The regular price is twenty bucks a month, which is less than you’d pay for your typical live-action paysite. That gets you full, unrestricted access to the stash, and makes for a good masturbatory experience. The yearly rate breaks down to about ten bucks a month, which is fucking solid.
The signup page for Hentai.com promises weekly updates, though the reality is a little more complicated. I’m writing this halfway through December, and it looks like the last update was more than a couple weeks ago. The good news is that the updates are fucking huge. My golden standard for paysites is one release per week, which is what I’m putting out at PornDudeCasting and is pretty standard within the industry. Overall, the upscaling process makes a very noticeable visual improvement, with clean, crisp lines and without all the jagged pixels you see on a lot of older videos floating around. At the same time, there were certain shots that you could tell were upscaled by machine. I think it may be the soft colors that give it away, with some shots looking a little fuzzy despite the clean lines. Still, I’d take this over free tube hentai any day of the week.
If I have one complaint about the site, I wish there was more tagging. As far as I can tell, they don’t use any tagging at all on their content, which is going to make it a lot harder to find specific kinks, fetishes, sex acts and scenarios. Tagging is standard on all kinds of sites, both SFW and NSFW, and I hope to see Hentai.com rolling out a better system for organizing their library.
