It was not till some time after his main operations, and his recovery
from them, that Adam had the breast enhancement procedures. The morning
after his breast and body injections Adam was sore in all the treated
places - stomach, chest, hips, lips, cheeks. Looking closely he and Judy
were disappointed as they could not see any change to his body.
For Adam the injected cocktail had a much higher proportion of hormones
than if the patient were female. Their long-term effect was a general
softening of his skin and reinforcement of the feminising procedures.
They had a psychological effect as well. He was a little less aggressive,
a little more compliant. A gentler soul all round.
A few days later his hips, wider as a result of the geometry operation
but previously somewhat sharp were now noticeably better padded. His
cheeks were fatter. Oh, but his breasts were so sore and so tender. Judy
had to go and buy some soft cotton training bras for him. She told him
that she felt like that when she was a girl just developing young
breasts. If anything touched them it felt like an electric shock. Even
the soft training bra was sometimes too much. So he took to walking
around the house bare to the waist. He no longer needed to hide his
Adam's apple but he took to wearing one of his old chokers with a pendant
that hung between his slowly swelling breasts. It made him feel a little
less naked. Wearing a mini-skirt topless somehow looked wrong so Judy got
him to wear a long Edwardian-style skirt, narrow and to the ankles. The
short steps forced by the tight constricting skirt added to the look of
defencelessness. The result, to her, was extraordinarily sexy. The skirt
hinted at both modesty and the restraint of bondage, whilst his budding
breasts more than hinted at carnality.
They were both delighted with his new body. The fatter cheeks softened
his cheekbones and jaw line, the slightly fatter hips and buttock
accentuated his new slim waist. Best of all were his new breasts. They
were still underdeveloped, like those of a pubescent girl. Their shape
and softness radiated promises of pleasures to be had.
When his breasts were not yet fully grown, but no longer super sensitive,
he would accentuate their youthfulness by dressing as a schoolgirl. He
put his hair in pigtails, wore a school tunic and white cotton blouse.
The effect was to look so shy and vulnerable that Judy just had to take

Sometimes she would often come up behind him, put her arms around his

seizing his dangling necklace led him like a compliant heifer into their
bedroom. There, she spreadeagled herself on the bed and dragged him by

Judy bought him a grass skirt and that was fun. He would rock his hips to

She found some little bells amongst last year's Christmas decorations,
proper bell-shaped ones. They had short loops of what looked like fishing
line for hanging them on a Christmas tree or whatever. Then she cut the
middle out of a couple of round Band-Aids, the kind nurses put on after
an injection or taking a blood sample. The loops she laid on the sticky
bits.
She took him a little by surprise. "Eve! Stand still for a moment. Now
look up" Then she stuck the bells on. His nipples poked through the
Band-Aids and the bells hung down from them. Now even his slightest
movement was accompanied by the soft tinkling of the bells. She thought
it was sweet. It also gratified her desire for control. Now she knew all
the time where he was just by listening. From the rhythm of the bells she
could usually work out what he was doing. Easiest if he was hula-hooping

hair had their own distinctive melodies.
As for Adam, he was a little discombobulated at first, but later thought
it was funny. He would ham it up sometimes by shaking his torso to really
make the bells sing.
She made him wear the bells until two months had passed and he was into
conventional bras. Small ones as his breasts were not yet fully grown.
Nevertheless very feminine and big enough to give him an enticing
cleavage when he wore a low-cut dress. The bras muffled the bells so they
abandoned them. Instead she insisted he wear heels around the house, just
so she could hear them clicking.
As for his hips, the extra layer of fat that they grew made his clothes
fit so much better. He had the perfect hourglass shape and could sashay
around like a princess.
After some months his breasts had grown to nine tenths of their target
size. A Goldilocks size, not too big and not too small. He could feel
their heft and sense them moving when he walked. Now that they were no
longer super sensitive he was only too pleased to wear bras, not only for
their support but by semi-hiding those lovely sex objects from Judy made
them all the more desirable.
That is except when wearing a backless party dress with deep cleavage.
For now dressing up had become a game. With Judy's judgement, and purse,
he was acquiring a wardrobe of stunning dresses, skirts and tops. They
would go to a night-club at least once a week to dance. They also went to
dance classes. He was a quick learner and steadily progressed in grace
and flair. Judy would invariably take the male lead and would often dress

in a male dinner suit. But she was never so butch as to be mistaken for a

A month later he had to see Dr Carruthers for what was essentially the
same procedure again. This was to be more "fine tuning" to get the shape
of his new body just right. After that it would be visits at six monthly
intervals to "top up" as otherwise the added body fat and hormones would
slowly dissolve away.
