When you get a free beta test invite on steam, you expect it to be legit,
but sometimes it turns out that it isn't quite what you expect.
I had received an offer for a program entitled "Design a Life" which was
searching for people to test it out. Being a massive gamer and a supporter
of the industry, I naturally accepted the offer.
It was a rather large download, almost 30Gb, one of the largest programs
I'd ever downloaded, and it was only a beta test with some features
missing.
I left it downloading and went to watch the Le Mans 24 hour race. It was
a tight four way battle in LMP1, with Porsche eventually taking the
honours.
Naturally I was rather tired after watching the race, so I decided to get
some shut eye before exploring my new program.
I was still rather tired when I awoke the next morning, but I'd been
expecting that and had arranged to have the day off work. I booted into
the program, figuring I'd give it a run through before I made a fry up
for breakfast.
The interface was rather intuitive, though when I clicked "New life" the
male option was blacked out in this beta trial so I decided to create my
own ideal girlfriend.
The second menu screen to come up asked me to input an age for my new
girl. That was a no brainer to me, 18, after all, who doesn't want to be
with a girl half their age?
Next the program asked me to pick a level of beauty to start my
customisations from. Though I was tempted to go for model or supermodel, I
couldn't resist clicking "heavenly" just to see what the program thought
the most perfect woman looked like, not that I'd ever have a hope of
keeping this girl, not whilst I was a pudgy 40 year old. But this was
fantasy so I didn't really care.
After I clicked "heavenly" my computer took a few seconds to load the
next page, obviously having to do a few computations. When the page did
come up, it was different to the first few in that it now had a picture
taking up most of the right hand side of my screen, and what a picture
it was.
I almost creamed myself a the sight of the girl depicted there, and all I
could see was her face, and what a face it was. Perfectly symmetrical with
full lips that looked just right for kissing, and other more sexual things
were set off by a small cute nose and large eyes with long lashes.
The face was almost perfect though I changed the blonde hair to a deep
crimson and they eyes from blue to a bright green with flecks of gold.
I also made her clear skin even paler before deciding to give her
permanent makeup.
I started with the obvious and gave my girl crimson lipstick and just a
slight amount of blush on her cheeks. I then moved onto eyeshadow. I've
always found crazy, unnatural eyeshadow colours sexy, so I decided to
play around for a while before deciding on a light lavender that slowly
faded out into her natural skin tone.
I was left looking at a face that I could not imagine being any prettier
if I tried, so I clicked next.
A pop-up appeared on my screen, asking me to choose a height for the girl.
I'd always liked short girls so I decided on five foot even as the height,
though it might later make proportionality harder.
I then got down to designing the body properly, choosing "Slim dancer"
and "Busty" when I was at the body types screen.
The game then took me back to the screen that had previously been showing
the face, but now it showed a breathtaking, pale skinned, slender, lightly

Looking over her stats I thought about adding and extra inch to her hips,
but quickly decided it wasn't worth it, though I did pump her breasts up
from a mid range D to something closer to a DD. I also took the time to

I then changed her nails, so that they would be a permanent shiny crimson,
unbreakable and never grow, leaving them an inch longer than her short
slender fingers. She would be able to paint them other colours but a white
undercoat would probably be required.
I then decided to give her a few piercings, putting a small diamond stud
in her nose, a stud through her tongue, a clitoris ring, a navel ring,
bars through each nipple and last but must definitely not least, a
moderately sized diamond sternum piercing, that was attached in such
a way that it couldn't be removed without surgery. This gave her a nice
sparkley diamond to increase the attention her already substantial
cleavage would get.
Clicking next brought me to one of those circle surveys, though the image
of the girl was still beside the survey. Before the first question was a
warning that some answers may have a small impact on the girls appearance.

The program then started giving me more general questions, some with
open spaces to type and others with buttons, I continued to answer:

I was then informed that as I'd selected a high intelligence, I could have
five key interests up to seven things that the girl was particularly
skilled at. These would form the basis for the rest of her skill and
interest set.
For the interests I chose "Sex (BDSM - Submission, Masochism), Motorsport,
Fashion, Music and Gaming (PC)"
Then I had to choose the skills this girl was going to have, I figured
that "Sex, Driving, Cooking, Singing, Dancing, Automotive Maintenance and
Cosplay."
Hey, what can I say, I love motorsport and would absolutely kill to have
a girl with the same passion for it that I have, and a girl skilled at
cosplay would probably be up for plenty of role play in the bedroom.
I was then given the task of deciding on the voice of my new person. I've
always had a soft spot for that upper class British method of speech, so
I set about giving my girl a husky voice with that accent that positively

Next I was asked if there were any special traits I wanted the person I
was creating to have, along with a note that I could design things in that
weren't normally possible.

Finally, the program asked me to name my new girl, and I thought long and
hard about it, I wanted something that had some class but at the same

I eventually decided on Katherine, figuring that both Kitty and Kat were
potentially very sexy, particularly on a girl who would be willing to
dress up for the occasion.
I was apparently done, so I clicked finish. The program asked me if I
wanted to initiate the new life. I had no idea what that meant so I just
clicked yes.
It felt like I was being run over by a truck, electrocuted and punched
in the face all at the same time, at least, it did for the quarter of a
second before I passed out.

I awoke in a large bed, though I didn't remember going to sleep. I didn't
normally feel very awake in the morning, but for some reason, on this
occasion, I did.
I got up to take my regular morning shower, but as I was padding my way
across the unfamiliar room, I heard a deep commanding voice say, "Kitty,
get back in the bed."
The voice resonated through me, demanding to be obeyed, even though I
was unsure who this Kitty person was. I turned around, to return to the

that his name was George.
