On my fourth day at camp I was enlisted to teach a short self defense course for the girls. With my military experiences in hand-to-hand combat I was the only one at camp who could do it. The classes would only be three hours in length but were intended to only cover the basics. I had taught this subject to my squad so luckily I had some help. We held the classes in the tumbling area where there were mats on the ground to prevent real injuries.
The way it worked was that my squad would do the teaching and I would oversee the classes. We had four squads at a time as students with my older girls acting in pairs as instructors. The elements of the training came naturally to the girls since they were all physically fit and accustomed to jumping, diving and tumbling. All that was needed was to teach them how to take advantage of an assailant's inexperience and inabilities.
This course was new this year but the head counselor felt it would be beneficial. You see, cheerleaders have, for years, been the target of lustful yearnings since they parade around in uniforms designed to incite the male and occasional female libido. Some of their routines are downright sexually stimulating and border on lewd. This may sound like a dark outlook but facts are facts. Assaults do happen and the girls should be prepared to deal with them.
My squad and I would demonstrate the various defensive moves and stances and then have the girls practice them. One thing I had to do was to simulate an attack on a girl. I felt that we did indeed accomplish much of our goal and at least got the girls to thinking ahead of time so when and if it happened they would be prepared. That class took one full day of four groups. Many of the participants told me that they learned a lot of useful stuff. Even some of my squad, who were teaching, remarked that they picked up a few pointers. Being able to fend off unwelcome advances was our goal.
I had one girl who was particularly stubborn in that she refused to fight me off and actually became aggressive herself. When she nailed me with a very hot kiss on my mouth my self control was shattered almost to the point that I co-operated with her. She seemed to enjoy all of my advances too much so I eventually turned her over to one of my girls so our student would be more inclined to put up some fight. I found it difficult to try to not enjoy her attitude and actions though.

I also cautioned the girls to only use it as a last resort and to have a quick avenue of escape since the recipient of that move, once he got off the ground, would be very angry and enraged in short order.
Supper and campfire were somewhat uneventful so we made it all the way to lights out smoothly. I went to the dining hall for our usual chat session with the coaches and camp staff. I got several thank you comments from the other coaches. I even had one of them ask me if I could meet her later to practice some of the moves in the tumbling area. I had to turn her down since I knew exactly what she really had in mind.
I went to bed later that night in hopes of getting some more sleep. Silly me to think that would happen. Now, keep in mind that I was not an unwilling participant in the night-time festivities, but, exhaustion catches up with you sooner or later. Having two or more orgasms per night does drain your energy. My ability to hold off helped immensely but was not really enough.
Somehow I did manage to make it to assembly and breakfast in the morning but my tail was severely dragging.
