There was a concerted sigh of disappointment from the two youngsters. They had obviously been hoping to be able to spend the whole night together.

"I can't believe how lucky I am, darling. Are you really sure you don't mind Sharon?" he asked and Frank was pleased to hear him express his concern to Sharon rather than asking Frank's permission. It was after all Sharon who was giving him the permission.
