The door of the limo slammed shut as the vehicle accelerated. I was thrown back against the seat, as was Tamara. Surprisingly enough, she didn't scream, as you would assume most women would.
I turned my attention back to the gunman. He still hadn't said anything. He seemed to be squeezing the pistol, like he was afraid to get it knocked out of his hand. In doing so, his arm was trembling. I glanced out the side window to see the limo speeding toward the guard gate.
I tried to quickly assess the situation. With Tamara in the car, I couldn't risk doing anything that would cause the gun to discharge. I did a mental check for any weapons I might have on me. The only thing besides my wallet was the crystal candy dish in my right coat pocket. It was a last resort item but stranger things have worked.
The gunman finally spoke, "Just sit there until we get to the airport."
I felt Tamara's hand squeeze my arm. I looked at her and she glanced down to her left hand. I followed her look and she had her hand spread and was lifting her ring finger, the one with the new wedding ring on it. She tapped the underside of the finger with her thumb. She then pointed at the gunman and repeated the tapping.
If I was reading her signal correct, she was telling me the gunman was Sam Sanger, her ex-husband.
I broke the silence, "What are you planning? You mentioned the airport, are we going somewhere?"
He didn't say anything but just put his left hand back up to his lips, indicating he wanted silence.
"I hate to tell you that no one has any authorization for paying any kind of ransom for me," I goaded. I was trying to get him to speak. I needed to unseat the control he had.
He just shook his head and motioned again for silence.
The car slowed at the gate and I saw the guard wave at the limo as it passed through. I did notice the guard had his hand on his hip. Looking closer, I saw it was actually on his weapon. He seemed to be ready for trouble.
We pulled out on Academy and headed west. I assumed we were heading to I-25. The privacy screen lowered and the driver told the gunman that everything looked good and we should arrive at the airport in less than twenty minutes. The screen then rose up.
The gunman spoke again, "Get on your knees and put your hands in your jacket pockets." Tamara started to get off the seat when I did and he replied gruffly, "Just the asshole!"
As she was settling back, I noticed the gunman looking at her legs. His gun followed his gaze. I don't know if Tamara realized it but she squirmed a bit and spread her legs a little more. The gunman's attention was definitely not on me.
It was then that the limo driver hit the brakes hard. I went flying forward and hit my head on the seat beside the gunman. He too was thrown about. The bad thing was the gun discharged near my ear. The momentum of the vehicle stopped and threw me back. The gunman was trying to right himself as my right hand came clear with the crystal dish. He was bringing the pistol to bear on my chest when I let the dish fly.
It caught him square between the eyes and he fell backwards. I didn't have time to check on Tamara as I dove for the gunman. Apparently the crystal only dazed him as he was again trying to right himself. I grabbed the pistol and twisted it towards him. I was now lying on top of him and the gun again discharged.
"John!" I heard Tamara shout.
My brain was checking all my body parts to see if any took the slug. Underneath me, the gunman's body went slack and it pretty much answered my question as to where the bullet went.
Not knowing what happened to the driver, I wrenched the pistol from the gunman and pushed the privacy screen switch to lower it. What I saw made me feel very good about the Albuquerque Police Department. There in front of the stopped limo was a two-car roadblock.
Somehow they had responded very quickly. When I saw the location of the roadblock, I had to laugh. I had gotten a speeding ticket on that very curve.
I saw the driver had his hands raised and was shaking. The two APD officers had their weapons drawn, but had not fired.
I spoke to the driver, "Roll your window down and put both of your hands out the window with your fingers spread.
I heard some screeching tires behind the limo but didn't want to take my attention away from the driver.
"Tamara? Are you okay?" I asked without looking back.
"My forehead is bleeding."
"Were you shot?"
"No, I hit my head when we stopped."
I saw Sam come around the right side of the car and walk around the front. He had his pistol in a two-handed grip and it was pointed at the limo driver. He glanced at me and I gave him a thumbs-up sign. He released his right hand and signaled the APD officers to advance.
The first officer arrived at the driver side door and opened it. I saw him pull the driver out and make him lay spread eagle on the ground.
The second officer looked at me and I let the pistol dangle on my finger. I heard Sam say something to the officer and he disappeared to my left. A few seconds later, the door to my left opened and the second police officer entered cautiously.
"I'm John Kegler and that is my wife, Tamara. This gentleman was in the limo when we entered at the wedding and held this gun on us." I handed him the gun very carefully. "Could you please call an ambulance, as my wife was hurt when the vehicle stopped?"
I then moved back to where Tamara was leaning back on the seat.
"Oh, John, is it Sam?"
"I don't know. I don't want to disturb anything before the police begin their investigation."
"Is this going to happen to us all the time? It's been non-stop all week."
"I hope this was the last of it. If that is Sam, I think he was the last enemy I had that isn't behind bars. Just out of curiosity, what makes you think it was Sam? Was it his voice?"
"If it's not him, then there are two people wearing the same gaudy turquoise and silver watch band. When he bought it, I told him I thought it was ugly. He said he thought it was great and has never taken it off."
I had to keep myself from laughing, but in reality, I was impressed with her powers of observation.
Sam stuck his head inside and asked if we were okay. I mentioned Tamara's forehead and he ducked out only to return in about thirty seconds. He had a first aid kit that I saw the second police officer hand to him. Sam then fussed over Tamara. I looked at the wound on her forehead and saw it was minor.
While he was attending to Tamara, I started looking for the bullet hole from the first shot. I saw it when Tamara shifted. It probably missed her by less than an inch. The adrenalin must have slowed down for I began to shake a little. Yes, the great hero, John Kegler, was shaking. I nearly lost my wife on my wedding day.
The investigation scene began to get crowded. It looked like the entire APD for the northeast part of Albuquerque was there. I was pleased to see Dan and Tom arrive.
Tamara and I were politely asked to get out of the limo and were then led to an ambulance where a paramedic removed the bandage Sam had applied, checked her wound and then placed a new bandage on her forehead.
Dan asked me to follow him, but before doing so, I made sure Tamara was okay first.
"John, about the time you and Tamara headed to the limo, Sam found the limo driver unconscious in a restroom stall. He ran up as the limo pulled away. He immediately called the police dispatcher. He didn't want it to go through 9-1-1 in case whoever was in the limo was monitoring the police channels.
"The gate guard was called to ensure he didn't get hurt trying to stop the limo. Once he saw which direction the limo was headed, Sam started getting cars positioned for a roadblock. Luckily, the limo took the most direct route to the Interstate.
"Sam took the first vehicle that was available at the reception; it was someone's Honda Civic. He called me as he was pulling away. Do you want to fill me in on what happened inside the limo?"
I gave him the whole story as best I could remember. I had just finished when the investigating detective walked up. He said hi to Dan and then asked if I would accompany him to the limo.
We walked up and he had me look at the gunman. He was still inside the limo but his ski mask had been removed. It was Sam Sanger and I told that to the detective. A rush went over me. How were Lena and Audrey going to take the death of their father, and at my hands no less?
I walked like a zombie back to the ambulance where Tamara was resting.
"It was Sam."
Tamara burst into tears. I didn't know if it was because Sam was dead or that it was because of relief.
I put my hand on her shoulder and she bolted into my arms. She threw her arms around my neck and kept sobbing.
"I have a question to ask you," I said. "How is this going to affect Lena and Audrey?"
She sniffed and pulled away. "Oh, God, I never thought of that. I remember how Lena reacted when he was arrested."
"Baby, I don't think I ever told you that it was Sam who told the guys from Dallas we were all at the ranch."
"You mean the son-of-a-bitch sicced those guys on us there?"
"Yes, Jeff has tapes of the telephone conversations."
"I don't know what it will do to them, but I think I better talk to them alone."
I heard a scream and turned to the limo. Lena was standing there with her hands on her face. Audrey was also there with Susan and Donna. My first thought was who let them through the police tape, but that was quelled when I saw Tom with them.
Tamara and I rushed over to them. Tamara went directly to them and they wrapped themselves up in a group cry. Tom walked up and apologized. He said the path to us had taken then by the open limo door and Lena had looked in. I told him it was okay, that the damage had already been done.
Donna made her way over to me. "Are you okay?"
"I'm fine. I was hoping to buffer the news a little, though."
"Don't worry. They'll get over it." She put her arms around me and gave me a hug.
"I would like to get in on that," I heard from Susan. I enveloped her in my arms and she began to cry. "Oh John, will this ever end?"
It felt like déjà vu. Donna interrupted as she handed me my cell phone. It was my mother. She was all excited and wondered what had happened. I told her everything was all right and we would still get together at the house the next day.
Donna said she had been fielding calls like that since the limo left the reception. I had forgotten that she had my cell phone. Looking back at the situation, Tamara and I left the reception with absolutely no way to contact anyone. I had finally relied completely on my security team and ended up vulnerable. I guess Dan's suggestion for me to carry a pistol wasn't out of line after all.
I couldn't blame my team for this. I was always trying to do things without them. I continued to think of myself as invincible and it nearly got Tamara killed.
Dan walked up and I apologized for doubting him in the past. He had no clue what I was talking about and I could tell by the questioning look on his face.
"The limo driver has been singing like a canary. He said Sam Sanger had hired him to drive the limo and was going to pay him five thousand dollars. He confessed that Sam planned to kidnap Tamara and ask for five million dollars in ransom money. They were going to leave you at the airport and take Tamara on a private plane to Mexico. They planned on letting Tamara go when they received the money."
I started laughing and Dan looked at me like I was crazy. "What the hell is the matter with you?"
I reached inside my jacket pocket and handed him the envelope that was in there. He took it and opened it. He pulled out the check from Aaron's estate.
"If he had told me what he wanted, I could have saved him a lot of trouble and kept Tamara out of harm's way. Tamara is worth a hell of a lot more to me than money."
Dan looked at the check again and realized how many zeros were on it. His knees got a little weak. "John, I can't even imagine how much money this really is."
"That's just the tip of the iceberg. I'll fill you in later on a new venture we'll be undertaking."
I took the check back and went to find my ladies. I had two that might never talk to me again.
On the way, the homicide detective intercepted me. He asked when he could get statements from Tamara and me. I told him to check with Tom and whatever time he said, would be agreeable with me. I looked at my watch and it was almost midnight. Where had the evening gone?
Just when I thought it was safe to go back in the water, the news crews made it through the police lines and found me. I told them I had no comment at the time due to the investigation. Connie Smith, the reporter who talked to me after my arrest, waved at me. I motioned her over. She came without her cameraman or any visible recording device.
"Mr. Kegler, are you okay?"
"Why do you ask?"
"There's blood all over your shirt."
In all the excitement, I hadn't noticed that my shirt was covered with Sam's blood. "I'm not hurt but I can't tell you anything just yet. By the way, I have thought about your offer. I'll do it when I get back from my honeymoon. But there is a condition."
"What is it?"
"I'd like you to collaborate with a journalist named Gordon Scott. He's done a lot of research on me and I think you two could do a better job together. Plus, it will mean I don't have to go over things twice."
"Thank you, Mr. Kegler."
"Call me John. I think we are going to get very familiar before it's over with."
She thanked me and left. I saw Sam and asked him to find me a clean shirt. I didn't need to see Lena or Audrey with their father's blood all over me.
Sam came back in a few minutes with a police t-shirt. Well, at least I would blend in with the surroundings. I glanced around and saw that there were still at least ten emergency vehicles.
Matilda gasped as Patrick’s fingers touched her arm. They were freezing cold. He chuckled and slipped his hand around her waist, sneaking his fingers under the thin material of her top. She shivered but made no attempt to move his arm. The air was cold, it was to be expected, winter in London was never a warm time. God knows why Steve and Nick had suddenly decided they wanted to go bowling. It had been a text message about two hours ago that had started this madness. Patrick had felt the...
EroticI have had other experiences with older men at this point in my life. However this one in particular, sticks out as one of my most memorable. I had been 18 for all of 3 weeks at this point. I hadn't moved out yet but I had been given quite a bit more freedom than I had been used to. Unfortunately, I didn't live in a very interesting town. There wasn't that much to do. There was a theater. Yawn. There was an 18 and up nightclub. But there was only really one night a week that was any fun. And...
EroticPerhaps one of the most sensual and erotic experiences I ever had occurred nearly twenty years ago now. But the memory of it remains with me to this day. Back then I worked with a woman named Lucille. I was in my early thirty's at that time, and Lucille was some twenty or so years older than I was. But the age difference hardly mattered between us, we got along famously, and I looked forward to seeing and working with her on a daily basis. At first there was nothing at all sexual even...
Twenty minutes in the hot tub and it was time to get out. I walked over to the cabinet that held towels. Tamara was watching me. She asked, "What are you doing?" "I'm getting us a couple of towels," I replied. When I returned with them, she had a quizzical look on her face and asked, "How did you know those were there?" "Come with me," I said. I picked up my pants and got my keys and led her to the French doors that led into the den. As I put my key in and opened the door, she...
Tamara swam over to me and had a big grin on her face. She told me what Michelle said about wanting to go to New York City. She asked me for my opinion. I told her that Michelle was her employee and she had to decide if things would run smoothly enough for her to take the week off with such short notice. Tamara asked Michelle and Sherry to join her at the patio table for a little meeting. Steve and Michael swam over to where I was. Steve was curious as to what was going on. "Welcome to the...
"Come on guys, tell me where we are going," I pleaded. "Nope," replied Michael. "Tamara wants it to be a surprise." We were heading south on Eubank towards I-40 when the limo slowed and turned left into the parking lot of the bowling center where this story started. "She didn't!" I exclaimed. Tamara had mentioned that she might want to get married there. The limo pulled up, Sam exited the front of the limo, and opened the back door. I hesitantly stepped out. Mike walked ahead of...
Katie had just met him but he was a friend of Jim's, and any friend of Jim's...It was becoming a late night, bowling with friends had predictably become drinking with friends, and katie could feel that familiar electricity to Jim's friend Keith. He was tall, normal, quiet with an expressive smile, a man of few words but clearly a man. Katie contrastly was a very big personality. Short, petite, big breasted, tan with dark hair, she loved the gym and had a youthful, contagious energy. She was...
EroticI called Steve and confirmed they were going to be at the bowling center at nine. He said they were already there, including Trish and Cindy. I hung up and smiled at Tamara. "It's show time!" I pulled into the parking lot at the bowling center right at nine and parked next to Jerry's Explorer. I leaned over and gave Tamara a kiss. She said she would come in at nine-fifteen. I handed her my keys and went in. I walked up as Jerry was singing one of George Straits' tunes. Trish hugged me...
Everyone in the circle of friends gathered at the hospital to visit Misti. Mike was so filled with love and the pride of having his two daughters with him, could hardly contain himself. He and Misti had waited so long for this time, that at times he had wondered if it would EVER arrive. Now that it had, he savored every second of it. Sam and Ben were almost as filled with pride as Mike was. Ben would stand outside the nursery, and point out, regardless of who it was, that these were HIS grand...
We didn’t actually start the planning that day. Brent and Emma had decided on a summer wedding and that gave Jess plenty of time to arrange things. As it happens, Jess and I planned both the bachelorette party and the bachelor party. Both of those were slated for July, ahead of their August wedding day. Jess, Emma, and I sat down with Brent in early spring to discuss his wedding needs (i.e. the bachelor party. Guys don’t really have ‘wedding needs.’) Brent had chosen his best man, a friend...
Saturday night found Phil and Hailey sitting alongside their friends at the summer opening of the Civic Light Orchestra – with Molly Kelly as third-chair cellist. Tiffany, of course, was there to support her girlfriend with Scott and Lisa Finley, Katelyn and Bob and Terrence Williams in attendance. Outside of Katelyn, none were knowledgeable about what the orchestra performed but they dutifully sat in the audience anyway. Just as Molly was the youngest member of the orchestra by a decade...
"I'm Sylvia Porter," I said to the two men who had asked Joan about me. They were obviously cops. "Are you armed?" the younger of the two asked. I looked up and saw Rodney, shift his weight uncomfortably. "More or less," I answered. I have permits for everything and i am licensed as a private protection agent," I said. "Which don't mean dick," the cop's older partner said. "Well, let's see. Am I under arrest for something?" I asked. "Not just yet, we are investigating a...
"When did you decide to take me out on a date?" Sandra asked Veronique. "Last Wednesday," Veronique answered. "Last Wednesday?" Sandra responded surprised. "So, it's not a spur-of-the-moment thingy?" "No, I just wanted to do something special to celebrate you getting your clothes back!" "Then ... Why are you taking me out naked?" Veronique laughed and said, "That's something I decided on today. After what happened yesterday, I thought you would like it this way...
December 10, 2017 Dear Ms. Diary, Heather texted out: Competition parameters for 10-16 Dec: button-down, preferably interesting; lots of leg. As Liya, Heather, and I approached the kitchen table for breakfast, Sandy looked up and said, “Please tell me that we’ve got the ToC denouement on video. I was so absorbed in feeling Charlie’s cock with my tongue as each of you rode it that I didn’t think about anything else.” Liya replied, “We did. Heather told us quietly, and Rhee and I traded...
On Monday things were back to the normal grind. Be at the college at eight to deal with a normal day. I needed normal days for a while. I was worn out every night when I left the gym. I had no doubt that we were going to have to hire additional people unless we were experiencing a true holiday run because of the tanning booth. The days were going so fast that they were almost a blur. Patti and I worked almost the full day on the first two of the scheduled away rape seminars. The first was at...
~~Eric~~ They took a trip to a club. Eric was kind of sick of the club scene, working at Bloodlust all the time; not that Bloodlust really counted as a club, more of a night lounge thing. Bloodlust had the music, the low light, and the people, just less of them. To go to a proper nightclub was not how he wanted to spend the night, but Matthew and Arturo assured him it was temporary. They didn’t need to convince the bouncer to let them in. Natasha wrapped them in her Kindred powers, and...
The ladies all loved it laughing along as it went. As it quieted down, I released them all except Peter and Charles, but most stayed to listen. “I’m officially going to release you from the ‘Every Little Piece’ number, gentlemen. I will recast that later. Turn to the song called ‘You and Me (But Mostly Me)’ look it over for a moment. Johnny Carter and James Allen, you will be learning the PETE’S DRAGON numbers during our next day off.” Joan gave James a kiss, Geena gave Johnny a kiss on the...
Dear Willow and Family, I've been told I must keep this note short so I shall endeavor to do so. I would say that my job has given me a proctologist's view of the exercise of concubinage as practiced in the diaspora. I know that we, Marissa and I, have worked hard at becoming a family. I know that whenever a sponsor is willing to approach me on the issue of failed compatibility I always tell them that the concubine is their family member now, and that while the idea of marriage may have...

I woke up being kissed. It's my favorite way to wake up. John was in the shower and Jules was rubbing her hands over my stomach as she kissed the corners of my mouth. I had to stretch for a second, then I drew her into my arms to kiss her back. "Morning," I said as she nibbled on my chin. "Yes, and a very nice one. Thank you again for the wonderful day yesterday." "I believe it was my pleasure at least twice." She rested her head on my shoulder and continued to tickle my navel and...
As it turned out, no one but her extended family got to see Erin swim. She was eliminated in her first individual heat race and her medley relay team was disqualified when their backstroker false started. She was done before Adam, Shelly, Leslie and Trinity finished their 10 a.m. class. She was somewhat dejected to see her scholastic swimming career end with her standing quietly poolside but she was gratified that Sean, Nora, Rachelle and Mike were there to console her. Sean sent a text...
When he parked in front of our homes, Bart asked, "Do you have any antibiotics?" "I have all I need. That antibiotic ointment will work fine at the site. It should take care of any infection at that point. My blood will handle anything inside my body. In spite of all that jungle shit, I have the immune system of a thirty year old virgin," I replied with a tired smile. "Well take your thirty six year old worn out ass to bed. We have been up almost forty eight hours straight," he...
Laura was shopping in Macy's when she saw Rina. She nearly dropped the dress she was holding, feeling momentarily faint. Oh god! How could it be? She knew people sometimes resembled one another, but this was completely uncanny. The woman actually was Rina. She looked like she had put on five pounds, maybe, but there was no mistaking that angelic face, that spectacular body. Laura knew she was staring, but she couldn't stop. The woman didn't seem to notice. She was browsing through...
With only a couple of days to go before Christmas, Spearfish Lake was really getting into the holiday spirit. It was snowing merrily, if not heavily, and all hopes for a white Christmas seemed to have been answered. The town was dressed for the season, and spirits were high with anticipation. The children had been out of school for a week on their Christmas vacation, and perhaps their anticipation was running the highest of all, with hopes of a big haul from Santa Claus. Certainly Tiffany...
Oberon’s appearance and speech was the final nail in the coffin of Oonagh’s claim to be ruler of the Sidhe. The Daoine Sidhe were forced to commit to fighting a retreat in the few areas in which they retained control. Those that they did hold though were held strongly and with an iron fist. They did manage to hold onto a few of the fortresses including Niðavellir as well as the ancient Sidhe capital of Keldravan. Elsewhere though the lands reverted to the throne of house Skarlett and there...
“Come inside with me. When we leave the ASCS office I want you to meet Elizabeth - Former Sheriff Brent Jones’ - niece - and former girlfriend of Ronny Davis... “That reminds me too. I called Mona and she’s already notified the FBI and the State Police. They will probably be at the farm when we return, or Sheila will be calling us on the radio, looking for us.” “I hope they don’t stumble upon that basement.” “Me too - but even if they do - we don’t know anything about it and we damn sure...
Say thanks to dorsetmike for the following. Rules for the blues 1. Most Blues should begin, “Woke up this morning.” 2. “I got a good woman” is a bad way to begin the Blues, ‘less you stick something nasty in the next line, like “I got a good woman with the meanest face in town.” 3. The Blues is simple. After you get the first line right, repeat it. Then find something that rhymes ... sort of: “Got a good woman - with the meanest face in town. Got teeth like Margaret Thatcher - and she...
Again it's complicated. If I can get it cheap, and I might before the Hotel conversion starts, maybe we can afford to take it down and turn it into a park. That city maintained dock would be a great draw for boaters on the inter coastal waterway. You did know the bay was part of it?" I asked. "Of course I knew that. I just don't know that high class apartments with short term leases would appeal to boat owners on the waterway. I also doubt that they would buy a condo here." he...
After the rather late night / early morning of the Valentine’s Ball, and the chatter and champagne at lunchtime, I dozed on the train most of the way to York. We arrived at nine o’clock, half an hour late due to having to go slowly through engineering works on the line, only to find that the Darlington to Middlesbrough line was closed and all Middlesbrough passengers were having to go via Northallerton and Yarm, which meant an additional change of trains and more delay. It was well gone ten...
Friday morning I went to Washington - as much as I didn’t want to. I knew there was going to be music that I didn’t want to hear. Last night’s news - that I only listened to for a few minutes - was video of yesterday’s UN confrontation with the pundits in screaming mode. This morning’s version was no better, only now they had gone into full speculation mode. Would I or wouldn’t I carry out what I had said, was I out of control? I swear the media had someone watching me. There was an army of...
“Life is the dancer and you are the dance.” —Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose WE WERE TAKING two vehicles to Kansas. The five of us could have piled into either one but Rachel, Livy, and Brittany would be returning Monday. Desi and I were staying through the following weekend. And, of course, Cindy and her mother were traveling and living separately. Most of the cast working the show slept on the grounds, at least over the weekends. The first weekend was set...
Flashback – Masha and Tatiana – Secret location I ordered, "Tatiana stop the taxi on the side of the road." So far the directions had been perfect and there were only a few more turns but it was obvious which building housed the stupid Major. I pointed and commented, "What a devious building to function for holding the captured Major. We would have never discovered it without the precise directions from the Major. Yes, the last few turns indicated the Chechens had defiled an abandoned...
Crow Valley August 3, 1889 “Would you just look at this? The vaqueros have already finished the entrance gate and connected the fences,” Pike said as they saw the wide double gates across the wagon road leading into their property. The main gateposts were tall and connected across the top with a long timber. Suspended from the center of that timber by chain links was a large Longhorn steer skull and horns, affixed to a heavy board. Hanging below the skull and horns on two more chains, was a...
At 9:25, I pulled into the parking lot at the junior college. I got out and made my way over to the gate. The guard checked me out, recognized me and waved. I was waving back when Jill ran up to me. She wrapped her arms around my neck and I spun her around as she kissed me. Kind of like Mary Tyler Moore without the hat. Or was that That Girl? "Wow. This is new. Why so affectionate?" "Can I help it if I miss you?" "No, I guess not. I'd rather have you in my arms than have you ignore...
Flashback – Masha – The night After the discussion with Louise about attending school, she yawned and said, “Masha, I’m tired and I need to wake up early tomorrow.” I asked, “Louise, why is that?” Louise giggled and said, “I guess you forgot - tomorrow is moving day.” I gasped and confessed, “I totally forgot about that. What time are you starting?” Louise said, “Michael is going to be here with a truck at 7:30 sharp.” I inquired, “Where did he get a truck?” Louise replied, “He rented...
Liz let go of my hand and turned to look at me. “That came out wrong,” I said quickly. “I appreciate the trouble you went to. But this is really too much for me.” I had never had an office. My workspace at the hospital had been one of four desks pushed together to form a pod. I took a deep breath and composed my thoughts. “I don’t want to be treated any differently at work than anybody else,” I told her. “I know that,” Liz stated. “And I don’t plan to treat you any differently at work –...
I met a girl 3 months before she was shipping out to serve in one of the branches of the U.S. armed forces. We both new this from the begining and we took full advantage of it, nothing but pure sex. One of the last nights we spent together was exceptionally hot. Her friends were throwing her a going away party at a bowling alley, my first thought was this is going to suck, I was kinda right lol!!We went to the party and she was wearing this short ass mini skirt, she had a great ass and this...
The party broke up around ten. Sherry and Steve left together. They didn't say anything but I think Steve spent the night with her the previous night and was probably going to do the same that night. Michelle and Michael were cuddled up on the couch in the den with a bottle of wine and the fireplace going. Yes, it is the summer time but you know how romantics are. Jerry actually left to go home and Trish decided she would also. Tamara and I picked up the bottles and glasses and put them...
This is the first story I have to my name which contains graphic sexuality, and the reason for this is I couldn't find another equally good way to tell this story without using it. So I hope you enjoy this story which has broadened my horizons as a writer. Bowling Night by Ray Kitten Scott Robins gradually stepped up to face the line. Each breath fought like a wild animal as he dragged it from his chest and sweat ran down the curve of his shoulders from the back of his...
By the time we got everything packed and moved it was after seven. I paid the movers cash and they left happy campers. Steve made sure I didn't need him anymore and he left as well. Sam had gone when Roy showed up. I called the pizza place and ordered dinner. Tamara and Lena were busy upstairs organizing Lena's room. Roy was outside in the backyard. I was alone in the kitchen and began to look back on the previous few weeks. I met Tamara and we meshed together like "peas and carrots"...
Tamara looked like a queen on a throne with all her subjects around her. She looked up when I came back in, then held her hand out for me to come to her side. Sally was telling everyone about when Tamara had her tonsils out as a child. I looked in her eyes and she smiled up at me. We didn't say anything but just held hands while all the others chatted. "I need to go back to the house this morning. Does anyone need anything?" I asked. Sally said she and Harry were going to stay with...
I awoke to the feeling of my cock being nursed. I tried to move my head to see who was pleasing me so early in the morning but I had two heads on my chest. I closed my eyes and said, "That feels so good." I heard a moan and then I felt metal on my cock. My sweet Tamara was giving me a morning blowjob. I relaxed and enjoyed her manipulations. It didn't take long and she received her morning protein shake. She moved up and shoved the two chest dwellers aside. She then laid on top of...
I drove back to my place and thought about last night. What was I going to do with Tamara? I really hadn't planned on starting a relationship. I'd gone about six months without any ties. Most of the ladies I met lately wanted my money more than they wanted me. Oh yeah, my money. The money I mentioned earlier as "put aside" came from winning a lottery. It wasn't a really big one but enough that I could live off the interest and investments, and my kids, their kids, and their kids' kids...
Whoa! What is going on? We need to talk!?!? When I composed myself, I asked, "Where would you like to talk?" "Someplace safe. Someplace I can talk to you without there being a scene made," she said. "Hmmm... someplace like Denny's or some secluded but public place?" I responded. "Denny's is fine," she said. I started the engine and proceeded to a Denny's that was in a neighborhood rather than one by a freeway. There was an eerie silence all the way there. We went in and sat...
We will now relate what was passing in the house of the king's attorney after the departure of Madame Danglars and her daughter, and during the time of the conversation between Maximilian and Valentine, which we have just detailed. M. de Villefort entered his father's room, followed by Madame de Villefort. Both of the visitors, after saluting the old man and speaking to Barrois, a faithful servant, who had been twenty-five years in his service, took their places on either side of the...
Two days after, a considerable crowd was assembled, towards ten o'clock in the morning, around the door of M. de Villefort's house, and a long file of mourning-coaches and private carriages extended along the Faubourg Saint-Honore and the Rue de la Pepiniere. Among them was one of a very singular form, which appeared to have come from a distance. It was a kind of covered wagon, painted black, and was one of the first to arrive. Inquiry was made, and it was ascertained that, by a strange...

The red hair was unmistakeable and ten minutes later they sat down on the bank as Harry and Ginny (who were dating) walked up to them. The Chelmsford Stalker By Michele Nylons The man sat at a corner table in the coffee shop surreptitiously eyeing off the woman sitting on a stool at bar. She was dressed in a navy blue suit; her jacket was open, revealing well-formed breasts swelling her white satin blouse, which opened to the second button so that a hint of lace bra was displayed. Her legs were crossed and her skirt had ridden up revealing most of her well-formed thighs atop long legs encased in sheer...
Once upon a time.... All my life I had always feared God. Growing up I thought he personally stared down at from Heaven watching my every move, listening to my every thought. It was this fear that has always kept me on the straight and narrow and given me my morale courage. My only sorrow is that I was unable to pass this fear down to my children and from this, there will be no retribution. I am surely damned as if I had spent a lifetime of murder and greed. With this knowledge I don't...

Clifford sat up in bed feeling the warm body lying next to him. He looked down at the shape in the near darkness. Janet. Christ, why did it have to be this way? He had loved Tracy, he still did. So why was he in Janet's bed? Why did he have sex with her? Four times? Not one of them was anything like the times he had been with Tracy, and yet... He got out of bed and made his way to the window, padding in his bare feet across the carpet. He slowly pulled open the curtains and looked out at...
