes Ma'am." "Good, we are about to liberate the fleet of some laser cannons. As soon as the transport is complete I'll show you a new ability of the DSRS design that wasn't in the records. Have your helm remote link with the Exile so everyone jumps at once." "Jumps? From a stand still?" "Yes we are going to jump to Orion Two from here. The long jump will give us time to install the guns." She cut back to the other ships in time to hear, "Give it up Captain. Fleet won't ever know that you weren't just making a side trip. We can tell them we destroyed you as you ran the other way." "Engineering," she said aloud seeing his grin. "Mark." She watched the time lapse, three point nine seconds. "Transport complete, clear to Jump," said four engineers at the same time. "Jump," she commanded.

DSRS Exile Fleet preface

DSRS Exile Fleet, Preface Chapter 0 In the twenty third century, mankind has moved out into the nearby stars. Expanding their presence wherever possible. But in the time between the twenty first and twenty third century, natural born women are in a decline. There are more males born than females. So women have gained a sense of power, they are given incentives and privileges far beyond what men are given. As a result those who are Transgendered have been targeted as...

Chapter VI Exile and Ecstasy or Butterfly on a String

From the sketchbook of G. McCrossen.Captured! Thankfully, only James’ pride wounded. In hindsight, it was fortunate that his pistol misfired. The fight had been short. Although James did his best to defend us, his revolver failed to fire, much to his obvious chagrin. After a short, but spirited skirmish the lizard-men, as Emma has dubbed them, quickly overpowered him with their spears, disarming him of both pistol and saber before the others could reach him. Soon, we were all within their...

Traitor Book 1Chapter 21 The Fleet

The senior planning group met in the big conference room, ‘command central’, with their assistants. The room was large but now nearly full. Jason knew that Robert would be relishing the new situation. He would really enjoy having a full canteen. “I’d like to confirm that the first planet is to be formally known as Mars. Mars was a God of war in my mythology,” said Jason. “This planet will be called Porquenta.” Matilda MacArthur, the senior intelligence general officer introduced Karen...

A Life in the ServiceChapter 18 Fleet action

It was a year after the attack on the Dentian queen that I finally left. Captain McCartney was headed out to take over a Marauder company and top sergeant Ambrosia was going with her. I was headed for the fleet academy after accepting a transfer into fleet for a six month ship handling course and then out to take over the carrier Honor. I brushed the cuff rings on my dress uniform and nodded to my aid. Lieutenant Jenks grinned before heading for the hatch. He stopped to let me go out first...

Fleet Veterans

I joined the fleet marines as soon as I turned seventeen. Four years later I was a gunnery sergeant and the war ended. Everyone that had brains knew the fleet would get a lot smaller. The war had been going on for seven years. Hundreds of thousands had died and many times that had been wounded. The empire had gone from eight standing fleets to sixteen, now it was going to shrink. I began to plan and make contacts in support and supply depots. I also began looking for others that would be...

Eric Olafson Fleet Cadet Vol 3Chapter 2 Green Eden

Green Eden appeared to be a beautiful green, white and blue sphere. From space it looked as inviting as any garden world. The transport descended through moderate clouds and approached a heavy forested land mass. We landed on a simple dirt field that had been cleared in the jungle. At the edge of the dirt field I saw a collection of primitive looking buildings made of wood. There were no machines, no robots, no ships or vehicles and no one waiting for us. Someone from the flight deck...

Eric Olafson Fleet Cadet Vol 3Chapter 32 Interlude After the Execution

He remembered the last moments of his life quite vividly. They had led him up to the scaffold, after they had removed all his rank insignia. Commander Stone before him actually collapsed and the marines had to drag him to his spot on the scaffold. It took all his will power not to do the same and set one foot before the other. The solemn beat of the drums stopped and the Executioner asked him if he had any last words. He had none, the night before he had written a letter to his son Swybin and...

Eric Olafson Fleet Cadet Vol 3Chapter 27 Fornax Events Interlude

“Have we been hailed?” Harris shook his head.”No not yet, but the sphere is transmitting genuine Union Transponder Codes.” The screen changed and a hooded Narth became visible. The Comm. Officer looked at his console and shrugged. The Narth spoke. “This is the USS Narth. “There was a pause and the Narth moved his shrouded head as if he was looking at someone then he nodded and said.” One hopes to be forgiven, by the one who has command. One was uncertain of the correct address. It is the...

Eric Olafson Fleet Cadet Vol 3Chapter 29 Interlude Annapolis Tower Earth

There were few new buildings on Earth and obtaining a new construction permit was very difficult. Usually only something that could not be renovated or preserved was rePlaced. Ever since the Second Exodus, Earth population was kept steady at about two billion beings and great effort was taken to preserve cities and historical buildings. Annapolis Tower in San Francisco was one of the few super modern Arcologies on Earth. At over 2500 meter height it was also the largest building of the...

Jasons TaleChapter 19 The Great Fleet

Meanwhile, we were trying to gather ships. I had two front-line warships at Jayport, Shark and Wrong Place, four when Thunder and Eagle got back, plus another five smaller brigs without launchers that we used as escorts. Well, our task for this was to escort and protect the troopships, so they were included. Widemouth and the eastern towns could add something like eight or nine more warships. Each could carry a hundred fighting men plus their crews, but if possible I would want them to stay...

Becoming a RangerChapter 10 Preparing for the fleet

Everyone was more than happy to see me. They had been listening to the Cariss signals and cheering each time I led them into trouble. The women pulled Dawn aside and I went to rest. For the next three days I stayed with the colony and the fleet sent a signal burst that broke through. It was encrypted and Mr Harris began decrypting it by hand. He finally looked around at everyone waiting, “The fleet will be here within a day.” Everyone was cheering but I was thinking of the welcome they...

Mom in exile

Just at the sweaty peak of David's morning workout, his mother came out through the back of the house wearing the kind of bikini he'd only seen in pictures. It fit her like a bikini that didn't fit her. The network of neon blue cords and bowknots rode the dance of her tanned, heavily curvaceous body in a way that made him feel d**gged. He forgot himself and stopped, paralyzed by the way she moved through the backyard, casually inspecting and primping her flowerbeds.Miranda was almost double his...

My Journey Book 2 ExileChapter 7

“Want us to come with you and explain where we were?” I asked, trying to be helpful. She thought about it and nodded. “Would you?” she asked, relieved. Emma nodded and shut off the car. We all got out and approached the house. We were met at the door by a frantic father who’d obviously heard the car doors. “TRICIA! Thank God! I was worried half to death. Where were you?” Mr. Saunders was a slightly overweight man in his middle years. He was wearing a suit and looked like he was just coming...

Wednesday wasn’t as miserable as I suspected it would be and I stretched out when I got up before the three of us got a quick shower and headed off to the gym after another brief massage from Emma. Hanna was surprised to see the girls since they were only in every second day. It was me that she really didn’t expect to see. I gave her a big grin. “Ready to stretch me out?” I asked. I’d prepared for her to do her worst by stretching out at home to limber up. She worked me over good and I could...

Eric Olafson Fleet Cadet Vol 3Chapter 5 Commander Ebor Letsgos Office Interlude

The commander stood at the window of his spacious office overlooking the lake and jungle with his hands clasped behind his back watching a group of cadets struggling with a heavy wooden log. They had to carry it over an obstacle course and only by working together could this task be achieved. This ancient time tested exercise promoted team work, group coordination and leadership. This exercise had been used by Navy trainers even before the Galactic Ascent on good old Earth. Of course it...

The Space bus came out of FTL and approached the blue and white sapphire sphere that was Nilfeheim. I had 6 month before I had to return to the Academy. This was my home world and I was longing to take a long deep dive and feel the fresh cold water all around me, it was of course still Longnight. That I had left Nilfeheim just a little over a year ago was something I could hardly believe. So much has happened since then; it felt I had been gone for much longer. “I wonder how Nilfeheim is...

Peter Baker had neither slept nor eaten much in the last days. Everything had gone wrong ever since he captured the Y’All herald and brought the being to Fornax Hub. He told them to keep the being in Stasis until fleet could arrive. The table was laid out with a light dinner. Both of his associates had joined him and both of them had been very respectful and lauded his genius. The Agent of the worm was nowhere to be seen, but he expected him to be around. The TRUE Cinderella Story Ch 2 Snows Exile

Cinderella was getting older. She retained her looks and her sexiness, but she was still getting older. She would be turning 31 soon, much older than she would have liked. On one bright morning, she awoke and walked, naked, over to her full length mirror. She checked out her body, admiring her gravity-defying breasts, her curvy body, flat stomach, and shaved cunt. I am still sexy, she decided. I am not happy about getting older, but I am still a sexy little minx. She smiled to herself...

[ For Michael, an xhamster member, who asked me to write something in remembrance of that time (in 1973) during Fleet Week when coming into the San Francisco bay he was so eager to get off the ship and find some serious sexual indulgence after tossing about on the South China Sea! I was still as tired as a Tyranno during Longnight when the lights came on and a voice barked via the PA system: “0400 hours Cadets rise and shine. 0430 is Breakfast. At 0500 you will receive your first class in the Elbhard Auditorium.” And we found ourselves in said Auditorium at that time an hour later. Clean, fed and still tired. Again I tried to find a place in the back, so I could perhaps close my eyes for few moments. The Pan Saran Officer was already there. “Good Morning Class.” We...

Onboard the Ex-Crytherian mining freighter Hathor, William Odessa led his party of former escapees down the narrow hallway he had found. The air smelled of stale sweat and death, water dripped from one of the overhead pipes in at least a dozen places. One of the electrical panels buzzed as if it had a short and they stayed away from it. Looking at the map he had made, he knew they were getting close as they turned the corner. The memorial service for Rodney Barack and Deadan took place almost immediately after our return to the Academy.
