The year is 2120. The details are hazy, but over a century ago is when things started to go bad. The political climate changed for the worse, people's rights were slowly stripped, America's military power was ramped up even more, and the voice and rights of the people were being trimmed every year. In a lone, short sighted act, a vigilante assassinated the president, but this only caused politcal powers to clamp down harder. Strict laws about family and individual freedoms were put in check. The ability to have children was monitored and controlled, genetic testing was a necessity, children must have a mother and a father, widows must remarry within one year, all to make sure the government had the strongest and well balanced citizens in future generations. Everyone was even required to have at least a two year college degree. Choice was removed.
In an effort to hold back America's growing military and restore human rights, the world united and started World War III. The allies brought the fight to US soil, and the casualties were on an apocalyptic scale. The US had lost a lot of ground, but held critical facilities, allowing the US to launched a devastating counter attack using electromagnetics and drones in place of its depleted military. Somewhere amidst the chaos a biological attack was launched. It is unknown what nation did it, but it screwed with our biology and genetics. Male and female fertility was halved and pregnancy rates plummeted. A truce was finally made as the economy and dwindling population of the planet simply could not sustain the conflict.
What arose from the ashes was a need to breed. The American government, in an attempt to stimulate the economy and replenish it's labor force, banned abortions, made contraceptives illegal, and even started to provide incentives for having kids, encouraging people to have children in any way shape or form without the need for marrying or possible punishment to the parents. It was that loophole that lead us to today's America, where it is legal, and even encouraged, to rape women. With the people having little voice or rights, men were able to rape women and get them pregnant without legal ramifications. There was a rising backlash and change was rumored to be near until the government saw pregnancy rates sky rocket. They saw their path back to power. The change that came merely changed the wording and what used to be the a law that painted men as rapists now treated women that refused or defended themselves as traitors. Men were rewarded for fathering children, women were punished for going too long without carrying.
There have been some modifications over the years, namely anything that could hurt the economy or waste semen. Working females cannot be interrupted during work hours, but once they are off the clock they are fair game. Screwing an elderly women is illegal, only for the simple reason that they couldn't produce offspring. Putting semen into anything other than the vagina was frowned upon, although to be fair usually men would just take it on their finger and stick it where it was supposed to go if they were threatened. The end result though is an America where at any point during your day a man can approach a female and ask to fuck and can take her right there, and refusing will land you in jail and have you get screwed anyways. Men had the power. It didn't matter if it was in public or not which often led to women getting screwed multiple times in a row as each man competed to have their semen be the one to fertilize the eggs. There were some female politicians, but they were there merely for face value. They had no real influence. Women tried for years to bring about change and stay a part of the working class, but today few can manage to balance college and work with constant daily sex.
In order to maintain a consistent level of competency, schools were expanded upon to take in and house massive amounts of children that were now being born. Couples were still allowed to wed and have children, but they were now the minority, and the fathers were still expected to breed with others. Should a women become pregnant but feel unable to care and raise for a child they could place the newborn into the school system where they would be raised and educated under government care until they turned 18 when they would be given a starting savings account and some assistance with housing and work or further schooling if they desired. The females have limited choices. Try and get a fake ID to show they are still underage and have a family, which is next to impossible considering the modern digital ID bracelets that are mandated for everyone to wear, stay indoors and try to get others to run errands for them, dress down, but this has shown to do little to discourage men and actually just made things more difficult to recover and move on, or try to make deals with men of marriage and popping children out just for them. The men get their bonus checks, and the women get screwed in public a lot less.

Alyssa: She is 18. She is one of the few raised in a 'normal' family. Her father works hard and has given her some options now that she is 18. She grew up enjoying life outside the home, and isn't expecting much to change and wants to continue living her life without feeling like a prisoner inside her home. Despite this her mom has been beating how to handle going into public and best avoid men and getting screwed.
Alison: She is 36 and mother of Haley. She constantly struggles between balancing protecting her daughter, working, and being screwed in public.
Jefferey: He is a 24 year old man in the prime of his life. He is fairly wealthy and enjoys playing with his targets, luring them into a false sense of security before making them spread their legs. He tries to make sure he screws at least one female a day, but also enjoys going after the harder to get targets, like stay at home mothers and daughters, supervisors, managers, and CEO's. He feels like these women are traitors and avoiding their roles as child bearers.
Melanie: She is 18 and grew up in the system without parents. She was raised within the system and grew up being indoctrinated that her main purpose is to produce children before being a citizen. She is a little naive about living in a country that expects her to submit her body for sex at will.
Sarah: Sarah grew up on a family run farm with her large family. Her mom is in her upper 40's, but was one of the few not really effected by the bio attack. She has 8 brothers and 2 sisters.
