Judy had not forgotten Sharon's comment about getting Adam "fixed up". She
did some internet research and then made an appointment with Dr Sheila
Carruthers. She quizzed her closely on what could be done to feminise
Adam. The surgeon did stress was that face modification was more important
than body. "They all want to have boobs", she said, "but their faces and
voices give the game away. They just end up looking and sounding like men
in drag. It's expensive, but I recommend facial reconstruction and vocal
cord tightening before any body modification. And we can shave his Adam's
apple at the same time." She went on to discuss and explain just what was
involved. There was structural reshaping of the face, which meant grinding
away part of the jaw bone, cheekbones, and forehead bone. "When we reduce
his Adam's apple, that's a convenient time to tighten his vocal cords to
raise the pitch of his voice. The result will be that he sounds like a
counter tenor rather than a contralto. Someone who recognises the
different timbres, and listens carefully, might pick the difference. It's
a very unlikely scenario." Soft tissue surgery involved making his nose a
little smaller and his mouth smaller too. "For that we effectively sew the
corners of his mouth together. It's a bit tricky to do it properly, but he
should end up with a lovely rosebud mouth. Very kissable." There were
other possible procedures they discussed, but agreed to defer them till
some other time. The next appointment was made and she was to bring Adam.
She did not mention the appointment to Adam. She just told him that they
were now going to go out in public. He demurred but she insisted, and
reassured him that it would not be in the local village, where he might be
recognised.
She dressed him carefully. Silk undies, bright blue with cream lace trim.
A dark blue skaters skirt, short enough and light enough to show flashes
of that bright blue if he turned quickly or sat down hurriedly. He had
stockings too. Shiny nylons. He obviously found them sexy as she could see
him enjoying the feel of rubbing his calves together. It was as if he now
had a new skin, smoother than his own and somehow tingling. She wondered
how those calves would feel wrapped around her neck with his shiny heels
thrumming her back.
Threaded under his briefs were the suspender straps holding up his
stockings. She liked him wearing a suspender belt. He told her that as he
walked the straps moved against his thighs so he was always aware of them.
Not that they restrained him, but somehow their resemblance to bondage
straps was erotic. Before he had pulled the briefs over them she was
thinking how they echoed the bars of a prison cell, or those bars inside a
shop window to protect valuable goods. The belt formed an arch joining the
tops of the front straps. The image was that of the dark frame of a
gateway. A gateway to naughty luxuries?
They drove into the city. Once parked he realised they were in Oxford
Street, the street well known for gay bars and unconventional people. It
is down this street that the Rainbow Mardi Gras parades each year.
So though at first he was blushing like a schoolgirl with embarrassment,
he soon realised that no-one was staring at him. They were just mother and
daughter, or perhaps aunt and niece, shopping amongst the most avant garde
stores. There were plenty of gay bars in this street, but plenty of
straight ones too, or at least ones not dominated by obviously single-sex
couples. They chose one and ordered a cocktail each. That relaxed him, but
he remembered to stay in r?le and not laugh out loud, but smile and titter
girlishly.
"I think you are enjoying being a girl," she said. "I've arranged a talk
with a friend of mine to see if you can have the best of both worlds." So
after a short walk they came to the lobby of suites of professional
offices. On the directory he noticed architects, various consultants,
dentists, and doctors. They took the lift to the third floor and entered a
suite. There Judy was greeted by Dr Carruthers.
After some small talk Judy got to the point. "Eve here enjoys being a girl
during the day, and a boy, Adam, at night. She would like to be a more
convincing, and prettier, girl. But she and I don't want Adam to be less
of a boy at night. Can you help?" "Of course I can!" said the doctor. This
was partially play acting for Adam's benefit, as Judy and Sheila had
already discussed and agreed on what stage one would be. So with Adam
included there was an agreement in principle. Appointments were made for
interviews and briefings so that Adam knew exactly what he was letting
himself in for. The first appointment was not for another two weeks, as
Sheila and Judy felt that Adam/Eve needed to get adjusted to the prospect
of the planned procedures.
The die was cast.
That evening they had wild sex. Both had been waiting several days and
each was lusting for the other. It was over quickly, but not before she
did indeed have those silken heels pounding her back.
