Linda slept fitfully with occasional intense dreams of her body being

Seeing Linda awake the nurse stepped to the bedside and holding her index

The nurse stepped away and with another silent admonition to not speak,

by the nurse who took up her standing station alongside the wall

With the quick removal of the gloves Dr. Carter stood straight, smiled

As Linda listened and focused on 'temporary' description, the doctor

Linda absorbed this new information. The temporary nature of the breasts
reassured her that she wasn't permanently altered and if she was honest,
she did like the look and feel of her new 'skin'. As distracted as she
was by what the doctor had said and by the events of last night, she did
take notice of the comment that Lady Patricia was considering permanent
augmentation. This was something she was unsure was true as they had not

Seeing Linda's acceptance of her explanations she continued. "While the
breast injection was approved by Lady Patricia, who by the way sounds

listening without struggling. "The ring can be removed just like an

it to be removed unless it becomes infected. The risk of infection is
low as you will be under my care as well as these observant nurses for
the next week. Perhaps you would like to see it?"
When Linda cautiously nodded, Dr. Carter snapped her fingers and her
nurse scampered to the side table, opened a drawer and carefully
maneuvered a mirror in front of Linda. Through the reflection, Linda
could see a simple gold ring about 1" in diameter. It was slightly
thicker than her earrings and had some etched patterns on the outside.

As Linda continued her examination, Mistress Beth pointed at her slave
and then bedside table. "Show her my present to Lady Patricia," she
ordered. The slave-nurse (who Linda now recognized was Beth's husband)

With Beth's explanation done, Dr. Carter picked up where she left off.
"That brings you up to speed on all the work done above the waist. I am

and by day five I expect Beth to be able to put you to work. I was going
to ask if you had any questions but," she glanced at her watch, "I have
to get to work. I will return this evening and you can ask your

and your first meal will be a liquid one."
With that admonition, Dr. Carter stood and hooking a leash to her slave
left the room with Mistress Beth accompanying her. Beth's slave stood
mutely against the wall and refused to establish eye contact with Linda.
Eyeing the security camera that she could see, Linda wondered if her Lady
would ever see the recording. With nothing else to do and seeing nothing
much but the rise and fall of her new breasts, she closed her eyes and
took a nap.
The unblinking lens of the camera continued to record the room. In a
room far from Linda, a hand reached for a remote control and turned off
their monitor.
