A year into my transition, I have come to consider every transsexual
woman's journey to complete femininity as "the dream". In the consciousness
of the brutal reality of things for people like us before and while we
undertake such voyage to self-realization, I have been sick to death with
the constant aura of pathology and drama surrounding our becoming women in
body and in spirit. Therefore, I have purposefully decided to call my
transition "the dream", a dream that can take many forms, all of them
leading up to the same result: womanhood. A series of possible journeys
where the negativity coming from societal stigma and the implied
difficulties of the process are consciously overlooked and, instead, the
joys of growing as beautiful women of all sorts are exalted through the
various steps of transition, the most incredible thing that can happen to a
woman, not just a transsexual one. The following is Dream#1.
I took my first oestrogen pill in 2013, on my 44th birthday. The choice of
date was very symbolic. After so many years in a body that did not reflect
my true essence, I was finally spreading my wings and flying free. I had
already taken an antiandrogenic drug for the past three months, now a small
tablet was being tasked with working a wonderful magic on me. I took the
pill in the morning, then spent the rest of the day savouring my second
birth. As the hours passed, and I lay in bed sheltering my pale skin from
the scorching sun (it was a sweltering day in late July), I could sense
peace and calm descending on me straight from the Heaven of Transsexual
Women. It was pure bliss. The much lower levels of testosterone in my
bloodstream had taken off the edge of my behaviour. I was more relaxed,
less aggressive, but also more concentrated, more focused, in direct
contact with the flow of cosmic, feminine energy every woman carries in
herself.
Rationally, in just one day there were little, if any, physical effects
that could be written off to oestrogen, however, the emotional impact was
beyond every possible belief. New life was running through my whole self,
through both my body and my mind, elevating me spiritually to a whole new
level of existence. My budding breasts were like hyper-sensitive human
antennae, desperate to tap into this flow of cosmic energy and to receive
the kisses of a man. Between my legs, my micro-penis was already shamefully
shrinking into a transition clitoris. Until the operation, it would serve
as my temporary clitoris preparing to sacrifice itself, to donate me the
most coveted of all things: a female vagina. In my mind, I was already
savouring the day I would wake up as a woman after the surgery. I couldn't
stop crying tears of sheer joy, thinking that day was, after all, not so
far away.
In the meantime, that night when I went to bed, I went to bed as a woman. A
beautiful, plump, curvy, sexy woman.
