"Hey boss," said a gruff voice. "Sounds like your 'old chum' can't think
straight."
"That's right, Chuckles," said The Laugher. "The changes made by his
treatments weren't all physical. Heh, heh."
"You won't get away with..." Bat Cape tried to finish his sentence.
"...with..."
"Yes? Won't get away with what? My nefarious plan? Too late, Low IQ
Batty. How about if I give you an eyeful of your new look?"
The blindfold was pulled away from the helpless hero's eyes. He blinked
several times and saw the Comedian of Crime's pasty face and manic grin.
Then Bat Cape lowered his eyes to see why his body felt different. To
his shock he saw the huge globes of massive breasts. When he lurched
back in horror, their soft tissue rippled. And they had big pink

When he peered at that part of his mirror-image he was startled to see

behind Bat Cape and held his shoulders. A moment later his loopy

fitted the gaudy shoes over his feet, tightened multiple straps, and
clicked shut a series of tiny padlocks.
The Laugher reached under his garish tuxedo jacket and pulled out a
sorority style paddle. He aimed it at the prisoner's posterior. The

"Let's go, Bat Guano. Step lively."
The blow smarted terribly. As Bat Cape tried to move out of the way he

paddle. When he attempted to formulate a plan, to think ahead of the

The Laugher howled with glee. Punchline chortled and used a digital
camera -- which was inside a replica of a bulky, old-time news-
photographer camera - to snap multiple images of the hampered hero.
Between the awkward shoes and his outrageous curves, Bat Cape could
barely keep from falling over. He tried to remember any tricks he had
learned to escape from bondage like his arms were in, but his mind

around the spacious room three times did his tormentors relent and allow
him to catch his breath.
"Well," declared The Laugher. "I guess somebody won't be swinging on

"Not even any sprinting after guys like Chuckles over there."
The henchman started to wave in recognition but then The Laughter pulled

to the floor, instantly asleep. The Mood-swing Madman was as irrational
as ever.
"Now, Bat Brain," he said as he tossed aside his weapon. "What shall we
do with you? Hmm?"
Though he struggled to find courageous words, all the Made-over Manhunter
could come up with was, "Gee whiz. This isn't fair."
"Unfair is my middle name," said The Laugher. "I wanted it to be Milton
but my parents gave me Unfair." He let out a characteristic cackle.
"Maybe we should put you out on a street corner and offer you to horny
guys. How much could we charge for Bat BJs?"

At one end of the space was a low stage. Tables lined the other two
walls and the rest of the area was devoted to a dancefloor. Thumping
music began to play and the patrons who had been waiting for it started
to move to the insistent beat. Bat Cape noticed that many of them wore
rubber and leather. There was also plenty of bare flesh exposed. He
tried to gather his thoughts but was distracted by a trio of familiar
faces approaching him. There were his archenemies, The Pelican, Half-
Face, and Feline Femme.
"Well, well," Pelican said, brandishing his walking stick at Bat Cape.
"How are the mighty fallen." He let out a croaking laugh.
"For sure," seconded Half-Face, whose features and clothes were 50%
