Regardless of who or what was responsible for her current state of bondage the question is what happens next?
Will they simply be restrained as robbers make off with their valuables or will these robbers be interested in a bit of fun with our helpless celebrity? Will the attractive female be taken away to parts unknown never to be seen again or will the celebrity find herself enjoying the restriction of bondage?

Whose to say a celebrity isn't being blackmailed by an executive or a fan who intends to do whatever they like to the celebrity? Or the celebrity wants to be punished for failing to land a role or worse failing to portray the character.
Maybe Santa Claus is in need of a new wife and a celebrity has been chosen for the honor or an accident resulted in a celebrity staying in a questionable hotel. The same can be said of debt that must be paid or a new law passed that requires them to be bound. Hell why not bring a little magic or science fiction into the story as well? Alien Abductions or Time Travel is not off the board nor a celebrity being taken by magical fairies or what not.
The decision is yours and so choose a celebrity, choose the scenario, and choose what happens to them. Hell they can even be sent across space and time in part of a multi-part story.
As for the celebrities themselves they can be any famous female past or present be it an actress, model, singer, online personality, etc. They can even be retired or even passed away due to the story spanning space and time. They don't have to be alone, bring in a friend and see what will happen with them.
In addition you can have fictional celebrities as well and they don't have to be famous for a movie or television show but for being the hero or the villain of say a video game, novel, etc.There is no limit to what you can write so long as you follow the rules and have fun.
