Linda's journey to Mistress Beth's was bumpy but with the blankets Lady

her case to the floor. She was wheeled into a small apartment built

She dry-retched a bit during this procedure but a soft voice calmed her

beside her head, the blindfold was removed.
As her eyes adjusted to the bright lights she was able to see in the
mirror above her and by straining her eyes that she was locked down to an
operating room table! The two fetish nurses were arranging equipment and
supplies. Linda couldn't see much of what they were doing due to the
restraints but in good order she saw IV stands and other devices wheeled

Suddenly the two nurses stiffened and then quickly moved to the side of

staccato clicking of high heels approaching and soon two latex figures

Finished with her examination of the bondage and hearing the question and
answer, the other 'doctor' spoke. "It appears the patient had been
properly prepped Mistress Beth. Her condition matches with what I read

'Does my owner not know about this?' Again, she uselessly struggled
against the straps.
"Let's prepare for the surgery" the doctor said to Mistress Beth as she
snapped her fingers. The nurses sprung forward with first surgical gloves
and then trays for both the doctor and Mistress Beth. While Beth used
well soaked gauze to liberally coat Linda's nipple and breasts, the
doctor turned to Linda with a face mask and said to her patient, "It's no
use fighting this slave, breathe deeply and relax." As Linda stubbornly
held her breath, the doctor pinched Linda's nose and eventually Linda was
forced to take deep breaths of the anesthesia. Immediately she felt the
effects and became relaxed.
With Linda awake but under the effects of the anesthesia the two
dominants continued their preparations. In short order monitors were
orally reporting respiration's, pulse and other information. The
overhead light was focused on Linda's chest and after re-gloving the
doctor said, "We are ready to begin the augmentation."
Linda watched helplessly but calmly through her medicated haze as the
doctor injected liquids from several large syringes in a pattern into her
breast tissue. Like a deflated tire receiving air, she saw her breasts
rising more than she would have believed.
As the procedure continued, the multiple cameras in the corners of the
room captured every detail.
When the doctor was done the augmentation she did some manipulation of
the new breasts and then with Mistress Beth's assistance raised the table
to a sitting position and examined Linda's new breasts. Without the
benefit of the mirror, Linda could only stare straight ahead. She did
however see the wide eyed look of one of the nurses and thought she heard
a gasp.
The doctor pronounced her satisfaction with the outcome and they lowered
the table. Replenishing Linda's anesthesia, the doctor ordered the
nurses to clean up the surgical stain on Linda's chest and to prepare the
patient for the next procedure. Deeply affected by the last dose of
anesthesia, Linda was barely aware of the cleanup or the application of a
special brassiere. With the reapplication of all the bondage straps and
the rolling over of new trays, the doctor and Mistress Beth returned to
Linda.
Picking up a set of forceps and without a word or hesitation she quickly
positioned it on Linda's right nipple. With a piercing needle she

Done with the breasts, the doctor applied some clamps to Linda's nose and
with a loud crunch but surprisingly little pain, installed something

The doctor turned to the lower end of the table and while she injected
some numbing agents, Beth leaned in to Linda and whispered in her ear,
"This is a special treat for my friend Patricia. I know she will be
surprised. I hope she enjoys it. Say goodbye to your male bits Linda."
With that said, Beth straightened and turning to one of the cameras
winked and with her hand blew a kiss.
Linda struggled once more uselessly against her bondage. Below her view
and obstructed by her new breasts, the doctor with the assistance of Beth
did her work. Linda felt some tugging from time to time but no pain.
She caught the eye of one of the nurses who gazed wide eyed at her before
adverting her look. The other nurse was subconsciously rubbing her

By the time all the procedures were done, Linda was barely conscious and
she was hardly aware of the doctor and Mistress Beth leaving the OR. She
