into one of the oldest and best sorority there is. You will develop

will love each other and this will become your new family. You 20 girls
will now pledge to become a sister and you will accept all that is asked
of you during pledge week, if you make it you will become a permit
sister at "Kapa-Sig".
Each girl was asked to step in front of all the sisters and read the
"accepting pledge" then pinned with a pledge pin. I was last in line.
When I was asked to step up I began to shake and m knees felt like
butter.
Hi Lisa, you are a special case, you are a biological male and no male
has ever been a sister in "Kapa-Sig" and you are the first to ever
apply. But your pledge to be a sister will also include your commitment
to continue your transition to a complete female. We still need to get
final approval from the national board, but that should be finalized by
the end of pledge week. You will be expected to start immediately living
24/7 as a girl and all the sisters agreed to help you. You will be the

Then Patty announced that each pledge was matched with another pledge

This was the happiest and scariest day in my life. My emotions were
racing and my head spinning. Lacy and Patty walked back to my dorm room

tossed in the truck of my car. I talked to my now ex-roommate about my

The three of us walked back to the house. We chatted like old girl
friends. Lacy and Patty loved my desire to transition someday to a girl.
They said they could see from the first time they saw me that I was a

3. All pledges will serve Sisters their breakfast, lunch &
diners and not eat themselves until all sisters are finished.
4. General talking in the house is prohibited and you are to
speak only when you are spoken to or asked to speak.
5. A dress code for the next week will be set as well, clean
and ironed attire is expected at all times, pledge pins are to
be worn 24/7. Only pleated skirts above the knee of solid
colors, button down blouses and open toe or strapped shoes. No
flip-flops or sneakers are allowed. Lisa this completely
applies to you as well.
6. A special expectation is for Lisa, you girl will show us
all that you are truly a girl at heart, this means you must
show us your girly side and personality that you will be
living all the time. This starts with your appearance as well,
we expect a hairless, polished and made-up Lisa all the time.

Well the first thing I did was go on line and order for overnight

It was loaded with excitement, emotions and life changing experiences. I
am now headed for a journey I never dreamed of, and very few have ever
experienced. Am I ready? Do I really want to do this? Am I ready to
really transition from a boy to a girl? To sleep I went.
Waking up for classes and going to the bathroom was a must, I was
feeling like I was about to burst. I remembered to sit and pee.
Showering was different as I needed to shave my legs as well as under my
arms. I remembered I was still a boy when I walked out for the shower
stall only to see three girls half-naked styling their hair and putting
on mascara. That was when a tent began to show in the towel that was
wrapped around my body. Julie just walked in and broke out cracking up
saying, "Is that all you have Lisa, no wonder why you want to be a
girl!" Tammy, who was drying her hair, did not think it was so funny and
