It was so much fun experimenting with the chastity belt that suddenly it
seemed the two weeks was up and Adam was due for his first appointment.
On the morning of that day Adam started to express doubts. On being
grilled by Judy it seemed that he was still very shy being dressed as a
girl in public. He was painfully aware of just how boyish he looked,
despite the clothes, the make-up, the hair style. Normally Judy would
have travelled by public transport for their big city was just one huge
traffic jam on a business day. However she relented and they left early,
crawled in, and parked at a price that would buy a decent meal.
Judy naturally accompanied him to Dr Carruther's rooms. She was paying,
and the result would be her creation. In contrast to Adam's hesitation
she was bubbling with anticipation.
Once they were called in Dr Carruthers, or Sheila as she asked to be
called, started a tripod-mounted video camera whilst they talked and
again reviewed what was to come. The topic of breast enhancement came up.
Sheila made the point. "Some of these planned procedures are quite
demanding on the body, its nervous system, immune system etc. I prefer to
postpone breast enhancement until he is fully recovered from so as not to
provoke complications."
After the review she said "Now I need to examine you and measure you."
she sounded pleasant but also competent. "Please take off all your
clothes and lie on your back here." indicating a standard low padded
bench. As he unbuttoned his blouse, pale blue with a rounded Peter Pan
collar, Judy could see he felt quite shy about the prospect of exposing
his nudity. Reaching behind to unclip his padded bra he started blushing.
He was blushing even more as he unzipped and stepped out of his skirt
took off his cincher and his lace trimmed undies. Now nude, he was
squirming with embarrassment as he lay on his back on the bench.
Dr Carruthers started measuring him. She was using callipers and a tape
measure and was dictating the values into a microphone, obviously
connected to a recording device somewhere. She then started applying
sticky tape marked in millimetres, mostly to his face, but also to his
torso and hips. Judy wondered about that, as she understood that only his
neck and face would be involved. Once taped up the doctor took
photographs. Then, to Judy's surprise she poured some lubricant on her
hand and began to massage his prick. She was leaning over him so that he
was looking down her blouse and some shapely albeit bra-covered breasts.
She turned her head to look at Judy, laughed, and said, "It's all right.
If we are going to hide this thing, we need to know how big it can be."
Then she leant further over and kissed him full on the mouth. What was
going on in Adam's mind? Was he ashamed to be showing uncontrollable
desire for another woman? Whatever, he promptly developed a full
erection. Judy wondered whether he would ejaculate, but the doctor
quickly took some measurements and photographs, then sharply slapped his

A few days later Judy took him to the hospital. As instructed his face

as a girl it felt strange being back in trousers. He still wore the
waspie. The advice was that continuous usage would make his changed shape
semi-permanent. He didn't know that Judy had plans to make it more than

As agreed, remodelling his face was the first procedure. This entailed
shaving the bones and cartilage in his forehead, eyebrows, cheekbones,
nose and jaw to give him a narrower and more triangular face. The bone
fragments were kept in chilled tissue storage as they could be used later
for future orthopaedic procedures. In a separate operation his Adam's
apple was shaved to make it far less prominent, and voice box and vocal
cords slightly adjusted. Just enough to shift his natural timbre from
tenor to contralto. His mouth was remodelled by cutting out the corners
and suturing them together. The result was rosebud lips with a less wide
smile.
When he awoke from the anaesthetic he obviously felt terrible and
certainly looked terrible, what with bandages all over his face and neck.
He had a private room, but in the men's ward. At least he didn't have to
interact with any of the other patients. Especially as he could not speak
He was on a drip both for pain suppression as well as sustenance as any
movement of his mouth or face muscles was painful. A few days later he
was sufficiently recovered to take fluid meals through a straw, and a day
later was released into the care of Judy.
Every three days Judy took him to out-patients for his dressings to be
changed, and is was over two weeks before they could be left off. And he
did look dreadful - blotches and scars from throat to forehead. Sheila
assured both Judy and Adam that in time the surgery would be all but
invisible. Which was true, six months later even Adam had to admit that
even though he could still see the hairline scars, no-one else would,
especially when he was wearing light make-up.
Three months after the operations was his last post-op visit to Dr
Carruthers. She was really pleased with her work and set her video camera
going as she chattered to him. They she said "Now watch and listen
carefully. This is how you were." With that she played the video recorded
three months ago in her rooms. "And this is how you are now." And she
played the video taken a few minutes earlier. Both Adam and Judy were
astonished. Each had grown used to his new face as it slowly settled
down, and his new voice as the post-op hoarseness faded. They had quite
forgotten just how masculine he had been, and only now fully appreciated
just how feminine he both looked and sounded. A pretty face and sexy
contralto that could turn any young man's head. Not that either were
interested in young men.
The next day they celebrated by going out. Not anonymously in the big
city, but to one of the village coffee shops. There Judy introduced Adam
to various acquaintances as her niece Eve. She studied their responses
carefully, but detected no suppressed sniggers or doubts. Eve was taken
at face value, so to say. She would have taken him to a boutique, but
felt that if an assistant measured him, or looked too closely, the
underlying male body-shape would be noticed. She had however made an
appointment for him at a local hairdresser. There he happily chattered
away, secure that his new voice was right.
His hair was long now. He usually wore it in a pony-tail though sometimes
Judy would plait it. Either way she loved to brush his hair, to feel its
silky smoothness running through her fingers. He enjoyed it too. She
sometimes though when she was grooming him that he might start purring he
was so obviously enjoying it.
The hairdresser had little to do. Just a light trim and some subtle
colouring to enhance his naturally blond hair.
