I’d been working at a large Marketing firm for just over a year. I had no marketing experience when I got the job but had an extensive background in business management having run a few businesses and having sold my own business earlier that year. I quickly made a name for myself and within the year I was in the top 10 highest producing account managers in the company.
I was surprised it happened as quickly as it did but I knew I deserved it. I was promoted into a leadership position at the executive level. The role was pretty similar with the exception that I handled larger corporate accounts and was involved in the training process for interns joining the company. It was monday morning and my boss John called me into his office. He let me know that we had just hired a new intern and that he would need me to help her get settled in and he would have her shadowing me for a month.
“Great” I responded, “when does she or he start?”
“Today actually, she should be here in about an hour, I’ll let you know when she gets here”
I was caught by surprise, and got a bit irked. A little bit of notice would have been nice. Especially since I had a pretty busy day already.
I headed back to my office, and gazed out my window for a little as I planned the rest of my day. I had a beautiful view of downtown Denver as our office was located on the 36th floor of a beautiful highrise.
I took a seat and began to go through my emails and clear some room for the day so I could carve out some extra time. About an hour later my phone rang, it was John.
“Maia is here, can you please come to my office to introduce yourself and show her around the office?”
“Maia?” I thought, it was an interesting name, I wondered where she was from.
As I approached his office I saw her standing in front of his office. I was pleasantly surprised. She was really cute, about 5’1, thin, with long black hair. She was wearing a tight black pencil skirt with black leggings that showed off her perky tight ass. She was facing away from me so that was all I could see.
I walked into his office and smiled politely at her and introduced myself.
“Hi how’s it going? I’m Mario”
“Nice to meet you Mario, my name is Maia” she responded as she brushed some hair off her face.

John started speaking and gave us the rundown. He explained to Maia that she would be shadowing me for the first 4 weeks and acting as my assistant. She was to learn as much as she could from me in the next 4 weeks before she could start taking any accounts with the company.
She attentively nodded.
“Well, my office is here if you need anything but Mario will be your main point of contact for anything moving forward. He’s one of our best so you’re in good hands.”
I did my best not to react to it, but deep down I was extremely proud hearing that. It wasn’t always easy to get a compliment out of John.
“So, why don't we start with me showing you around the office and we will go from there, sound good” I asked Maia.
“Perfect!” She cheerfully responded.
I took her around the whole floor, showing her where everything was and introducing her to a few people.
“And.. this is my office. Go ahead” I directed her to enter. Purposefully letting her go in first to get one more glance at her butt. She clearly worked out as it was perfectly round and didn't have the slightest jiggle.
“Wow, you have a great view” She exclaimed as she looked out the window.
“I sure do,” I replied. Grinning at the fact that I was still staring.
I instructed her to have a seat and set up her laptop on my desk. I had a large enough desk that gave her plenty of room to work across from me. She took a seat and I had a chance to really get a look at her more. She looked to be Pacific Islander. She had a petite face with pretty brown eyes and nice eyebrows. She also had pretty lips, I was a sucker for lips. She was wearing a tight white dress shirt, neatly tucked in. I couldn't tell how big they were but at a glance she looked to have perky cute tits that fit her frame nicely.
A phone call snapped me out of my trance.
“I need to take this really quick”
I stood up and answered. It was one of my larger clients. I had a habit of pacing up and down during phone calls. While facing out the window I noticed Maia was actually staring back at me through the reflection. I was glad I wasn’t the only one checking the other out. I'm average height, about 5’9. “SO!” She interrupted. “What would you say is the #1 thing you need to do to be successful at this firm? John told me you have only been here just over a year and I want to know how you moved up as fast as you did.”
I paused as I thought about my answer.
“Hmm, well it's not really anything special” I responded. “Not to sound cliché but I’m always the first one in and the last person in the office. Some days I'm here until 8 or 9pm... Also, I do whatever it takes to make sure my clients are happy. Even if it means I have to break some rules.”
“I’m not sure how much that helps, but that’s all I really have for that.”
She took a second to process my answer.
“Ok, so I will stay as late as I need to with you while you train me, and if we need to break some rules..then we do. Whatever it takes, Right?” she said while looking at me directly in the eyes.
I felt a shiver down my spine. I didn’t mean to set that up like that. I did my best to stay composed.
‘Right.”
