After being kidnapped by a member of the most powerful evil
coven in the world, James Smythe is prepared to be
sacrificed in the name of the apocalypse by that same
coven. Seconds before Jim would be take his final breath he
is saved by the most powerful force that this world of
superheroes and supervillains has ever seen.
Growing up in a small town in Australia, Jim didn't really
know how he was going to survive in the big city. Not long
after getting to New York Jim was robbed and all of his
possessions were destroyed. The only things that remained
were his palmtop, which was tucked safely away in pocket
and the clothes on his back... No money for food, no change
of clothes, no place to go.
Jim's only hope was to call his parents back home. After
being told that he was a screw up most of his life and that
he'd never make it in the big city he detested that he was
forced to crawl back to the people that he came to New York
to leave behind. First things first, Jim needed some money
before he could call home and he knew getting that wasn't
going to be easy.
With no idea how else to make money he decided he would
sing on a corner for spare change, I mean, his voice wasn't
that bad. It sounded fine in the shower.
Three hours later all Jim had was some chewing gum,
breathmints, a sore throat and a bad mood. This was going
nowhere fast, Jim needed to take a walk and clear his head.

Two hours... Carina had two more hours to live unless she
could find the right sacrifice for tonight's ritual.
"Oh crap oh crap oh crap oh crap, whadamigonnado
whadamigonnado whadamigonnado!" she mumbled, in a voice
full of frustration and self-pity.
Being the youngest and least powerful witch in the coven
Carina was always charged with finding sacrifices for the
covens rituals. Most of the other witches saw finding
sacrifices as a task unfitting a pure blooded witch, so it
was always given to the witch of non-Wiccan. If it weren't
for the death of one their sister witches this coven
wouldn't even need to be tainted with by first generation
witch so she should be grateful!
'One hour to go! CRAP!' she thought.
If she didn't find a pure black soul in one hour then she
would become the sacrifice and this time it would be
permanent! Carina had been told to look for a soul so
black, so cold, she would not be able to look directly at
it. A few seconds later while looking at people walking by
her Carina was blinded by the light and warmth of what she
thought was her target. She had found it! She had found her
salvation.

Jim had met a few strange people while walking but none
stranger than this little woman he saw while walking down
an alleyway. She seemed to be the happiest woman alive when
she saw Jim but as soon as she did she squinted and started
covering her eyes as if she was looking at the sun. After
passing this woman Jim felt sharp pains all over his body
and heard a snakelike voice whispering something about "the
mind and body of a woman child."
Jim saw the world around him getting larger and larger in
just seconds and everything seemed as least 3 times larger
than before, the pain quickly faded away along with Jim's
consciousness.
Just a dream, it was all just a dream. Jim was back at home
sleeping on his bloodstained stone alter listening to his
mother recite evil spells to him... BLOODSTAINED ALTAR,
EVIL SPELLS!?!? Oh shit... it WASN'T a dream ?!
It was real, all of it was real. Jim was tied to a
sacrificial alter and surrounded by giant beautiful naked
women with what looked like very sharp daggers. After
trying for a few minutes to speak Jim found he could only
produce small squeaks and quickly gave up. The only thing
that seemed to be even stranger was that Jim was surrounded
by naked women yet he didn't seem to be the slightest bit
aroused. While scanning the women around him trying see why
he couldn't get it up when he recognised someone... It was
the woman from the alley except... She was at least three
times as tall.
She must have done something, she must have drugged him. If
he were drugged, that would at least explain why he
couldn't get it up and tunnelvision could explain why
everyone was so big.
Jim stopped struggling with his bindings and thought to
himself, 'Okay, think about this rationally, what do these
women want? I was drugged by that woman, brought here, tied
to an altar for what? A choir recital?'
After what seemed like hours the chanting stopped and the
women all stared at Jim. He knew he wasn't going to survive
what was coming next, it scared the hell out of him and
just as Jim thought nothing else could go wrong had he
suddenly needed to go toilet, he tried to hold it in but he
couldn't seem to use the muscles to control his bladder. In
just a few seconds Jim had drained the contents of his
bladder all over his pants and all he could to about it was
cry silent tears.
Seeing him cry, the women surrounding Jim started chanting
again while moving closer to him. Out of all the women, the
one with the dagger seemed to be chanting the loudest and
moving the closest. As soon as the woman with dagger was
standing right next to Jim, everyone except her stopped
chanting. Slowly she raised the dagger and in the blink of
an eye thrust the cold steel through Jim's stomach.
