Following on from Adam's successful facial reconstruction, Judy now
initiated the major task of body reconstruction. As advised by Dr Sheila,
the breast augmentation was left till last. As she explained, "We plan
for Adam to grow new breasts. This will place certain strains on his
body, his immune system in particular but also hormonal balance and other
systems. We don't want to divert his bodies energies from the major task
of recovering from major surgery, so once he has recovered we will give
him some nice boobs."
Pelvis
After facial geometry, the next biggest sex identifier to address is body
geometry. Women walk and run with a different action and the difference
makes a man easily identifiable if studied closely despite being
beautifully dressed. The geometry change carried out was the biggest
procedure of all. In an operation not unlike a double hip replacement his
hip joints were moved out and rotated very slightly to the front. The
detached hips were held in place with a titanium scaffold and seeded with
the powdered bone taken from his face. Over a period of several months
fresh bone tissue would grow over the scaffold to give him a pelvis
stronger as well as wider than it had been.
Much later, when he was fully recovered, Judy could see that he walked
with a natural swing of his hips, and when he ran his feet flicked a
little to the sides. He had once hammed up that girlish action, running
with side-flicking feet and hands waving in front as if polishing a
mirror, now he was the real thing. Even the distinctive cat-walk of
models, that style of placing each foot directly in front of the other,
came easily.
Groin
The time came for his next transformational operation. Normally this
would involve enlarging the cavity in his groin through which his balls
had originally descended all those years ago, so that he could push them
back inside. Professional female impersonators can push theirs inside as
a matter of course but without a lot of practice it can be very painful
as Judy had once demonstrated to him. Now that his pelvis had been
widened he found he could hide his balls easily and painlessly.
But Judy and Sheila were seeking perfection. The flesh below his penis
was enlarged to make artificial labia. They provided a groove into which
his flaccid penis could be laid. This was really only possible because
his hips were now further apart. To prevent the unwanted emergence of his
manhood under stimulus his labia had rings embedded so that he could lace
everything in. The tip of his penis already had matching rings courtesy
Judy from some months earlier. In addition to the lacing they had some
merkins made. These had little hooks that picked up the laces or cords
pulling his labia together. When laced and bemerkined only the very tip
of his penis would show just below the merkin, even if he were sexually
aroused. That is provided the lacing included the rings on his "head",
thus stopping it from projecting further. They both knew that the lacing
could be replaced by something less easily cut or untied, or a more
robust shield used in lieu of the merkin. Either way the arrangement was
a potential chastity device. Just the thought added a certain frisson
whenever she laced him in.
Waist and Cheeks
The final procedure was to implant what was effectively an under-skin
waspie. It started with liposuction round his waist. Though he appeared
slim, it was surprising how much fatty fluid was removed. That was put
into cold storage for later. His waist skin was lifted, a tight belt
inserted using the same netting or banding as is used to repair hernias
or to band the stomachs of uncontrollably obese people, and the skin
sutured back into place. In time only the faintest hairline scar just
above his hips was visible. It certainly cramped his appetite so that he
ate little more than dainty morsels but that was more than compensated by
his new hour-glass figure. On balance he was grateful to do without the
cincher he had been wearing since moving in with Judy.
A related requirement was to stop him growing facial hair. No more beard
or moustache. As Sheila explained "This is a variation on a skin graft.
We abrade all that face and upper lip skin to below the hair follicles,
then graft on skin taken from his bottom or belly. In this case we can
use the excess from his belly, the skin-folds which we cut away after his
banding and before we pull the edges together ."
Chest
Some months later, once he had mostly recovered from the major
procedures, came the time to make his breasts. It had been explained to
him that breast implants had their own problems. They felt artificial,
were prone to the occasional failure, and sometimes mismatched in size or
ended up lop-sided. They were now being supplanted by a new a procedure.
He was given a Cytori brochure to read which said:-
The procedure uses a combination of fat cells, stem cells, collagen and
hormones injected under high pressure into the patient's body.
The process involves fat being taken using a minor liposuction procedure
under local anaesthetic from a patient's buttocks or belly. The useful
stem cells are separated out and an hour later, a dose of stem and
regenerative cells is packaged into a cartridge ready for re-injection,
without any culture or manipulation. The breasts then enlarge over about
six months.
Using the method, breasts can increase in size by about two cup sizes.
This range is less than that of current implant methods, but looks more
natural though it takes six months for the breasts to reach their maximum
size. The procedure can also be used to enhance other soft tissue such as
thighs, buttocks, and cheeks.
First came the liposuction. A local anaesthetic was injected into the
insides of his thighs. From these the doctor extracted what seemed to be
an awful lot of fluid, though any change of his shape was hardly
noticeable. She mixed in the product of the previous liposuction on his
belly, and added a cocktail of collagen, stem cells and hormones.
Judy had expressed concern that the major hormone content might impact
his manhood. "On the contrary." Sheila was quick to reassure her, "Though
we are changing the balance of hormones, he will end up with a slight
excess. If anything his penis will inflate even more fully. Oh, and when
we created his labia we took means to ensure that they too would swell a
little under stimulus, just like yours."
The final act was performed by a small machine. It had a few buttons, a
screen, and a long flexible metal tube on the end of which was what
looked like a small shower head except that the holes were so fine as to
be almost invisible. Clearly visible was a canister containing the
"cocktail" Sheila had described earlier. She clipped what looked like a
tiny thimble over each nipple then gave him a local in each breast, each
hip, his lips and each cheek. She started the injecting by holding the
shower head over his left breast and pressing the button. The machine
made a rapid drum-beat of noise and squirted the tiniest shafts of fluid
deep into his breast as she moved the head around. She repeated the
process on his other breast, his hips and upper outer thighs, lips and
cheeks. After each injection there was a smear of blood which she wiped
away with a disinfectant.
That was it. Somewhat shakily he, helped by Judy, got to his feet and
dressed. They went home.
