Jason left his office just after lunch and arrived at the client's house
in plenty of time. He surveyed the street. Large properties with big
gardens. Lots of parking. He had already checked current market prices
and values in the immediate vicinity. He and his wife had a succesful,
independent real estate business. She had kick-started it, providing a
solid financial foundation, while he ran the day to day operations.
Out of the car, he checked himself out in the side mirror and headed for
the front door.
The client, Sabrina Ford, met him with a pleasant smile and led him
inside. They exchanged small talk and toured the house, Jason stopping in
each room to take measurements.
He hesitated in the master bedroom. A gorgeous skirt and blouse hung near
a full length mirror, heels on the floor. A fresh bra and pantie set lay
on the bed. For a moment he fidgeted with his wedding ring, wondering how
the client would look in the outfit. She was older than he was, perhaps
in her early forties, with a trim figure and a gorgeous face. He flashed

The thought made him drop the underwear to the bed. If she came upstairs

but found himself removing her skirt from the hanger. He held it to his

"It would look good on you," Sabrina suddenly said.
He turned, shocked. Not knowing what to do with the skirt, he simply held
onto it, still in front of his legs.

"I'm not joking. You've got a pretty good figure. Quite girlish,
actually."

"I'd like to see you in it," she said, her voice dropping to a sexy

Secretly, she thought of him outside in the outfit, forced to wear it as

"Look, I better go," he said, putting the skirt on the bed. He moved by

"What do you mean?" he asked.

Jesus, what was he thinking? He actually nodded slowly. Somewhere, a tiny
sliver of his mind hoped he was about to be made to put on the skirt

She unveiled the coin.
They both looked a little dismayed.
Tails.
"Maybe I'll win next time," she smiled.
She followed him downstairs as he hurried off.
"I'll send you the paperwork and have your house on the market first
thing in the morning."
After he left, Sabrina closed the door and smiled cruelly. She hadn't
feminised a man since poor Alison Harris at his high school reunion. That
had been over far too quickly, and before that it had been years.
She reached for her cell and called her friend, Jason's wife, Debs. "We
should talk."

They met for lunch a couple of towns over, just to be sure Jason didn't
see them.
Debs, cute, was nervous, dreading what her friend would have to report.
"He came around like he said he would to evaluate the-"
"Sabrina, just tell me. I'm pretty sure he's been sleeping around."
Sabrina took her friend's hand. "If my clothes hadn't distracted him, I
reckon he'd have tried something."
Tears welled in Debs' eyes. "So he's also-"
"Without a doubt," Sabrina nodded. "It might just be your panties, like
you suspect, but he wants more. He fondled my underwear, and was
desperate to get into a skirt I deliberately left out."
Debs cried for a minute, Sabrina comforting her as best she could.
"I'm here for you, but I need to know what you want to do."
"I love him," Debs sniffed. "Even after he's cheated on me, I want him to
stay with me."
"That's okay, Sweetheart," Sabrina assured her.
"But I want him to pay. I want to humiliate him, and I need to know he'll
never sleep around again." She swallowed deeply. "Unless I make him. Like

"We can arrange that," Sabrina assured her. "However, I think we should

Debs managed a smile. After months of torturing herself about what he was

"We'll need help, though."
"What do you mean?" Debs asked.
"How well do you know his receptionist?"

pass at her. She's good at her job, so I convinced her to stay with a
pay-raise. Why?"
"At the moment his work will be his one escape. He probably spends more
time there than at home. Whatever punishments and humiliations we
concoct, we need to make sure he can't just revert to being himself at
work."
"I'll promote her. Give her more responsibilities, so it looks normal to
him, but we'll make her the Office Manager and bring her into our game."
Sabrina thought for a moment. "That should work."
She held Debs' hand for a long time. "Secretly, Jason may or may not want
what we are about to do to him. But you have to know that if he doesn't,
your marriage will fail."
Debs looked her friend in the eye. "I've had a long time to think about
this. He's not my husband, anymore." She shivered. "I can't wait for us
to get started."
