‘What floor show?’ Helen asked.
Juanita answered, ‘Margo and Harry do a demonstration of ballroom dancing and Sam and I do a demonstration of a Latin dance.’
‘They really look good,’ Janie signed.
‘How the hell did you convince Sam to do that?’ Mo wondered.

The city council saw the stage and dressing room as part of the plan for Felicity Music to showcase their artists. Melody was booked for the first performance there and every ticket had been sold for weeks, almost all of them to young women from The City. The Seafoam was booked solid for that night. In three days the Melody concert would signal the grand opening of Jana’s Place.
