Breaking of any of these laws will result in the forfeiture of that daily rule. Upon death, the program will pass on to another species, if available.

Universe Prime then created the rules for the program itself.

When a civilization reaches a certain point, a host may be randomly chosen upon adulthood from that civilization.

Only one host may exist in any universe.

Existing Rules: these rules will be treated as if they are commonplace.

Recent Rule: these rules will be known to have been implemented in recent memory. Lower probability of implementation.

Future Rules: Although people will eventually follow them, not everyone will accept them. Probability of Rule implementation based on real world situations
