Part One
This all started with a visit to the doctors with a sore throat. My
normal doctor was away and so I had to see a locum. When I entered the

My toe nails are always painted a bright red. I removed the requested
items and this time the doctor looked right into my eyes and said,
"What a nice colour." I just wanted the ground to open up and swallow
me. The examination over I was told to get dressed and come back into
the doctor's room.
The doctor was typing away on her computer as I entered so I sat down
opposite her. When she looked up and told me that she thought I had a
slight throat infection and a course of anti-biotics would soon cure
it and she wrote me a prescription. She then turned in her chair and
faced me, looking straight into my eyes she asked why I painted my
nails and why did I shave all over. I did not know what to say, should
I try to lie, but what to say......after a moment's silence I said
that I did not know what to say. She replied that it was ok, that I
should take my time and that she was a doctor and anything I said was
confidential.
Taking a deep breath I started to talk. I told her that I was a

Eventually the doctor said that she thought I should have some council
ling with her and I should come back to the surgery in two days' time
at 6.00pm, the last appointment of the day, I agreed. She just smiled
at me and I rose to go when she asked, "What name do you use?"
I stopped and said, "Penny Simmons." She replied that the appointment
would be under that name. I just nodded, thanked her and turned to

For the next two days I was almost in a daze, confused as to what to
do, so very excited but so very nervous. One moment I was going the

might there be someone there who knew me, what would the receptionist

The two days passed quickly, my wife did not return from work until
7.00pm so I would have plenty of time to get dressed and be out of the
house before she got home. I told her that I was seeing a customer at
6.00pm and so I would not be home until 8.30 or so giving me time to

colour as my toes. Once the varnish was dry I took my time putting on

black lace up corset and laced it as tight as I could, a pair of nude

The receptionist just smiled and said, "Please take a seat." I clipped
across the tiled floor to the plastic seats, sat down in the most
feminine way I could and crossed my legs. The wait seemed forever, but
