Der Zweitplatzierte darf immerhin noch dem Letzten eine Veränderung auswählen. Verloren hat, wer 10 Änderungen über sich ergehen lassen muss. Gewonnen hat, wer zu erst 10 Spielrunden gewonnen hat. Gewinnen kann man 50 Millionen Euro. Der Zweitplatzierte bekommt immerhin noch eine Million Euro. Der Letzte geht leer aus.

Die Veränderungen werden auf dem Rad der Veränderung ausgewählt. Das ist im Prinzip eine Maschine, die den Stil und die Stelle der Veränderung definiert. Dazu muss derjenige der verändert wird, in eine Kabine gesperrt werden und derjenige der die Bestrafung aussucht, muss das Rad drehen. Jeder Kandidat kann zwei Veränderung ausschlagen, aber dann wählt das Publikum eine Veränderung aus vier Möglichkeiten aus.
