He pushed you over your physical limit and into hell, but there was a payout.
Your body has become refined and strong during your training. You’re a head taller than most standing at about 5’11”. You have deep piercing green eyes and short light brown hair. You have a square jaw with stubble growing on your face. You have scars and marks all along you arms, torso, and neck making you look grizzled and older than you are, considering you’re twenty one. A month ago as you were training your bowmanship when Harkquen brought news to you. “The battle has been won, all knights can be sent back to their families. Although the victory over the northern savages has brought peace to the land, we will keep you at the ready in case the need for soldiers ever arrives.” He had explained to you. This bit of news had broken you. Your whole life you trained for combat and it’s the only thing you’ve ever excelled in. This was devastating for you, and unlike the other noble children who were sought after by their families to be brought home you weren’t. You were left at Lord Harqwen’s estate for a week before he kicked you out with nothing but your armor and weapon. You had to take a rough trail from Harkquen’s estate to Hevidish Castle where your family resides.
As you finally reached the castle this morning you caught your ‘family’ leaving for an outing. Not wanting to be deal with you your ‘father’ had servants take you to their quarters where they gave you a small room to the side that could barely fit a horse.
Half-awake you curse the gods that exist for giving you a shit life. As you let yourself fall into blissful sleep everything around you fades.
