Disclaimer time: One- This is an original piece of work by me, Dakro. Feel free to print this story for yourself. However, the only websites I authorize to post this is FM and Crystal's. Two- If you are not into age regression, don't read. Three- If you are not into transgender fiction, then why are you here in the first place? Four- There is no sex at all, and I mean whatsoever, in this story, so if you came looking for sex stuff in a 'Preteen Under 13' story, feel free to go lick a light socket. Sex with kids is just....gross. Not to mention icky and disturbing as well. Things that make you go.....blagh. And five, I expect people to critique this story in the Reviews section. I look forward to reading them, since only through criticism does a writer grow. That having been said, know this. Flames will be cheerfully and delightfully ignored. That's it. I hope you enjoy reading this short story as much as I enjoyed writing it. Clicks-R-Us: An SRU story By Dakro Twelve year old Ryan Michael Andrews was having the single worst day of his entire life. He had overslept, missed the first two periods of school as a result, and got detentions from each of the teachers. Making matters worse, he forgot his backpack, inside of which was all his homework, causing him to get even more detentions. On the way home after serving the first of five detentions, a car sped by him, hitting a puddle of water left over from last nights rainstorm, soaking him to the bone. Then at home, he found out that he was grounded to his room for the next two weeks for all the detentions. The only bright spot was that he would still be allowed to use his computer. As he trudged to his room, he silently wished that today had never happened. Since he was not already in his room, he never saw the light on his computer blink a few times, nor heard the hard drive whir away briefly, then fall silent. He got to his room, and set about doing his homework. He wanted to finish quickly, so he could get online and go to Newgrounds.com, his favorite time-killing site. If he was going to be stuck in his room for two weeks, he needed to kill as much time as possible. Once his math was done, he logged onto the web, and typed in the address bar www.newgrounds.com. A pop-up appeared, something that he knew happened frequently on the web, and he clicked on the little red X in the corner, fully expecting it to go away, so he could watch some videos. To his surprise, it didn't. He clicked again, but nothing happened. He was getting frustrated. He tried to Alt+F4 it, and for a moment, it did go away, but only for a moment, before popping up again, this time twice. Ryan was getting mad now, and closed the internet completely, so he could run an anti-spyware program. He was happy to see that the pop-ups had vanished when he closed the internet, and was about to open Ad-Aware, and fully twenty of the pop-up's appeared. "What the......the frigging internet is closed," whispered the boy in an angry whisper. This time, instead of trying to close them all, which he figured would be pointless, he tired Ctl+Alt+Del, a trick his Mom had showed him. He went to find the program in the Processes tab, so he could stop it, but found nothing. Ryan was getting very angry now, and decided to try and reboot the machine. Maybe that would work. He clicked on Start, then red icon that shut the PC down, and waited as the computer did its thing. He figured that a restart would do the trick, as it didn't automatically connect to the web after a restart, so he could run the spyware and anti-virus stuff he had BEFORE the stupid pop-ups came back. Moments later, it powered back up, and Ryan waited for Windows to finish loading, then clicked on the Norton icon. As soon as he did, though, it happened again. And this time, it was an outright assault. No less than ONE HUNDRED of the pop-ups appeared. "Holy........this is a nasty virus......." Ryan said to himself. He was about to go get his Mom, to have her help him, since obviously he was in over his head, but a faint voice caught his ear. "Ryan, please, it's not a virus," he heard coming from his speakers. "Just click on one of the pop-ups, I promise you, the others will vanish like a puff." "Who....what.....what the heck is going on?" "Click on the pop-up, Ryan, and all will be explained." "Umm...I think I need to get my Mom." Ryan went to stand up, then stopped. If he got his Mom, she might think he got all these pop-ups from a porn site, something that had happened to her once. He really didn't want her snooping around on his computer, nor did he want her to think he wasn't mature enough to have one in his room. But what was the point of a PC if he was unable to use it? As it stood right now, he couldn't, because of all the pop-ups. He decided to investigate them a little, see what the ad was for, and if it was something bad, he'd get his Mom. Since all the pop- ups had come up minimized this time, he brought one to the top....and found it was nothing more than a blank page. Just white. He opened a few more, and they were all the same. Blank, white as a ghost pages. "Well, what do I have to lose," he muttered, and decided to click on one of them. If it was bad, he could always pull the power plug. CLICK. To Ryan's delight, 99 of the pop-ups instantly closed, leaving an open page. And it was opening what appeared to be a webpage, but that wasn't possible, as he never opened the internet. The page had loaded, and all he saw was the header, which said SRU-TECH and a clickable link under it that said INCEDO! 'Weird word,' he thought silently. He was about to go get his Mom when he heard the voice again. "Thank you, Ryan. Now, allow me to welcome you to the newest innovation in wizardry. The page you are currently looking at is not online, so you know, which is why you continued to get the pop-ups AFTER you closed it. And may I say, it took long enough for you to open it. But I digress. As I was saying, this is the latest advancement in my craft. No more do I need to physically appear before you to work my magic." "This is a really neat trick," Ryan said, not to the voice, but to himself. He still thought this was virus of some kind. What he heard next made him nearly wet his pants. "I assure you, Ryan, it is NO trick, neat or otherwise. It is the product of loving labor on my part to help spread my loving message to more people than I might otherwise have, had I continued to do it the old way. Now, if you please, go ahead and click on that weird word, as you put it, and let's get started." With a shaking hand, he moved the pointer to the link, and took a deep breath. If this messed his PC up, he'd be in so much trouble. Slowly exhaling, he clicked. The hard drive again whirred, and a new page came up, this one with a picture of a strange looking little old man in a blue robe and witches hat. The robe and hat had yellow moons all over, pretty much the stereotypical outfit of a witch or wizard. Then the voice again. "OK, Ryan, this is the meat of the SRU-Tech program. One more click, and I'll be gone for good. I hope that I was able to provide you with the best in digital wizardry. When you are ready to close this program, just click on the nice little picture of me, and poof, I'm gone for good." "Wait, what else will happen when I do that?" Ryan asked, slightly embarrassed, for he was basically talking to his computer. Without a microphone. As if it were a real person. "Well, the program will finish running, there will be a few lines of text on the screen, it will flash some colors, then close. And you are talking to a real person, young man," the voice said, sounding a tad offended. "Well, sort of. You are speaking to the digital rendition of me, a flesh and blood wizard." "Sorry, I didn't mean it," Ryan said, again embarrassed. He had just apologized to a computer. "So all I have to do is click....you....and it's over, you're gone, I can use my computer again without you popping up all over?" "Correct, my boy. Just right. So, when you're ready, go ahead and click away." Ryan moved the mouse over to the picture, and hovered for a moment. Deep breath in, slow exhale, and............. CLICK! The hard drive began spinning at once, and the screen went black, then words began scrolling across it. "Votum vos vota vadum exsisto verus per oriens." It took a moment for the words to scroll, then more appeared. "Thank you for using SRU-Tech's home computer program. If you are done with this program, click here." The arrow was pointing at an icon that said Finish. Ryan clicked it, and to his surprise, a pop-up came up. It had a ton of small print, but he didn't care about that. He scrolled to the bottom of the pop-up, and saw that it was like an EULA. There was the usual boxes, asking if he agreed to the terms and agreements of the programming or declined them. The finish button was grayed out, that is, until he checked the I Agree box. It opened up the Finish button, which he clicked at once, tired of this program. As soon as he clicked, the pop-up vanished, replaced by flashing colors. Ryan was mesmerized by them for some reason, as they flashed rapidly, changing from red to blue to pink and yellow and green and a billion other colors. They were going so fast that Ryan found it impossible to figure out what color he had just seen before another took its place. After thirty seconds of this, they stopped, and the monitor was nothing but a black screen again for a moment, then his desktop appeared, normal looking. Ryan was dazed by the cornucopia of colors his eyes and brain had been assaulted by. It took him a moment to clear his head. "Wow, that was just messed up," he said to himself. "I'm sure glad it's over. Now I can watch some videos." He opened the internet, and got 'www.newgrou' typed in, and then got a panicky feeling. 'The last time I did this.......' he thought to himself. 'Maybe a nap will clear my mind.....yea, that's it.' He decided that he could watch videos later, and just shut the whole PC down. He set his alarm clock for six, so he could be up for supper, and then laid on his bed. Due to the stressful day he'd had, and the bizarre thing with that program, he suddenly felt way more tired than he should. He was asleep in minutes. ----Fifteen hours later---- Ryan awoke to a slightly upset belly, and an ache in his head. He was shocked to see that it was after 8 o'clock. He assumed at first that it was 8 PM, and he'd slept through the alarm clock. Then he realized the sun was up, and that wouldn't be true at night. It had to be 8 AM instead, and bolted upright. If it was 8 in the morning, then he'd overslept again. He went to swing out of bed, but when he flipped the blanket back, he was horrified to see that he was not in his jeans and his Calgary Flames jersey he had changed into yesterday after he got home. He was instead wearing what looked to be a dark blue Little Mermaid two piece pajama set. The top was a dark blue tank top, and had a big picture of Ariel on it, and the pants were also dark blue with little pink hearts all over them. "What the.........Oh My GOD!!!! I'm a girl," he screamed in what was unmistakably a small girls scream. He was freaking out, and began to check the rest of himself out. Coming out of the tank top were skinny little arms, the nails on the hands were painted a pale shade of pink. He shook his head in disbelief, and was horrified to feel long hair on his neck. Just then, his Mom walked in. "Ryanne, what is with all the noise in here? I heard you scream, are you OK?" "MOM!!! NO, I'M NOT OK. I'M A GIRL NOT A BOY," he screamed in his new voice. His Mom chuckled. "Of course you are, dear," she said condescendingly, like how any mother would say the her over-imaginative little girl. "Now come on, get dressed, so we can eat breakfast." "Mom, please, listen, I'm not making this up," he said, on the verge of tears. 'Why won't she believe me?' he thought. "I used to be a boy, now I'm not!!! You gotta do something!" "Ryanne Michelle, if this is some kind of trick to get out of kindergarten this afternoon, I am NOT liking it. Now get dressed, young lady!" She turned and walked out of the bedroom. He noticed then, and wondered why he hadn't before, that his room wasn't his room. It was a girls room. The dresser was pink, as was the nightstand. Covering the top of the dresser were dolls of every kind. There was even a small TV, but it too was obviously for a girl, as it was one of the pink Mickey Mouse TV's. Ryan got out of the bed he was sitting in, and noticed that it too was a girls bed, a large four poster with a pink skirt. 'How did this happen to me? Wait....the program........' he thought, suddenly remembering the flashing lights and the pop-ups and the strange little wizard person. Just then, the new little girl jumped as the TV turned itself on. He watched as the screen warmed up, then yelped a bit as the wizard appeared on the TV. "Good morning, Ryanne, I must tell you, last night was pretty interesting, let me tell you. First your wish, then your Mom's.....I was busy, that's for sure." "What are you talking about?" he said, not realizing he just asked a TV a question for a moment, then amazed that it actually answered. "Well, do you remember making a wish that, and I quote, 'Today never happened'? You made it yesterday." "Yea, so?" "Well, I made it come true. Yesterday will never again happen, as far as Ryan Andrews goes. At first, the wish I granted was going to take you back to the morning, but this time, you wouldn't oversleep nor forget your bag, making the day a lot easier, I'm sure." "You left out the two week grounding, mega detentions, AND getting soaked," he said. "Yes, but if the first two things, oversleeping and forgetting your bag hadn't happened, the other three don't as a natural result. You get to school on time, WITH the bag, you don't receive detention. No detention, you don't walk home, and you don't get splashed, nor do you receive a grounding. Simple, yes?" "OK, yea, I see the point.....but....this? I'm a little girl, and my Mom seems to think that's just fine!" His personal Bizarre-O-Meter pegged just then. He was standing in a girls room, wearing girls pajamas, in a girls body, and was arguing with a TV. He shuddered, thinking maybe he had lost his mind and was actually in a loony bin somewhere. "Yes, well, that's where her wish came into play. She wished for...well, I think you can tell what she wished for, little one. I gather that even since your Dad passed on last year, you have been a fairly hard child to deal with. She wished that she could raise you correctly. And the laws of magic are clear. I had to grant that wish, despite what it would mean to you. For you mother's wish to come true, you see, you would have to be young again obviously. As for the becoming a girl, well, a mother can raise a daughter better than she can a son when there is no man to help. I'm truly sorry, but in a way, both wishes came true. Your Mom has her chance to raise you again, and your bad day yesterday never happened." The boy/girl was crying now, as he/she realized his/her own mother had wished him/her into this new life. Then, an idea sprang to mind. "Mr. Wizard, can I make another wish? A small one?" After a moments thought, the wizard nodded. The little boy/girl smiled. "OK, then.....make me a boy again. I wish I was a boy again." The wizard shook his head sadly. "Ryanne, I can't do that, it would cancel out your mother's wish. The only thing I can do is give you a.......parting gift, I guess you can call it." "B-b-b-but.....you said I could make a wish! You lied to me!" The child was sobbing now. "Sorry, but I can't cancel out some else's wish, sweetie. It's against magic law. Now, try and calm down so I can give you the parting gift I spoke of." Wiping his eyes with his arm, he forced himself to calm down. After a moment, the wizard spoke. "OK, now, I am going to say a few words. They are in a very old language, and they will sound strange, and may be hard to follow, but I need you to repeat them. OK?" "I guess so," he/she said. "Very well, repeat after me. Ego-----sum-----aliquantulus-----puella----- Ego-----usquequaque-----aliquantulus-----puella-----Ego-----nunquam----- quisquam-----alius." The child had struggled, but did well enough. After the last word was out, the TV turned off, and the little girl looked around her room. She seemed dazed, but then remembered Mommy had said to get dressed, so the could eat breakfast. She dressed in a pink Barbie tee-shirt, a blue denim jumper, white tights and black buckle shoes. She skipped down the hall to the kitchen, where Mommy had cereal and milk for her. "So, are you feeling better, Ryanne? Because you are going to school this afternoon!" "Yes, Mommy, I am fine, and I can't wait to go to kindergarten today," the five year old girl said, smiling and happy. The End (I was going to end this with 'And she lived happily ever after....', but that was ub?r cheesy, even to me, and I can be pretty damn cheesy o.o This is my first real story, and as such, obviously, my first entry into the wonderful little universe of SRU. I hope that the Mr. Bill Hart, the genius creator of SRU does not mind terribly the....expansion, I guess you'd call it, of SRU into the digital realm. My most humble apologies if I offended. The "very old language" is Latin, as I'm sure you may have guessed. I used a great website for the Latin. The first phrase (when the program is about to run) roughly translates to "Your wish will now come true". The second one (that the Wizard has Ryanne repeat) was a bit more cheesy. Something along the line of "I am a little girl I have always been one It is all I know" or something like that. Like I said cheesy. But I already said I'm one cheesy human, so it's fine....right? :P And last, thank you for reading Clicks. Like I said at the disclaimer, please leave feedback. Hugs, Dakro)

SRU Friends are Thicker than Wishes

Here's my SRU anniversary story that I mentioned last week. I had hoped to have it ready for the October 8 anniversary, but fell a little short. Either that or I got a little longwinded ... again. This story is a little different from the others as I've written in the SRU universe in that its also a prequel of sorts to one of my non-SRU stories posted last month. It didn't start out that way, but given some of the characters I needed for this, I think it worked out better. You...

Just a quick note, this is my first attempt at a transgender story. So all critism will be openly accepted. It was October 12, 1998 and my friend agreed to go in costume if I got it for him and he said any costume so I planned to do him over good. I still remember the conversation...

SRU Unreally Real

SRU: Unreally Real By Ran Dandel "Damn!" exclaimed Terry Ralston, as the monitor screen pronounced the words, "Game Over". "Killed again! If I could just get past that level!" SRU High School Reunion

This is written for the third anniversary of the SRU universe. It's a little late, but somethings can't be helped. The first story specifically designated as SRU (although I spelled it all out the first couple of posts) was posted to the TSA-TALK mailing list on October 8, 1996. At first, I wasn't sure if I would have the time to write an anniversary story. There was the crossover series with the Altered Fates universe to consider, although that project now looks dead. And I didn't...

SRU Wizards Guest

It's been a while since I did an SRU story and I've missed the anniversary of its creation. This is a sort of sidebar to the SRU-AF crossover I did a while back. That story was the supposedly the beginning of a collaborative collection, but it failed. Maybe this story will help revive it. Or maybe it will just drive another nail into its coffin. But then, I never received much in the way of review one way or the other. Oh well. Those who archive stories freely may do so,...

At least she thought she was, until a visit to SRU forced her to confront the painful truth about herself... Notes: The Spells R Us universe, and the SRU wizard, was originated by Bill Hart. Dannie was introduced by another author, DanielSan59 unless I'm mistaken, but has been further developed by authors such as Bashful, Ellie Dauber, and Bill Hart (to name a...

SRU Stargirls Visit

Authors Notes: The mighty SRU universe belongs to Bill Hart, whom I gladly tip my bonnet to in the hopes I'm not breaking anything here. This story contains a few words not seen on TV as well as an object PC people and people with aversion to sexual items would do well to avoid. This is just a piece of fluff filler before I begin my story universe. Stargirl's reply as she walks out the SRU door I've taken from another SRU story, though I don't remember which one. Also, The...

SRU Oldtimer part 2 Second Chances

Intro: Three years ago Pretzelgirl wrote a story called "oldtimer in the SRU universe. It was probably one of the best SRU stories written except for the ending. My apologies if I don't do justice to her work. SRU Oldtimer part 2: Second Chances By Reality Check 'She gasped in abject horror at gnarled, withered hands still sporting long bright pink nails. Her chin widened, sprouting a cracked, weedy, sun-reddened texture. The candy-striper's petite nose exploded into a ruddy,...

SRU The Engagement Ring

Foreword: This is the first story that I have written that I felt worthy of being read by others. Your comments and criticisms are more than welcome. I would like to thank Marina Kelly for her assistance in improving this story from its dry, clinical origins into is readable state. Her stories have been a valuable guide for me. Thank you - Monica Rose. SRU - The Engagement Ring Linda began to tear-up when the wizard told her, "I'm sorry Linda, but I can't do anything...

SRU The Retrun fo the Love Doll

SRU: The Return of the Love Doll By Ran Dandel The Riding Club of the University was one of its most exclusive organizations. It was like a non-resident fraternity. The members gathered there to meet and socialize, and to build their skills at networking. The exclusivity was guaranteed because only the wealthiest students in good standing in their respective cities' Society could become members. Members who graduated were destined to wield great power in whatever ...

SRU The Good Wifes Guide

SRU: The Good Wifes Guide. by Darkside --------------------------- This contains actual extracts from a Home Economics textbook printed in the early 60s. It did the rounds at work a while ago and it just begged to have a story written around it. This is my one and only sojourn into the 'Spell R Us' universe. So I hope you all like it. As an experiment, I've deliberately left much to the imagination. This is more of a covert TG story than most. At was also an experiment in that I...

SRU The Thin Line of Love

Author's Note: This story is a continuation of my previous SRU story entitled "The Love Hate Rule". If you haven't read that, it may help before you read this one, but it is not necessary. This story is pretty much free standing. I hope you enjoy it as much as it's predecessor. ----------------- SRU: The Thin Line of Love By Crunch Andrea Clark had just stepped out of the shower. It was another lost bout of trying fight off the sexual urges she felt. It...

SRU The Contract

Spells-R-Us & The Contract by Bad Irving Standard disclaimer, if under 18 do not read this tale. Actually this disclaimer is just a chance to give some credit, where credit is due. The story "The Reviewer from Hell" by Happyguy was the starting idea for the creation of this story. It is with Happyguy's permission that I take his concept and proceed with my own story. The characters in this story are not a carry over from Happyguy's tale, but, the Spells-R-Us (SRU) characters...

SRU Nicely Backfired

SRU: Nicely Backfired: by Donna-Allyson McCleod (my first attempt at short SRU story) It had all started a month earlier when Shirley Davis had moved into Don's neighborhood along with her older sister Valerie and their estranged mother Sherry. Don Wallace was a senior at St. Mary's Boy's High School at the time. Shirley Davis had immediately caught Don's eye on her first day at the school. Shirley was sixteen and had transferred into the adjoining St. Mary's School for Girls as a...

SRU An Error in Application

Warning: This story contains adult material. SRU: An Error in Application by Fringold Sixfingers Lyle Green had heard several rumors about the 'Spells R Us' shop in the mall. Sense he did not believe in magic, he took the stories as tells of fancy. There was one rumor he was not about to ignore. The best place to buy computer hardware was SRU. Lyle could use an upgrade to keep him competitive. Soon he was outside the shop. Not at all what he was expecting. The store looked more...

SRUAF A Wizards Altered Fate

Author's Notes by Bill Hart This was initially intended to be the second posting of the collaborative crossover set in the 'Spells R Us' and 'Altered Fates' universes written by myself and Raven. However, after finally making contact with Raven, we decided my story could be posted first, with his story becoming a prequel of sorts, instead of the lead in. Before I do anything else I would like...

SRU Well Dressed

SRU: Well Dressed By Bashful Jack Edward Wilson was a relatively happy man. He had a good job and a wonderful wife. They had not been blessed with children yet but that was just a matter of time, he was sure. Jack really enjoyed his job, it was something he liked doing and he was good at it. He worked for a good company that treated it's employees well. You'd think he had the perfect life and you'd be right, except for one little thing. Jack wished he was a...

SRU Hunting Season

Note: This is rather tame compared to the other SRU stories and I took a few liberties with this one. I hope that I don't piss anyone off with it. There is no sex on this one so if that is a deciding factor for you, pass this one by. Please let me know what you think of this story, whether you like or dislike it. I have other stories that I'm working on and hopefully will post in the future. This story may be posted to any sight that doesn't charge a fee. All others must get my...

SRU Pantyhose

SRU: PANTYHOSE BY PAUL G. JUTRAS "Why can't I wear clothes like that." Was the thought that often ran through Chris's mind. Chris was a pleasant twenty-two year old. Anyone who looked at him would think he was a normal boy checking out girls. What he was looking at was the clothes they had on. Clothes he wish he could have on. His mother's side of the family ran a night club and during the early evening he listened to the music and wondered what it would be like to feel silk...

SRU Made for Each Other

SRU: MADE FOR EACH OTHER by Roy Del Frink Leland Welker was strolling through the mall one day when he saw a strange sight. It was an old-fashioned wooden shop called "Spells R Us". He was bored, so he decided to enter on a whim. Leland couldn't believe all the junk in there, and didn't understand what he would do in a place like this. Just then he noticed a short old man behind the counter. He looked at least eighty years old, and he wore an old crimson bathrobe. He asked the...

SRU Half and Half

SRU: HALF AND HALF By Roy Del Frink A disgruntled lady walked up to the counter, holding a paper bag in her arm. "Listen here, buddy," she said to the old man behind the counter, "you sold me a potion that would turn my husband into the next thing I said. I said, 'Change my husband into a Chippendale dancer,' and look what happened!" She placed the bag on the counter, and opened it. The lady pulled out two chipmunks, dressed in tiny top hats, tuxes, and canes. One had a...

SRU: The Way of the Manga By Melissa Virus Copyright 2000 Matt and Jason headed into the mall. Every Tuesday they went to Cedar Oaks Mall to pick up the latest issues of their favorite comics at Skanky's Comic and Video; today was especially exciting because a Class of Ninja High School video Jason had special-ordered was supposed to be coming in. SRU Learning French

SRU: Learning French By Demonn Hi, my name is Todd or should I say was Todd. I am, was 5' 10" and maybe just a bit of a geek. I wasn't ugly mind you but I wasn't all that incredibly strong. But that didn't stop me having friends like everyone else. It was a Saturday and like always, I was going to have some fun at my friend's house. I was a simple 15 year old guy, who enjoyed some R&R, when, my high school, Rivers High, was out. I mean who didn't. When I arrived at...

SRU Lovers Knot First Draft

Some time ago, Raven and I collaborated on an SRU story called Lovers (K)Not, which is unfortunately incomplete at this time. Raven created the story idea, basic plot and the main characters, and then asked me to write a rough draft based on the information that he gave me. After I completed the rough draft, I sent it to him, where he polished it up and added quite a bit more detail as well as his own touches. Raven posted each chapter to Fictionmania after he'd finished his...

SRU: Catwalk comeback By MTG 15th August 2002 Well, a month before heading back to South Bank University to complete my Computing degree, I was in the Bentalls centre in Kingston shopping for bits and pieces so I would be ready when term started in about a month's time. SRU The Pardon

A version of this story appeared on Big Closet and on Sapphire's TG Fiction List. It may be added to other free archives as long as it does not violate Bill Hart's strictures on the use of his characters or my own notice at the bottom of the story. (Reno girlfriends: no attempt has been made to match the characters in this story to any of you! Your secrets are safe...) --- We had been planning this outing for months. SRU Mana Burn

Doing serious stories is quite enjoyable. Despite the fact that I'm still in the process of working on a rather long opus, I felt that a break was in order. Recharging the batteries through a little bit of humor has always been a fun tactic for me, so without further ado, I give you my first, and probably only entry into the Spells R Us universe. This particular story was inspired by a description of the card rack in SRU-Trading Cards, and the wizard's fondness for games as described in...

SRU: Paper Dragon By Kim West I wish to thank Bill Hart for creating the SRU Universe and allowing others to have a chance to play in it. The story I have come up with is loosely based on "Puff the Magic Dragon." I hope you will enjoy the following. SRU Field Trip

SRU: Field Trip Jack woke up as he always did. Messed up from a night of partying and binge drinking, with of course the occasional mixture of various drugs. Groggy and clumsily, he got up from bed and looked at his calendar. "A visit to the zoo? Oh joy!" Jack said with a sarcastic tone. He had never thought much of animals in general nor was he going to start to now. What with being a troublemaker in class, this would just be another opportunity to do more trouble, he...
