You’d think that generic straight porn centered around a skin color would be rather tame. What I really loved about AEBN’s approach to selling videos is that they give you extensive previews of the entire movie, even if it’s more than an hour and a half long. If you want to own a copy that you can download, you’ll be paying more than double that amount. 25 dollars, my man. Isn’t a single porn video worth that? Granted, I’m looking at 2 hour long movies, so there, I told you. Don’t call me disingenuous. Point is, what the fuck were they thinking? Who in their right mind would spend 25 dollars per porn flick, even if it is 25 dollars?
They do have some sort of X-Pass option for 15 bucks a month, but they haven’t exactly made it clear which videos this gives you access to. I’m not entire sure what’s going on. This is the first sign of retro site development and of retro business practices. AEBN is successful therefore they don’t give a shit about outlining what the fuck their business model actually is. They know that it works and they don’t give a shit.
